Spent 1/2 hour on phone to get order right. Hard to understand the person ordering for me. Spelling over and over. Then order came 1/2 on one day and it was a speciic order for a birthday gift... Now waiting for the rest of the order. It was a combo roses and Berries.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...
I bought the Oreo cheese cake for my girlfriend as a birthday cake to do something different then just regular cake. I reluctantly choose this despite the price as this was a special occasion. I ordered and was charged twice for shipping making my already expensive order twice as much. I did manage to get some of the cost of shipping knocked off but when my cake arrived it was the size of my hand and bearly enough for two people. Now I have to go buy a real cake to make up for this sorry appetizer. I feel cheated and I will never ever buy from this company again. If I could give zero stars I would.
We have been huge fans of Shari's Berries. We ordered them for our anniversary. They arrived with the package icepack completed defrosted. I have to wonder if it was just for 'show'. The strawberries were mush inside. They have no flavor. The chocolate part was good, but the delivery and strawberries were not. For $70 including shipping, I expect WOWZA! This was awful. I will not order again, and I will not refer anyone either.
One of my favorite treats were Shari's Berries>>>I received a box for my birthday from my son. So disappointed that they would even try to sell these and expect to get another order! Strawberries were not even ripe. So sour and half green I could not eat anything but the coating which was the only thing good. I will never order and doubt my son will again either. Very expensive to start with and end up tossing out.
I've used Sharies Berries several times in the past. Ordered my sister a birthday gift on March 25 to be delivered by April 1, which was her birthday. No way would I have agreed to have the product delivered on April 6, and agree to $20 in shipping. I remember very specifically looking at the shipping dates because they've been late before. Their response was it was my fault, and offered to cancel the order. Very pissed off about this. Then the customer service rep can barely speak English. Will NOT patronize their business anymore, period.
The pics online and the strawbetties that arrived are not the same at all. Local grocer could have provided better berries. The dime in the photo is for comparison. Save your $$$ and find a different supplier.
Order 27.99 berries and they wanted 24.50 shipping & prep to Virginia

They were standard size berries dipped in chocolate. I could have gotten that at a local shop without shipping. Sad to say but EA berry boxes are better.
When ordering 2 dozen dipped berries I was ask to edit my delivery date ( I had ask for a Saturday 24th since this was the birthday party day) I clicked on edit and now my option is Friday 23rd, unbelievable but they was out of stock the following day Saturday24th). Needless to say I selected Friday, My mom was in the hospital and decided to have a small party in her room on Saturday, I have ordered the berries for her before and she loved them so I was thinking this would cheer her up... what a let down. The berries showed up Monday morning 26th Sharri berries let us down... very disappointed. I would not depend on them to come through on a special occasion. They have offered to replace the order for free but for what the birthday is past.

Yes, do not waste money. Terrible service, and bleeding you of every penny. Every thing is extra, being a customer is worthless.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$! The product does not even closely resemble the marketing pictures. I ordered these for a very special celebration, and I was totally embarrassed by the gift that was delivered to my friend. The strawberries were VERY SMALL, ugly chocolate-covered BLOBS. They were completely covered (no exposed berry tops, as presented in the marketing photos), with no uniformity whatsoever, in size, coverage, drizzle. RIP OFF!
My husband ordered me a dozed berries for Valentines Day. They came the day after and were tiny, runny, and rotten. We have tried several times to contact the company with no response. Paid $70 dollars for a dozed berries that I had to throw away. Very disappointing! Would never recommend this company and will be contacting Sean Hannity and others that advertise from them. Can get better product at my local grocery store!

(2) The card was to someone else and not the words I wrote for my fiancé.
I was ordering a dozen berries for a birthday and was doing this two weeks in advance. The price started out at $27.98 plus $12.99 standard shipping. Then they added $9.99 for Monday delivery. That brings the shipping charges up to $22.98. When ordering online, I was asked if I preferred morning or afternoon delivery. I put morning not thinking that I would not be charged extra for it. Then the site said my berries would be delivered between 9AM and 9PM. Thats not morning yet I was charged extra for morning delivery - $14.99 more. That brings the delivery charges up to $37.97. My $27.98 berries were now going to cost a total of $72.05! Who does that? I dont know how they stay in business. I called customer service but thats a joke. Needless to say, I did not complete the order.
I ordered on Feb 12th for delivery on Valentine's Day. When checking out I was charged for delivery and then was charged a separate amount for Guaranteed Feb 14th delivery. The package was delivered on Feb 15th. Not even an attempt was made on the 14th. I wrote to the company and their response was, "We're sorry, we promise to do better next time". NEXT TIME? Why on earth would there be a next time. They didn't even offer to refund me the EXTRA fee for the "guaranteed" delivery. Beyond poor customer service. First time customer lost for good. SMH

I will start by saying that I orders a Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries. The cost of the strawberries were $34.98 and seemed reasonable enough, but on top of the cost of the berries I was charged $14.99 for standard delivery and an additional $9.99 for Guaranteed Feb 14th Delivery. That's $24.98 in additional charges. So, as much as we enjoyed the strawberries(as they were delicious), I would NEVER order from Shari's Berries again - unless they don't charge excessive fees. I would much rather be charged $44.98 than get hit with multiple shipping charges at checkout.
Awful across the board. Awful website. Customer service completely unaware of their own products or brands. Give misinformation about shipping costs on phone (said $14.99 flat rate). When you get to the end of the order it is $19.99 + $5 rush delivery because you had to spend so much time on the phone with them you passed some arbitrary cutoff time + $4 "rural delivery fee" to deliver to a densely populated suburb of a major city. But I was in a crunch so had to order anyway. Then never get tracking number even though it is already out for delivery. Two more phone calls. Tell them all these problems and the say "sorry. Thank you for calling" They allegedly have 100% satisfaction guarantee or they will make it right. Complete nonsense. It is clear they have outsourced everything to the lowest bidder and put the screws to their reps to handle a certain number of calls in a day so no real time to give a crap about making a customer happy who invested a lot of time and money in trying to pick an appropriate gift. Never again!
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
