I have been dealing with this website for years and they always are very accommodating when I have problems and are always able to fix the problem.

I have purchased a number of items, elevated planters, dutch ovens, garden beds, standing desks, greenhouse. Every product has exceeded expectations and all were shipped amazingly fast. In the one instance where I did need to contact customer service, they responded immediately, to make things right. They do not over email if you sign up on/order from their site, but I love getting emails on things I might not have thought about them for, like the dutch ovens. Forget La Creuset at $200. Check out BCP!

I ordered these for Christmas, I was hesitant but I'm thrilled I did buy them! Customer service was great and the order actually came early. Will buy again from Best Choice Products.

I just want to tell you how impressed I was with not only the product that I bought but how helpful the company was to me when I had problems putting the product that I bought together. The help I received was very helpful. The person from the company that I dealt with was very polite and very understanding. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

I ordered a holiday lighted display which arrived super fast, was beautiful, and easy to assemble. Until the lights in the moose's antlers and head never came on. I called them and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement I had in hand in two days. They said I don't need to return the malfunctioning item, saving me the hassle of packing and mailing. So easy, and I am very satisfied with both the product and their dedication to standing by their merchandise.

All though the customer service did an excellent job at making me satisfied. The manufacturing and the buyers did very poorly. I purchased one rocking chair and found it to be well packed it was cracked and splitting. Customer service sent another chair in an attempt to rectify the complaint. The second chair that arrived was in the same condition and worse. I kept both chairs and had to purchase wood filler and repair the chairs as best I could myself.

I had an issue with one of the BCP product that I had ordered. I reached out to support to raise a complaint for the product. I received great service and a replacement for the affected product was shipped almost immediately. Overall we are happy with the product and the service.

I have been ordering from BCP for years! Always excellent prices, and high quality, well made products. Had a slight issue with a recent purchase (missing a part), and the customer service rep went above and beyond to right the situation. So impressed!

The fire pit table I ordered through Amazon was the worst piece, I got three of them, $300 a piece, and literally not a single one of them worked, they all leaked so much that they would not catch fire, a gas line even leaked so bad that it caught fire under the table on me. All the gas lines were all very loose, between all of them, none of them had the same bolts, packaging or patterns.

Customer service was quick to respond and helped me with my item (pop-up canopy). Delivered earlier than expected. My canopy is easy to set-up, sturdy (TY for the new stakes) and well-built. Thank you, BCP!
