We purchased a dozen Belgian chocolate covered berries which were supposed to be $27.95. At checkout, the total bill was almost $70 after multiple add on charges. Although they did arrive when they were scheduled, the quality was terrible. The berries were totally mushy and inedible. We ended up throwing out the rest. Terrible product at a ridiculous price.

Horrible Pricing

I purchased a Groupon for Mothers Day. It was a 40.00 value for 20.00. After checking out My total came out to 86.00. Meaning after the 40.00 credit I still owed 46.00 for a dozen chocolate covered berries. This is outrageous. Even edible arrangements is not this expensive. The lack of thought behind pricing makes me sick. I will NOT spend 86.00 on a berry delivery even if it includes delivery. Unreasonable.

THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will charge you double for shipping because they can. And very frusturating talking to the sales people. They over charge you a lot and have no idea what they are doing. But if you like shipping 12 strawberries for $100 bucks then yeah you'll love it. Oh, and then they will send you an email with a great discount but it is no where to be found on the website, so then you call and they pretty much make you sound crazy. And say that the email was not real, but in reality you have proof on your computer screen. They need to teach their customer service people to learn english, listen to the person on the phone instead of talking over them, and to STOP throwing around random numbers. Honestly you are probably better off just walking 1,000 miles and delivering the strawberries from your own hands. They scam you... STAY AWAY.

I loved the response I got from my mother last year when she called and said she loved her "big, delicious strawberries". So this year I wanted to give her the same thing but even more. I had been receiving constant email advertisements for literally on the daily. So its comes to my surprise when I call to place an order and they have no recollection of my account. (strike one) Then I'm talking to someone with a foreign accent who cannot answer my inquires.(outsourcing) Then I'm on the website while talking on the phone and wanted to order the 6 gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries for $19.99 + add on 4 chocolate dipped cookies and 6 dipped swizzled strawberries for $9.99. Sounds great right? So I call in and say this is the order I want. She says she cant find it in the system. IM LOOKING AT THE DEAL!. So frustrated I hang up and do it myself online. Now I see my order I click the screen, now my order is changed. No more cookies and strawberries for $9.99. They only offer 4 cake thingy's for $9.99. Okay still cool ill take it. Proceed to checkout. They wont allow me to add the cakes. Wth? Long story short. I ended up only purchasing the 6 gourmet dipped for $19.99. I paid $44.00 for 6 strawberries. $19.99 + $9.99 standard shipping+ $9.99 for Monday shipping. NOT EVEN DELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY! Last time. They are totally getting over. I WILL make these strawberries by hand myself in the FUTURE. Lost a customer!

First strawberries was gift. I feel so bad for the person that ordered them. There was suppose to be 12 beautiful dipped decorated strawberries, what I got was 11 an I think #12 was suppose to be a strawberry but so small an no it wasn't a cherry. The whole strawberry was covered the stem was pulled but not hulled so that was rough. I would never order from these people. What this company needs to do is order from several different reputable companies an learn the proper way of doing the strawberries. An quit stealing other company pics for Sherries Berries!

Extremely disappointed. I have been a repeat customer of sherries berries for years and this experience was Absolutely horrible Berries were melted flowers or wilted.
Not expecting this reaction from my wife, it's the thought that counts honey. I was expecting more like oh my God love the fresh tulips and the delicious strawberries you made my Mother's Day.

I ordered my full dozen strawberries yesterday (Thursday) They sent me a tracking email so I can track my order I loved that. Kinda expensive but was worth it because it made my step moms day. I had my moms address on there yesterday and found out she had hip surgery and was recovering at her moms house so she was not at home to receive package I immediately changed it to her moms address at 10am. It was at fed ex at 5:15am. By 1:30pm they were emailing me package had been delivered and is on they porch so i knew the address change was too late. I was upset at first but she got a ride around 3:30 to pick them up and said they had an ice pack on them and they were still cold. She sent me a pick they were perfect and she was so happy.

I sent a dozen berries out to my mom for Mother's Day. The berries were solid white inside when she cut them in half. WOW I loved them!

My daughter sent me berries and cake truffles for Mother's Day. They were great! (And I am picky too.) Berries were to die for! I ate all six of them today. Truffles for dessert tonight.
I was VERY HAPPY with them.

I ordered two dozen strawberries expecting them to be at least similar to the photos on the website. They were delivered on time but no telling how long they sat on a hot truck because they were in poor condition due to the heat. I would hate to order during the summer months. One little ice bag can't keep the package cold enough to protect the product. The box that held the strawberries was soggy. It was almost embarrassing to give these to our Mothers for Mother's day because of the way they looked. My boxes had really small ones mixed in with the one I considered normal or either I would have a supersized one that didn't fit. It was not a wow factor when you open the box. You definitely don't get what you are paying. I will not purchase again due to the poor packaging, look of the berries and price.

Disappointed.

