2 years in a row I ordered an arrangement for my wife on valintines to be delivered to her work. Paid the morning delivery. Both times they never even shipped on Valentine's Day. This year they went the day after when she wasn't even working at that place resulting in nothing. They guranenteed I would get a full refund. Today is March 5th and even though they say they refunded the full $106 I only got $10 so basically I paid $96 for nothing but lies and horrible service. I'm told to take it up with my bank? Why they aren't the ones that took my $!
Ordered Feb. 2nd and paid extra $$$ to have morning delivery. Had to call them as wasnt delivered yet when they said it hadnt even shipped out and was guaranteed morning delivery for Feb. 14th. Then they just wanted to refund shipping as it was still going to be delivered albiet late. Uh NO refund me my money and I will spend it with a company that actually cares about their customers.
Placed an order on 2/12 paid "additional" $41.00 in delivery charges to guarantee the order was delivered on Valentine's Day by noon. When I called to track on Feb 14 since it was not delivered by noon, the recording told me it hadn't even shipped yet! I called, on hold 40 minutes only to talk to some person who did not speak clear English AND kept breaking up. He told me to hang up and call back! I called back, on hold again for 23 minutes, go a female who also did not speak clear English AND she kept breaking up. After 15 minutes of frustration, she said she could refund only part of my delivery charges and I said cancel the whole order... she said she couldn't. I asked to speak with a Supervisor who spoke clear English; she put me on hold and after 8 minutes came back on to say they refunded my account! NEVER AGAIN! How this company stays in business is ridiculous!
BE AWARE AND CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! I ordered a week ahead of time and paid $130.00 to be exact with early "GUARANTEED" delivery. Early delivery because my wife has to take our kid to therapy at 1PM EST. After getting to work and checking my bank account I noticed that I had a few more hundreds in my account and didn't understand why because I just paid my car note last night. After I did the math I then realized that the $130.00 of strawberry's and flowers I spent was credited back into my account but it doesn't show that transaction history. Yes, that's a good thing that they refunded it but I was not aware of it or didn't get an email. So NOW I am realizing that they credited it back because they KNOW they can't keep their advertisement of "GUARANTEED" delivery after all of the complaints so you can't dispute the charge. HOWEVER they can still charge you later and adjust the price without the early delivery fee. They haven't charged me yet but I know they will and I will be ready to dispute this crap service. It is now 10 minutes to 1pm. The sun is out and it's currently 63 degrees in Atlanta and I still don't see the tracking number saying it has been delivered. These guys are waiting until the item gets delivered all melted to its poorest quality so they can CHARGE you. I am seriously waiting and will GUARANTEE that I am going to dispute their charge for a refund. It sucks that I have to ruin the surprise for my wife.
I went to pay for my order- 2 different orders of strawberries going to 2 different houses. It said it would be $30 for both orders of berries. I got to checkout and my order jumped up to EIGHT-FIVE DOLLARS. Go take a long walk off a short bridge. $30 extra in shipping feed, $4 extra in something called a "rural surcharge" fee, and another $20 in order for the berries to be delivered on a Saturday. I'll take my money somewhere else- I'm not paying $85 for TWELVE, yes, TWELVE, strawberries. Pure robbery. You'd have to be a damn fool to pay that much. Sorry but HELL NO.
I made an order a week in advance and had a guarentee for it to be delivered on a specific date, and they fell through. Thanks
I ordered 2/10 and paid $35 extra for guaranteed valentines day delivery, before noon. Sat on hold for 45 minutes (not exaggerating) just for them to tell me that "ups has no tracking for your items meaning that your items are lost somewhere" also said they'd send the item SEPERATELY. Bouquet tomorrow 2/15 and the berries Saturday 2/16. We will be getting a refund and spreading the word so no one else gets scammed.
Hello all. I ordered 6 strawberries with the intention of paying 24.99 because I received a free shipping order code. However the price ended up being 58.74! Is this a JOKE. I then called to get a refund, which luckily I received, however later found out the only reason I got the refund was because they hadn't delivered the berries yet. This is absurd considering it is Valentine's day, and they charged me $10.00 for guaranteed Valentine's day delivery date. This is a completely disfunctional unorganized business. Reminds me of Fyre festival. These people will be sued.

