STAY AWAY!

I ordered Valentines Day Gifts for 5 different locations 3 wks before today (Valentines Day) paid a fortune to guaranteed they were received at the latest by today. Only 1 out of the 5 orders were received and the other 4 still have not been sent! I have spent 2 days concerned because I had only been emailed 1 tracking number and when I called and they reassured me that they did ship and that they would be received. Now it is almost 3:00 in the afternoon on Valentines Day and I have spent an hr trying to get through to them only to hear that they will be there tomorrow at the latest. After finally receiving tracking #'s UPS just informed me that the tickets were made but the packages were not ready for pick up. Stay away from a company who is out for the money not for holding true to their advertising and promises!

Never Using this joke of a company ever again order 2 weeks in advance for Valentine's Day and now they say won't be delivered till the 15th. When I tried to call on hold forever just hang up and then when I try calling back keep getting disconnected $#*! this place

Ordered two items for hubby and paid extra for early delivery. Told my hubby a package was coming and poor thing sat by the door all morning! I received a tracking update that delivery was attempted and they'll try again tomorrow! WTF?!? First of all thats a lie, an attempt to deliver was NEVER MADE! Second, why would it be ok to re-deliver the next day-its not Valentines day anymore. Call customer care and OF COURSE - there's a language issue... demanded a refund, received but will have to wait 5-7 business days! NO EFFIN WAY!- GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW... ok, ma'am please hold: we credited your money back immediately. IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING THAT, WHY ARE YOU MAKING PEOPLE WAIT 5-7 DAYS FOR A REFUND! I will never, ever use this useless over hyped POS company again - completely ruined V-Day for my husband. Now I have to scramble to find something to make up! SMH.

Missing Vase and a Rose

My husband ordered a dozen roses and Shari's berries combined gift. These did come on Valentine's day but there was no vase in box and it did say it comes with vase and I only received 11 roses!

AWFUL! My dad just pasted away in December so I wanted to send my mom something special for valentines. I paid over $40 for shipping to "guarantee" she would get her flowers and berries before lunch. Well at 12:15 she still didn't have them so I called, after being on hold for 25 minutes I was told my order wouldn't be delivered today and it was sold out... unacceptable! I have cried for an hour, this is ridiculous. I will never use these people again.

HORRID SERVICE

ORDERED FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATE BERRIES FOR MY WIFE AS A SURPRISE AT WORK FOR VALENTINES DAY. I PLACED THE ORDER ON FEBRUARY 7TH AND PAYED FOR MORNING DELIVERY. NOT ONLY DID MY ORDER NOT GET DELIVED IN THE MORNING IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL FRIDAY THE DAY AFTER VALENTINES DAY! I CALLED THEIR ORDER TRACKING LINE AFTER 2 PM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS AS HER WORK CLOSED AT 4 PM. I WAS UNABLE TO EVEN SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND THEIR LINE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I THEN CALLED BACK AND REQUESTED AN OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR WHO I WAS CONNECTED (AFTER 22 MINUTES) TO SPOKE VERY POOR ENGLISH AND TOLD ME BECUASE THEY HAD SO MANY ORDERS MINE WOULDN'T BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! NOT A GREAT FEELING WHEN YOUR WIFE DOESN'T GET A GIFT FOR VALENTINES DAY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have place an order two days before valentines day counting that with time will be delivered without problems. I have paid an extra $15 dollars for morning delivery since is my girlfriend business. After tracking on the shari's berries page the order with the UPs tracking number provided and seeing that there' s no updates on the ordere i decide to call the number provided for customer service on the website. I can barely understand the broken English of the person on the other side of the line and after being disconnected several times, my order won't be delivered on valentines day. With good luck will be delivered tomorrow friday if it will be delivered at all. I have spend $160 dollars to surprise my girlfriend for nothing. Upsetting and disappointing. Stay away from this people.

Very Disappointed

Paid a lot of money for a guaranteed holiday delivery. Even though they could not honor their agreement they did not notify me of the situation. They shipped the item out late any way and charged me the extra shipping cost,,, Bad customer service, put on hold for long periods of time. Hung up on several times during hold,, I requested my extra delivery charges be refunded. Waiting to see what happens with that... Never will order from them again... suggest no one else does either..