I ordered my mom a combo with a beautiful vase of Lillie's and 3 cheesecakes. The gift was selected to her work and the cheesecakes were warm and don't of the flowers were opened. Just stems and buds. For $118, I'm NOT impressed.

My mother says, "this is the best gift I have ever received!" I have read several reviews giving sherries berries poor marks. To be quite honest, I think these people are off their rocker. I have been ordering sherries berries for several years now. My wife, my mother, and now my daughter who has a newborn baby I'll receive sherries berries. They have never come in anyway except for excellent quality. The styrofoam box that's they have come in have preserved both the berries and the chocolate perfectly. The Barry's have always been fresh and the chocolate has maintained its excellent consistency. This year my dad and I went together to again purchase sherries berries for my mother for Mother's Day. My mother has said, that this is the best gift that she has ever received. This is much to the chagrin of my younger brother, who has failed to send sherries berries to anyone. I have sent them before, and I will send them again. The quality has always been excellent. And believe me I am a consumer that demands excellence if I could give 10 stars I would!

Horrible product.

I received a gift from my daughter today. After all the hassle she went through. Taking the time and expending her money. The strawberries were not to what I was expecting. The ice on top was melted. The berries were not fresh, almost soggy, very poor qualitiy. I need a phone number to call so she can get her money back.

My 7 year old foster son was so excited to order mom choc strawberries and cheesecake for his first
Mother's Day with her and they come today all broke and melted he spent 77 dollars in this. Granted they agreed to refund his money but that doesn't help him with his gift

Worst company ever

My daughter ordered strawberries for me. She was told they would be delivered on mother's day. Now they said not til the 16th after mother's day. They are liars, they over charge. This is ridiculous. I should of read all of the reviews first. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience ever. Awful customer service. She was charged for Sunday delivery, standard shipping.

I paid a whopping $45.00 for a dozen berries for my own Mother's Day gift. I was very disappointed they look nothing like the advertisement they do not have their tops, they are only half dipped and many berries were very tiny in size. Definitely not worth $45.00 I will never do this again.

Devastated

Ordered the berries for Friday delivery for my Mother. We are celebrating Mother's Day early necause this is my Mothers last Mother's Day with our familu and she is transitioning over. I get an email Friday morning at 4:30am that the delivery has been rescheduled for Saturday by the end of the day. Now the berries will miss the celebration and my Mother will not get her berries. If you can't deliver when requested you should not accept the order. You never know the circumstances or the situation of why things are ordered for certain times and to agree to deliver and then don't delivet isn't fair to your customers. This order isn't just late its late arrival is a reminder of to little to late. I will never be able to enjoy with my Mother the one last thing she wanted befote she passed away. #SHAMEONYOU

I tried to order Mrs. Feilds cookies for my Mom for Mother's Day 2017, I had a 10% promotional code,,,, I got busy didnt complete transaction, website was rejecting my CC info... the ONLY business to ever reject this... 2 days later I got an email reminder to complete the purchase and get 20% discount... I was forced to use my PayPal, completed the transaction... what I agreed to pay and what I was charged I didnt agree to... I wanted 20% discount I was charged full price... I wanted $9 shipping, they charged me the $9+$14=$23 for a small cookie order that was supposed to be $23.99 I was charged the full cost $29.99... I was smart enough to make a screen copy of the cart with the amount I agreed upon... I called them... it was a waste of time... these people are braindead... The will not refund my money for 28-30 days!
I have had some problems with other websites, I was credited back immediately or by the 3rd day... I have since looked on the internet and have seen the 1,000's of complaints from billing over charges, to delivery to the wrong place... products not meeting standards...
I have emailed them, they didnt even reply to me with my correct name... today is the 3rd day... my money has not been returned...
Shari's Berries deleted my comments from 2 Facebook accounts, and block me from commenting...
Nothing I wrote was profane, just the truth Shari's Berries is a scam company, there was no discount given. And they double billed me got delivery
I posted people opening their Products on YouTube to their Facebook page
People videos are truthful
Shari's Berries has proved they are a scammer organization... Now I will get PayPal involved

Disappointed TWICE

First order was during Christmas time. I order chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered cherries. After paying, I thought..."wow that was a lot" and looked back at my receipt. I was charged not one but TWO separate shipping charges of $16.99. I immediately called to ask why and the gentleman spoke horrible English. He said it was because the strawberries and cherries came in separate boxes that is why I got charged two separate shipping charges. I told him to cancel one of the orders then and he said it was too late. Strawberries came... they were mushy. I didn't have the cherries, but my mom said they were good.

Flash forward to present day (5/11/17) I place a Mother's Day combo order of the strawberries and cherries (thought I'd give them another shot). I get a call from a girl saying that she received my package! I had to drive all the way to her house to get them (so much for that $16.99 shipping huh?). The cherries are like chocolate covered maraschino cherries! I can't even believe it. My mom said they weren't like that last time. Strawberries are yet again mushy. I will never be ordering from here again. A complete scam.
