I have always ordered from edible arrangements before this was my first time using Sheris berries and I was overjoyed with the awesome service. We ordered and nobody was in the office where they were delivered so the fedex guy left them outside :( I called the next day and they were extremely understanding and very quick to offer a replacement. Not sure why everyone has such negative things to say. But as of now you have my business! My favorite is there are no stems on the strawberrys... great job keeping this customer satisfied :)

Disappointment

I used them in the past with no problem. This time for my Daughter's Birthday they arrived with the ice pack melted and the berries broken up. This is the last time I will use them.

Not impressed. The berries were delivered on a 96° day with two small ice packs. Those were not even cold. The berries outter coating was melted. The cherries were the same. We have been eating them, but they are a sorry sight. And, a mess. We will not order from this company. These were a Father's Day gift from our son. We did not tell him... we didn't want him to feel bad.

I am FLOORED by how horrendous this company is. I ordered a dozen handmade brownie pops to a hospital, and then there was a "delivery exception" because the business was closed (it was not). I am FURIOUS at how much money I spent, including extra for Saturday delivery, for me to call and be informed that it would arrive on Monday. Then, I asked the EXTREMELY RUDE woman if I could speak to her supervisor and she laughed and hung up. Stay as far away as humanly possible.

I have a coupon that says $15 off your next order over $30. When I tried to place an order for a total of $44.98 ($19.99 + $24.99) I was told by Customer Service that coupon was for $15 off 1 item. Coupon doesnt say item it reads order. Order can be I item or more as long as it totals $30. Am going to tell my family to NEVER order me anything from this company.

I ordered 4 different orders for Mother's Day gifts and thank you gift I paid extra for warm weather areas, spent well over $300 for small melted over ripe strawberries and wilted flowers, 2 of the four orders were ok (not worth the $ though) 2 were absolutely horrible! Worst gift ever, so embarrassed to have sent them! I've sent messages and emails with no response! Never again! Don't waste your money with this terrible company!

I ordered 6 strawberries and I had accidentally chose extra for morning delivery and I called not even 2 minutes after I completed my order and explained that I made a mistake. I was told that I would be reimbursed. I kept checking my bank and no reimbursement, The Customer Service Rep tried to act like they only charged me $34 while I'm looking at my online banking and could clearly see they didn't. Never again.

Awful times 2

My family bought me these for Mothers day. First, nothing like the pics, a chemical smell as soon as you opened the box and then mushy chemical tasting berries. I called to complain. They sent another box... the same quality! Chemical, mushy, ugly... Threw them all out... save your money!

Worst gift ever!

Ordered these strawberries as a Mothers Day gift and they were terrible! Berries were various sizes (not as advertised), extremely mushy and not worth the extravagant price! Berries did not even last 24 hours. Gave a customer review to the company and they offered 10% off to try them again... AS IF! Do Not WASTE your money!

Not as advertised

I bought the berries for our 23rd wedding anniversary and was a bit disappointed, the berries were not as large as advertised on the radio promotions. The chocolate was very good but the berries were bitter, and soggy from being frozen. Waste of your money, visit a U Pick them strawberry farm, purchase some chocolate and dip them
Berries yourself.

I received these berries as a Mother's Day gift from my oldest daughter. What a disappointment. The berries had been frozen, were mushy, and the chocolate tasted horrible. They must have used something to preserve the berries because they also had a chemical taste. A total waste of money! Don't disappoint anyone else if giving as a gift. As someone has already stated " I would give them a 0 rating if possible".

Two years ago I purchased some berries as a thank you gift for our pediatricians office. I found out almost two years later they were never received. I contacted Sheris Berries customer service department just to let them know. I had no verification of my purchase or that they were not received. They offered to refund my money, send me or send the office another set of strawberries. No hassle or anything from them! I opted to have new berries sent and they were delicious according to the recipient! I am so thankful for such amazing customer service!

UGHHH!

Terrible product. Ive heard the advertisement on the radio for years, so I was excited to sample the chocolate covered strawberries my mother-in-law received for her birthday.

What a major disappointment! I tried 3 different kinds to find that beneath the yummy chocolate were spoiled or half-green strawberries. What a joke!

Never arrived

I ordered a dozen berries twice. On each occasion when tracking my order it said processing even after the promised delivery date I paid extra for. When I called Sharis berries on both occasions they said I cancelled the order. I did not. I paid via PayPal. I called them and they said my payment info was accurate. In fact an order from another vendor went through the same day without problems. Customer service was not helpful. All they could say was it was cancelled. Twice? I will never order from them again. It has taken weeks to get the pending charge off my credit card. Thought the order was cancelled. Duh! They are crooks. There are much more reputable companies to order from.

Spoil my surpise

I booked for my husband's birthday cake surprise 1 week ago. Waiting for shipment till today and finally they not only disappointment me and spoil my surprise as he didn't get shipment as I am out country so planned to make him happy but got only worse feeling, paid extra shipment charges as nothing make my shippment delay in any case. Again money doesn't matter but my occasion to talk y spoiled.
That was my 1st and last order for them.
Will not prefer to any one.

So I purchased a Groupon for $30 which was to be used on their website towards a purchase. So I go onto the website and try to buy a dozen strawberries for $30 and code does not work. Turns out that I have to go to a special page where they sell 6 strawberries for $30. So essentially, I had to pay $10 more for the dozen. Throw on $15 shipping fee and I am now $40 in for a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. Totally deceptive and would never use this company again.

I submitted my negative review to their website on 5/14/18, including 2 pictures, got the "Confirm your review submission" email, and the "Thank you" that I'd been "verified." However, my review has never shown up on their site, so here it is:

What a mess
My daughter ordered these for me over a week ago to be delivered this past Friday for Mother's Day. She was charged regular shipping, an "up charge" for being close to Mother's Day, and an additional charge for "extra precaution" because I live in a "warm climate." The package arrived today, Monday, via UPS after 5:00 - three days after the expected/paid-for delivery. The ice pack was pure water, the boxes containing the products were all wet, and the strawberries were totally destroyed; melted, broken apart, and appeared to be rotten. The smell was horrible. I had to toss the entire box and all the contents. The UPS shipping label indicated "UPS Ground." She was told it left the facility at 2:00 a.m. Friday morning. How long do they expect their ice packs to last? It is evidently not a good idea to send these to "warm climates." I don't know who was more disappointed, my daughter or me. And "30% off your next purchase" doesn't cut it.
