Don't bother with these

I remember years back when I used to love receiving these strawberries for special occasions, they were huge and fresh and the chocolate was high quality. Fast forward to now, and out of the six berries I received, 1/6 was the "big" size I remember and 6/6 were mushy and overripe. Was truly floored at the audacity of charging five dollars per strawberry when they're the size of a pinball. Opening the box, I immediately knew they were bad, they were already leaking juices all over the container underneath. Never again, Shari, never again.

My husband has ordered me chocolate covered strawberries from Shari's Berries for several years now to be delivered on my birthday. This year, I was disappointed when I didn't get them! My husband had ordered them, and they were scheduled to be delivered, but instead spent a few extra days on a delivery truck in a snow storm. When my berries finally arrived, the quality was not at all what I had come to expect from Shari's Berries. I contacted them and explained what had happened. I not only got an apology, I was also offered replacement berries at no cost to me, to be delivered on a date of my choosing. Today, my fresh berries arrived and are of the spectacular quality that I know and love from Shari's Berries. Thank you so much for continuing to make my birthday extra special, and having exceptional customer service to go far above and beyond that of most companies today.

The presentation was exceptional but the berries were very Gassy, only ate two and gave up, shoud'nt have to submit over 100 letters to describe my disappointment, i will never order from there again. Don't know how that stay in business.

Terrible

I received 2 gifts one for my birthday and one for Valentine's day and I was disappointed. The strawberries were soft and almost spoiled. The chocolate barely covered the strawberry. I ate the chocolate part and threw the strawberry away. I used to order from Shari's Berries when they were pretty new and they were lovely large strawberries covered in chocolate. So good. But now it's gross... l told my husband don't bother getting me anymore. Save your money.

$54 for 6 strawberries?! I bought a $30 Groupon for $15 thinking surely $30 would be enough to cover 6 strawberries. Had to come out of pocket an additional $24 so Im paying $39 for 6 strawberries and thats at a discounted rate?! Never again

My order was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day I paid the shipping cost to guaranteed my delivery on top of placing my order 3weeks in advance it was delivered until feb 15 thanks for ruining valentine's day will never use this service again

RIP OFF!

I bought 2 dozen chocolate covered berries, 30 cookies and 6 brownie pops. I requested No dark choc, replace with Milk Choco as my wife and kids don't like dark. They didn't mention at time of order that they won't do this. Only after I received and contacted them did they tell me so 1/3 of the order went in the garbage. The cookies were tiny little cookies in a small, little bag like you would find at TJ max check out. $29? I wouldn't have paid $9.99! Absolute ripoff. Very disappointed!

Disgusting service

Shari's Berries needs to pick up the pace on customer service. Sent my wife shriveled up roses with the berries. When I told them how disappointed my wife was and how embarrassed I was they responded with... " sorry, this time we blew it"... They offered a 25% coupon off of the next purchase. Ya Hoooo! I'm done!

My wonderful husband sends me your chocolate covered strawberries pretty often. This time he added a dozen roses. Five of the roses where snapped when they arrived on Valentines day, so they sent me another dozen roses which came a day late and were dried up and shriveled. Very disappointed. I am sure he will not order any more flowers from this company. The strawberries are always beautiful and amazing! Sorry, but thought you should know. Thanks.

After writing my first review about the dipped strawberries being small and under ripe, I was contacted by them and issued a full refund. I was pleased. I hope they corrected the problem with the berries. They were very large and lovely and sweet in past orders.

Disappointed

My fiance ordered these for me. The berries were tiny. Never expected at a cost of $90.00 for it to be that bad. Basically false advertising in my mind. The berries look huge but were 1/3 the size of holes in packaging.

This company is a big ripoff, I paid $57.00 for 6 strawberries and a small bear for Valentine's day, when the I opened the box I was so disappointed with size of the strawberries they were half of the size of what was advertised, they were so small it only filled half of the hole of the tray it came in, plus in the add it shows it would come with a dish to them in, I was so embarrassed to give the to my girl friend that I went out and spent more money to buy her roses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Possibly my worst ordering experience. Placed my order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and teddy bear for delivery on 2/10/2018. Had been advised order was shipped 02/08/2018, but no delivery came on the tenth as promised. Nor on the eleventh or twelfth. Tried to email my questions about nondelivery several times, but email function wouldn't send. Called a number given that said it was answered 24/7, but only got a recorded message telling me to leave a message and phone number--while trying to do that, another recorded message came on advising me the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Finally found another customer service number and talked to a person whose primary language I would guess was not English. After numerous times on hold she advised me the item had been delivered already on the tenth. I reiterated that it had not been and after almost a week in transit I didn't want those berries. Was told a new order could be shipped out but not until after Valentine's day. While waiting for that new shipment to arrive, the old one came with berries sweating water, the insides like jelly and the size of which were smaller than what you'd find at your local grocery! New box did arrive with berries in better condition, but still mostly small size and not fully ripe. Outrageous price for such quality and service!

I ordered strawberries for Valentines day. Partial order showed up.
When I contacted customer service, 3 times via phone and 2 times via E-Mail. All they are willing to do is refund shipping? What about the stuff they never shipped.
Forget about talking to customer service can't understand them and they just keep apologizing for their lack of ability to do anything. There is a reason they don't have a feedback section on their website, they would go out of business

Not sweet or ripe enough

I was excited to try for the first time but was disappointed with the quality since they were not ripe enough and sweet as expected. I could of bought locally at my grocery store for much cheaper but thought they would be exceptional since this company specializes in the product. Wont buy again

Tried to change delivery date. Unable to understand customer service person. Delivery date was never changed. No one was home when berries were set on porch. Customer service personnel were the worst.

I ordered for Valentines Day, was told guaranteed Feb 14 delivery date. Then I checked on Feb 14 evening because nothing arrived and the delivery date changed online to Feb 16 without being given any notification. Called in and was told I would get a full refund next time I called. Called 2 days later and was told that the shipping fee was waived (they still delivered the product) but if I insist, they will refund. DAMN RIGHT I INSIST! They refunded and the product arrived looking like dookie :) Order from $#*!ties Berries at your own risk.

This is a poor company. If you call you talk to ragheads that barely speak english. And as far as my order i bought my wife the smores. Taste like chocolate covered stale candy the strawberries arent anything special just extremely over priced for what the local boutique would make them for me and the flower arangement wasnt any better than kroger's grocery flower shop. I also ordered dipped cheese cake bites that never arrived so im guessing they make their money off ripping people off on their orders. Never again this is a scam of a company for all that im concerned. Hope you go bankrupt.

I order 2 different orders, one was received one was not. Online there was a form asking for my satisfaction regarding shipping, I filled that out no response. Two days later, I filled out another online form, there was no response from Shari's Berries for either of those. Last I called customer service, their customer service is outsourced to India (I believe) and it was difficult to understand anything the representative said. She asked if I wanted to have it delivered again, or a refund. I wanted it delivered again, so she said it would be the next day. Unfortunately that was not going to work for the recipient and I asked for the following day, and she said that would cost me an extra $10. I said no deal give me a refund which they did. But I need to find another company to work with, Shari's Berries is too difficult.

Dreadful

The flowers were pretty, the strawberries were dreadful! Soooo disappointed! Wasted money. Just get a bouquet. I will say, our local Kroger's store had chocolate dipped strawberries for much less money and they were scrumptious! Dump Shari's Berries and use a local florist and Krogers! Save money and better quality.
