My wife loves chocolate covered strawberries. So I was excited to surprise her with a delivery of two dozen berries for our anniversary.

Despite a guaranteed delivery date, they never arrived. What was supposed to be a pleasant surprise on a special day was instead something that kept us anchored at home waiting for no reason at all.

When I called support that evening, they were quick to apologize. But only after demanding a refund was it even considered.

A complete waste of our time with absolutely no gain. I couldn't possibly recommend this service to anyone. Don't take the chance.

I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered two dozen of chocolate covered decorated strawberries and was told one price then it came out to be higher which I still got despite my frustrations and the higher cost. Once I received my strawberries the cup they were put in was almost twice as big and some of the chocolate was cracked and coming off. This was my first and last experience with this company. I will stick to my Edible Arrangement strawberries because I don't have to pay high shipping and the strawberries are almost twice the size of Shari's Berries. I choose to give them a try because of a recommendation but it truly wasn't a good one.

I ordered a dozen of chocolate swirl covered strawberries for our 34th wedding anniversary. The left the local UPS location at 9:07 am Friday morning and arrived at 6:30 pm that day. I was considered about being in a hot truck all day, and once I opened them and my worst nightmare was confirmed, most all the chocolate had cracked and melted off the berries and berry's were sweating. Just a disaster, and I was embarrassed to present them to my wife, as this was suppose to be a sweet surprise. I did contact them and got a refund, but the occasion they were intended for was ruined,. They sent me a apology via email with a 30% discount on my next purchase of $ 30.00 or more / REALLY / like I'm going to spend more of my hard earned money's with this company after spoiling my anniversary surprise. Take my advise and go to Edible arrangements instead.

Very disappointed. Years ago, 2013-2014, I had received this as a gift and thoigh cookies were dry and not very good, the strawberries were huge and beautiful. Thinking it would be the same quality, I ordered the strawberries and truffles for my girlfriend. Firstly, I found out upon checkout that you can't use the Groupon payment with any discounts offer on website- it sees Groupon as a discount and not a payment apparently. Secondly, shipping was an astronomical $17 & they just dropped it at the door-never even rang the doorbell, so the berries sat in 99 degree weather for at least 15-30 minutes. Thirdly, the card I had filled out was not included in the package, so if I would not have told her to look out for them, she wouldn't have known who it was from or to check outside periodically to see if they were delivered. Thank goodness I said something or they would have been sitting in the heat even longer. Fourthly, the truffles look like the picture on the site, but the berries look like crap. I have included a picture of both, minus the ones my girlfriend ate before the picture was taken. Rhe strawberry on the top left-hand corner is what they should all look like, the rest are pathetic, small, no stem, and just shotty and done half-$#*!. I am extremely disappointed as this package was $35 + $17 shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. PS tried to load photos several times and they will not load. :( I wanted to show what they actually looked like. I don't understand why they won't, my girlfriend sent me the pictures from her phone and I saved them to my gallery, but for some reason they won't upload here.

I ordered Shari's berries for a Birthday gift for my brother. I inadvertently put the wrong date. I called them back almost immediately to have the date changed! I spoke with one of their representatives who assured me that it was handled.
I received a confirmation from Shari's almost immediately for the correct date and felt secure that it would be delivered on time? NOT!
It never showed up and here I am a day later trying to see if they are delivering another box today?
NOT!
They are now blaming me... telling me that I'd cancelled the order? NOT! I never cancelled this order.
I thought... ok they will send another replacement ASAP to see that the gift arrives? NOT!
They are doing nothing to rectify their error and were looking for me to place another order with
Them? NOT... in fact, never again!?
Don't do business with these folks... they lack integrity! And, in fact, as much as called me a liar when they repeatedly said that "they did not modify the order" and that I had!
Stay away from this one!

I have ordered online 2 dozen handmade chocolate covered strawberries for my best friend Birthday party to be delivered as a surprized. Today is day 5 from my order and they still not been delivered. The first order arrived in a smelly box with NO ice, melted chocolate, and rotten strawberries 4 days later. I wish I can upload a picture to prove my review. The original order supposed to be replaced and delivered with fresh ones today but it's still nowhere to be found. Do Not waste your time on this website. Horrible service, rude customer representative, and overpaid products. From now on I will order from Edible Arrangement. I wish I never pick up this site, to begin with

Shari's Berries gave me a refund on the problem order for half and I am satisfied... when a business takes the time to respond and do the right thing it makes it better.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mothers 81st birthday. I wasnt able to be there for her birthday so I asked for her to send me a picture of what she received. I was shocked how some of the strawberries were so small. Some filled the entire precut tray and others you could fit 3-4 strawberries in. If they did not have the large ones in stock like they advertised they could atleast put several in a section to make up for the different. The berries were white inside and had no flavor.
Sharis Berries sent me an email asking for a review. I told them how disappointed I was with the gift. They replied with a thank you and hope I order again soon. So basically, no one read my review. I will never order from them again.

I tried to place an order for 1/2 a dozen strawberries that totaled $24.99. The shipping charge was $14.99 and because I wanted them delivered on Monday there was another $9.99 charge. The total would be $54.99 for 6 STRAWBERRIES! That is insane. I spoke to the customer service and she told me that i can avoid the $9.99 "Monday Fee" by having the package delivered n Tuesday. Well... my husband's birthday is on MONDAY not Tuesday. I canceled my order and their customer service is horrible.

I had received a dozen Chocolate covered strawberries as a gift. The package came and all the strawberry were sweating and warm. Chocolate melting and turned upside down and a mess. I called and without hesitation they set up to ship me a new order on Tuesday which is my day off. I wanted to be home when they came incase it was really hot out. They did not show up so Wednesday morning I called and they checked Fedex and saw the guarantee delivery date was not met. She reopened my order and let me pick another product that would hold up better for the weather. I would use them again. Great customer service.

I have been a long time customer of Sharis berries and have always been pleased with my purchases. I recently bought my husband strawberries for our anniversary. When he opened the box, the chocolate was melting and the strawberries were sweating. The berries did not look appetizing at all. I contacted customer service and they offered a replacement. I declined... this was supposed to be a gift for our anniversary. I was highly disappointed with this purchase... especially for the prices they charge. I will not be shopping at Sharis berries anymore.
