What an absolute disappointment! I've heard the advertisement of "Big, Juicy strawberries". Out of a dozens, only one of them was somewhat big and that was a little over an inch and a quarter and that one was still GREEN on the end! The box of chocolate covered pretzels, came as chocolate cover sticks! All broken in pieces.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I got an email st 11am on the day of my Valentine's Day delievery telling me the address I entered was invalid. The address was NOT invalid it was correct and I spent my entire lunch at work waiting on the phone just for the representative to tell me they can no longer deliver it on Valentine's Day to my fiancé - it would have to be a day or so later. WHAT!? I paid every extra fee known to man to have it delivered on Valentine's day and another fee just to have it there BEFORE 5. I will never order from this company again. There was no sincere apology, explanation or anything given to me about their mistake. Now I have to send a picture to my fiancé of what he would have gotten rather than receive anything special at work as planned OVER A WEEK BEFORE VALENTINES DAY.
Don't waste your time or your money with this company- and every radio station who promotes them should really think again.
I ordered flowers and candy for my mother for Valentine's day. It clearly stated the correct shipping address and the receipt emailed to me stated the correct shipping address. But they shipped them to me. So it is Valentines Day, my mother lives 300 miles away and her gifts are at my home. When my father passed away many years ago, he asked me to always send her flowers from him and she is sick with Leukemia and may not be here next year. I am just so upset that this year she will not get flowers from my dad.
I got mine today, actually 2 orders came in from them today. Everything was cold, fresh, pretty, and very tasty. They looked really good and tasted better than I had expected. The berries (strawberries and cherries) were sweet, not bitter. They were fresh and well decorated. Nothing was missing or crushed and I'm still really supeised by how well they took all the stress of travel. I'd definitely recommend them!
Shari's Berries state complete customer satisfaction on their website. What a crock... offered no solution to order that is lost.

I ordered two dozen gourmet dipped chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered for Valentine's day to my boyfriend who works at a big, well-known tire center and auto repair shop that is located on a major road. Not only did they charge me $ 19.99 for shipping, I had to pay an additional $9.99 to guarantee delivery on February 14th, AND an additional $14.99 to guarantee delivery between 8am and 12 noon. When tracking my shipment it said that the business was closed or the customer was not there. The business is most definitely open, my boyfriend has been there all day, and a FedEx truck never entered their lot. When I called the number listed on the website the lady told me she could track the FedEx truck so I could go pick up my order. UNBELIEVABLE! I told her either make sure they get delivered or I want my money back. She claims she issues a refund so hopefully I get my money back! What a scam! Definitely won't order from here or any other radio-promoted businesses again!
I went on the website on sunday feb 12,2017. When I tried to place an order it said can not confirm order because they can't deliver to the address provided. So I cancelled it and went to another site. Today I found out I was charged 85 dollars for the order that I did not place and the order was delivered. So I called them to complain and was told that there's nothing they can do about it. Never ordering from them ever again.
Yeah, Why did you intentionally rip all us off. The reviews from today are very hurtful. Wrecked my day yesterday. Maybe this is why TRUMP is going to stop outsourcing. Good idea.
Sent my daughter who is away at college 4 valentine's Oreo cookies (her favorite) and a half dozen swizzled strawberries The picture on their website looked so good. She received the order today and I asked her to send me a picture. I was horrified but what I saw. The strawberries looked nothing like what was on their website. They looked very small with little color and little chocolate! But wait, the best part is no cookies! I called and was told they don't have the cookies anymore! WHAT? They were happy to charge me for them though. This company is a total rip off. Please note, I never complain but I feel in this case I have to say something. Please don't waste your hard earned money, this is a total scam. Rating 0.0
I ordered 12 dozen for my wife and did not spend the extra money to have them "before 12"... they arrived at 10. So I'm happy for that, the price was fair but they like to upsell during the checkout. They have a handling fee, a guaranted fresh fee, a shipping fee, all mandatory. So they fee the heck out of you. They don't come with the stand in the picture (i didn't think it would) they don't have the green stems so it not as pretty. They are fully dipped so you can't see the red berry. So they don't look as pretty but she loved them and said it was good so that's what was important to me.
Ordered on the 11th to be delivered to my wife at work on Valentine's Day. That morning I got an email saying it was shipped. Checked the tracking website and it said it was shipped but there was a mishap at the warehouse and they may not be delivered until the 15th or 16th. Couldn't understand a word customer service said. Supposedly I'll be getting big my money back. But we'll see.
I placed an order from here to surprise my wife for Valentines day. I paid the extra to have an early delivery as she is not in her office after lunch. Track my order the day of delivery and it left KY at 0630 to bad I live FLA. Call customer service and get we will refund your early delivery fee, but there is nothing else we can do for you. So now to save face with the wife I will have to scramble to go and get something else for her.
I placed an order on the 11th to have my strawberries delivered on the 13th to a place of business. I was given the 8am-6pm delivery time frame. Let's just say I never received my package and was told after 6pm when I contacted them "O since no signature is required we'll just leave them in front of the business". I will never again choose this company in the future.
My daughter surprised me with berries, but they're wet on the bottom and NO consistency at all like fresh berries. Looked sweet, but dont eat. Yuk.
My daughter never got her Berries. I ordered them 4-5 days prior to Valentines Day. When I call customer service, it is outsourced, people do not speak english well, and no-manager to speak with. They said they would send again. A day late, and a dollar short. That is if they even arrive. Very disappointed. I think what upset me the most, is you can't get anyone who cares or even speaks english well. Done with Sherries Berries.
My boyfriend ordered berries to be delivered on Feb. 13... Tracked fed ex and had not been shipped yet... On the 13th! The shipment was placed on the 11th with a guarantee shipment on the 13th! CANCELLED... As still not shipped!
My partner ordered the berries for me and they were scheduled to arrive on Feb 13th. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, not leaving the house once. By 7:30pm, I started to doubt they were coming so I asked my boyfriend to check on the status. Come to find out they were "delivered" almost 7 hours earlier. They were left outside our building in NYC. No one ever rang the bell to our apartment or attempted to contact us. Obviously they were stolen - who in their right mind would leave a package outside in the middle of the city?
So I never tasted the berries, but I'm still extremely disappointed. However, they did say they will issue us a full refund (we'll see if this happens) for the $67 dollars spent and ruining our Valentine's Day.

Get an email was shipped the day it was to be delivered and will arrive Thursday! Well I called you know the calls are outsourced - they explained since this was a special holiday. Orders may be delivered on the day listed.

I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries, they arrived on time and they were all in one piece. Strawberries were very sweet and also very large. I would definately order from sharis berries again... lisa Macarthur (feb 13,2017)
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
