This is the second time I've received trash. They were warm and chocolate was melted. The first time, it was a hot day so I had a little sympathy. This time it was ridiculous. It was about 60 degrees today. When I got them, the ice pack that's supposed to keep them cold, was warm. The chocolate on the strawberries were melted. The strawberries them selves seemed like they were left outside all day. I will never order from them again

Berries look nothing like the sales pics. Berries were tiny and rotted. Chocolate was very poor quality. It was a sloppy mess that appeared as if a child had ripped off all the tops, thrown the tiny berries in some chocolate, then thrown it in the box. They didn't even look like strawberries. I bought these as a gift, instead I threw them in the trash. No one in my home liked them. What a huge waste of money. It's sad when a company takes advantage of innocent customers. I feel as if my hard earned money were stolen from me. I would have given a MINUS number if that had been possible. Avoid this scam!

It cost me almost $50.00 and when they arrived the FEDEX driver did not ring the door bell but left them on the porch. Most of the berries were of poor quality and the chocolate was horrible. Instead of making my wife happy she was angry at me for getting scammed.

I ordered a total of $29.99 in strawberries and cherries. I even chose to have my order shipped two days later to save money on shipping costs. Only AFTER placing my order and getting a confirmation email did I see they charged me $14.99 for shipping plus an additional $3.99 rural fee. I called and canceled immediately and hope my card is refunded in the 5 to 7 days as they said. Huge scam! I figured they were trustworthy after how many times I saw the commercials on TV and heard them on radio.

I made a mistake with the address on my order. It had not been shipped yet and was not due to be shipped for a while yet. I called and explained the situation (I paid over $100 for the $40 product plus delivery charges), and they would not help me. They would give me all the details of my order as I proved it was me who ordered it, but they would not change the address saying that it had already shipped (it hadn't. I confirmed with UPS) and they couldn't change it after it had shipped. I ended up having to intercept the delivery and deliver them myself. I'll give them that they got to the wrong address on time. Plus everything was small and the price was a ripoff.

This business is a sham. I was ordering some berries and the website never said anything about $14.99 delivery fee plus $9.99 confirming delivery fee so what was supposed to be a $20 order ended up being a $45 order. I called right away to cancel the order (literally 1 minute after placing it) and the person on the phone took 10 minutes to process the cancellation to then tell me the order already went through and he cannot cancel it... I call fraud! Do not order from this place

After spending 30 plus minutes picking out the perfect gift for my mom, I chose a half dozen strawberries with a dozen cheesecake bites. I was thinking $38 for all of that was great! I didn't mind paying the extra $5 shipping fee bc it was Mother's Day. Only it wasn't specified the $5 shipping fee was added on to the $16.99 standard shipping fee and the $4.99 rural fee. It didn't show me any of that until AFTER i checked out! Called immediately to cancel!
Now I understand that businesses like this go through a lot to deliver and they deliver themselves. So I really don't mind paying a little extra on shipping. But my "on sale" price of $38 really adding up to $65 is a bit ridiculous. You can keep your dang strawberries!
