I ordered a hammock. Did not open it for a few months as it was a gift. When we opened it the hardware was missing. I called customer service and within minutes they fix the issue. The product was made with much quality and I'm happy that I did not have to return it

I bought a Battery operated white Range Rover car for my 2 year old granddaughter in March. She loved it, by the charger stopped working in Aug. And when I called customer service for Best Choice products, they did not have a charger in stock, but sent a whole new car and it arrived 2 days later!
Really pleased with the customer service of this company.

I received my Dutch Oven promptly and it was well packaged without any sign of damage. Unfortunately upon inspecting, I noticed a small chip in the enamel on the bottom near the heating surface. Although I was happy, otherwise with my purchase, I reported the damage to BestChoiceProducts.com. They responded promptly and ask for a picture of the damage. I responded and they immediately offered to replace OR give me 25% of my purchase price... MY choice. This all happened in a matter of a few hours and I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that was dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I have been long time bcp customer, never really had an issue with their product till I bought their umbrella and the base, it broke only few months of usage, it was out of warranty but they understood and provided the support, appreciate that they still care about customer service.

Out door patio umbrella, work great, for the price i just can not ask for more, great deal high quality, and windy handle no issue, strong material aluminum frame top to bottom, i love it and i refer to my relative to buy them too

I recently had an issue with a Best Choice Products cantilever umbrella. It is a beautiful product. A part popped off during extreme heat and would no longer open. I wrote to the company to see if I could get the part replaced. I emailed customer service and they replied very quickly. Each representative I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. I am a 70 year old woman whose best friend assembled the original umbrella for me. This spring, my friend passed away. I told Best Choice Products about my situation and asked if it would be possible to simply send the part that popped off and asked if I could possibly repair it myself. Instead, they were so considerate, that they replaced the whole umbrella at no charge. I have never had such helpful and kind customer service in my life. I am so very pleased and grateful to have received the replacement - which is now set up in my back yard. I highly recommend this company's products and excellent customer service.

Our solar umbrella wasn't working properly. We reached out to customer support and they sent us a brand new one, and we didn't even have to send the defective one back. Now that's what I'm talkin bout... great customer service!

If there's a business out there that doesn't know how to rectify a defective product, and STILL have a return customer as a result? Look at this company. I got a defective acoustic guitar. It was scuffed, and the strings don't sit right on the frets at all. Most of the reviews were 5 stars though, so I knew this was a manufacturing error. They resolved it in a way that I've never seen. They issued me a full refund on the product, and told me I didn't have to ship it back. I understand they don't want a broken guitar, but that is absolutely amazing service right there. That $80 I got back is going right into a better version of the guitar I purchased.

Great service upon losing a solar panel on second outdoor umbrella with lights after a storm with replacement.

I ordered two bird feeders from Best Choice Products because they had the exact items I wanted at a competitive price (better than Amazon). I am very happy with my purchase. My only (very minor) gripe would be that my products shipped separately, which is totally fine, but I wasn't communicated that they would ship separately so I was initially confused when I only received one. Customer support was great in assisting me, however, and I ended up receiving the second one that day.

Garden beds were ordered one came with all the right pieces to put together the other one didn't I called Home Depot to let them know they gave me the 909 number I called them 3 times I was on hold for 56.12 minutes the other one was for 38.48 minutes and the third one was 44.11 minutes I felt I should just write a review the product was good but I had two pieces that were not right all I want it was an exchange I didn't want to have to send the whole box back I just wanted to send the two pieces that they gave me extra that didn't fit and get the two pieces that I needed I realize that the whole country is shortstaffed and I'm not blaming the employees

I found a patio swing on this website. The price was great and in the color I really liked. I ordered two of them, one for a friend. This was on Monday and they were to be delivered on Friday. I received both the next day! I was shocked to get them so soon. This company is amazing. I will order from them again. Thank you so much BCP for your great service and great products.

I've ordered the "12in Medium-Firm Green Tea & Bamboo Charcoal Gel Memory Foam Mattress". Initially there was a slight pricing issue, but it was resolved with customer support team. They were very professional and good in resolving the issue within no matter of time.
We've received the mattress in less than a week, then followed the general guidelines of allowing it 48hrs to fully expand before we used it. It is just less than a week since we started using it, it is very comfortable and we love it.

The 7-piece outdoor furniture set we ordered came within 2 days! We discovered a missing part for one of the corner chairs, but through live chat and text follow-up, we received the part within a couple of days! Directions were clear, and the set was so easy to assemble!
I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service! We will purchase from Bestchoice products again!

I recently purchased from my girlfriend the Best Choice Products Black 500W Portable Folding Electric Motorized Treadmill. She had lost the instruction manual. I received excellent customer service from Best Choice Products. David was able to provide a substitute manual as the original was no longer available. By the way, I love the treadmill. Still works great! Manufactured August of 2014. I also love how compact and portable it is as well.