When you order something and you are charged an extra fee for guaranteed delivery on a select date. I would think it would come on that day. It wont happen again I'll order local. How do u expand to 7 year old

And they have not arrived as of noon. Called and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes and no one answered. Do not use this company again and I will be challenging his order with my credit card company.
I've seen the commercials and read the reviews so I took a chance. I sent a dozen of the assorted chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels to my daughter at work for Valentines Day. She absolutely loved them! She told me it was a BIG surprise and that she needed that! That was the exact reaction I was aiming for!. Thank you Sherri's Berries; you made my day!
I ordered sheris berries for my girlfriend a few weeks before Valentine's day paid extra to make sure she would get them on that day. When it came to Valentine's day I got no update on delivery called customer service twice to only find out they will be delivered the next day after Valentine's. This is unacceptable I asked for a full refund and will never use them again.
Very disappointed with the flower arrangement my wife received! When a person pays over a $100 for flowers! It should not look like something that came from the dollar store. The vase is double the size of the arrangement, the roses had nothing but the stem and the rose bud. This looked very cheap looking! When you purchase flowers and you pay over $100 for them, you should never have to apologize
I ordered a dozen berries for my granddaughter. I got an email confirmation saying the half dozen I ordered had arrived. They indeed NEVER arrived. Also, I paid for a dozen! I called to tell them this and I got an employee who told me she would be happy to charge me another 47 dollars to send out another batch. When I asked to speak to her manager she yelled at me and said the supervisor will tell me the same thing. She continued to interrupt me and say she would be charging me another 47 dollars to get me order out. I will never use this company again!
Shari's Berries must've put out a huge ad campaign this Valentine's Day season as I heard about them everywhere. From the looks of it I'm glad it worked as I notice a lot of their boxes around today. I ordered my wife's gift a week ago and paid for "Guaranteed" Delivery with the added cost for a morning delivery as I know she's super busy in the afternoons. Funny enough my wife also got me a little something from Shari's Berries as I was surprised with a box this morning! However while the food is great, no complaints there, the company seemingly doesn't comprehend the definition of the word "Guarantee".
Shortly after receiving the gift from my wife I was prompted to look at my account as the morning was getting old and she hadn't sent me a message. When looking at my order online (no email for delivery or shipment processing) it showed as a February 15th delivery.
I called support and the agent stress multiple times that this was a carrier issue and not theirs. I'm sorry but if you charge people for a guarantee, a GUARANTEE, any issue that would break that guarantee whether internal or external is your issue. From the looks of it on this site the company just wasn't ready for the massive amount of orders.
I had initially thought the prices for shipping, time, and guarantee were steep (amounting to half the bill) but let it slide as it was one day and it would make my wife happy. For the amount Shari's Berries charge for shipping and a "guarantee" alone there shouldn't be any issues.
I understand this is probably their busiest time/day of the year, but someone at the top has to have the foresight to realise this an maybe not "Guarantee" so many orders. The sliver lining is they did refund my shipping costs, delivery time costs, and "guarantee" costs.
I will not be using their services in the future and it's a shame as the food is good. Great food doesn't out weight service however as I can always get just as great food from somewhere else with better service.
I ORDERED on the 11th to be delivered a day early on the 13th of February... it is now the 14th and the order is not delivered nor will it be because SHARI'S BERRIES can't find the order... their customer service is the WORST i've ever experienced. COMPLETELY INEPT. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered the cheesecake trio on February 9 for a guaranteed delivery of 2/14. Order was confirmed and listed for delivery morning of 2/14. No further communication was received. In checking my order on 2/14 I noticed there was no tracking info. When I called customer service I was told the order was sold out although this was not mentioned during the time of my order nor afterwards. Finding out the day of the delivery and only by calling to check is horrible customer service. Plus the fact that my loved one won't be receiving anything is inexcusable as finding out Valentine's Day that your order isn't happening makes it almost impossible to get anything else done.
Not only did my order arrive on the 13th instead of the 14th (order was placed a month prior) the product was garbage and I will NEVER order from them again! Guys, seek something else.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