Do not buy from this company. I ordered long before valentines week to have this delivered on valentines day with 'guaranteed' early morning delivery on valentines day to surprise my wife. I called to make sure the shipment was on-time (After a half hour wait for someone to answer) and they assured me it was. After 2pm I waited another half hour for another representative to answer, and they told me it hasn't even left the main UPS distribution hub. Wait, UPS? They are shipping flowers and edibles with UPS? This is a joke... So not only will it not be on time, they can't even guarantee (Not that I could trust a guarantee from them at this point) it will be delivered today. Valentines day gifts that won't be there on valentines day, and won't be refunded as such as not being as advertised (A VALENTINES day gift, not a *day after / week later* day gift). Use the money you would spend here on someone else, this company is garbage... Worthless.

Very, very disappointed

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries. Expensive but it's that time of year, charged me $30 shipping so I figured they would be really good. Nope, very small and no flavor. Never again I will go to my local grocery store and buy from them. I received some as a gift and they were sweet and huge. And cost alot less. Learned my lesson...

Wast of time

I order thru Groupon some 6 strawberries that they had posted online for $19.97 and when I called it took 1 hour for them to answer and another 1 hour for them to take my order, then just to find out it was a wast of time. My $30.00 dollar value they did not want to use on there product. They had very poor customer service and wanted to charge more then what the online price was. From $19.97 it was a total of $46.00 because they said it was already discounted... don't wast your time and money with false advertising...

I paid 39 extra in fees for a early valentines delivery check the status of order at 2 on valentines day wont be delivered till the 15th never again will i do business with these people. On top of all that they will not even answer the phone. So pissed.

So i paid way too much for some valentines gifts for the GF, but hey, it's valentines so she's worth it right? Start to order, gauranteed Feb 14 delivery, add another $9.95, check, delivery free, yada, yada, over $100 for something that will last no more than a week but at least I come out smelling like roses. I check the order today, the day it's supposed to be delivered just to see the status and guess what? Hasn't even been shipped yet. After over 1.5 hours on hold, getting disconnected, told to call back later and hung up on (lovely off shore resources) I finally reach someone where they tell me that they won't get it there today, can't tell me why this happened and offered a full refund. Gee, thanks, tomorrow is valentine's day... Thanks Shari's Berries/Pro Flowers, I think I am done using you guys ever again.

Like most people on here, paid the standard delivery charge, the guaranteed valentines day delivery charge, and the guaranteed morning delivery charge and they could not even get there. I was notified that they "attempted delivery" but were not able to deliver. This is a huge business. They did not even attempt delivery. Ordered 2 weeks in advance. What a garbage company. Never again. Stay away.

Just like all these other reviews state... dont use this company! Paid extra for a specific delivery and it never showed up. Call customer service and they state its coming the next day. Awesome, roses and treats delivered on Feb 15th... I don't see this company being able to afford to make everyone happy, so my review will stay 0 starts until they make this right.

HORRIBLE

I ordered the dozen Rose's with six dipped strawberries since last week. I paid the guaranteed service etc etc... the only thing that arrived to my wife were the strawberries. Rose's never made it. I am extremely disappointed. What kind of company is this? NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them.

Ordered Dozen Gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries on 11 Feb. Paid $9.99 for GUARANTEED 14 February, Valentine's Day delivery. Paid $14.99 for Early Morning delivery. The items won't be delivered until 15 February. I was told the issue was UPS which, as a customer, is not my issue. My issue is I paid for GUARANTEED delivery date and time. I was offered refund of the GUARANTEED delivery fees. In my opinion, I should have been offered a full refund with the item still to be delivered.
The main objective to my order wasn't WHAT I ordered, it was the day it was to be delivered... Valentine's Day.
I will not be ordering from Shari's Berries again. They did not fulfill their GUARANTEE (that is on their web page) to make it right.

Very disappointed!

First and last time purchasing anything from here. Placed my order last week. Shipping was $16.99 PLUS an additional delivery fee of $4.99 for delivery on 2/13. I opened the box to make sure I got what I ordered, and strawberries were all broken, and besides being broken they were the smallest strawberries I've even seen and did not look fresh! Will be sticking to edible arrangements from now on!

Placed order a week before Valentine's day. Strawberries and roses. Paid extra to have it delivered in morning. Received email confirmation that it will be delivered on 2/14, as well as, spoke with customer service yesterday 2/13 to confirm delivery. TODAY, went on site to track delivery and it's scheduled for FEBRUARY 15th. NOT today 2/14. Took well over an hour to speak to a live person. Could not really give me an answer but NOT getting my delivery today. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. He lives far and not going to see him so wanted to surprise him on 2/14. THEY RUINED THAT... JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS. ZERO STARS...
