Guaranteed delivery on 2/14 which was not true, paid extra shipping for that and no one answers the phone. Complete rip off.
I first placed valentine order of the choc covered berries and popcorn from popcorn factory. It was going to a hotel because recipient was going to be on business trip. I notifies them to cancel and never heard back until 24hrs later that the popcorn had shipped. I tried to get berries sent to different address and still to this day have not heard back from anyone and its 7 days later so needless to say that order still went to hotel. So I places 2nd order to go to the same recipients work. Paid extra for guaranteed valentines delivery and more for morning delivery. Now the tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow. Day after valentines. So between the two orders I've wasted $160. I'll never reccomend these companies to anyone. So frustrated and dissapointed.
We made three orders paid $14.99 for special delivery on Valentines Day! We received 1 order and they are telling me it will be tomorrow the 15th! I will never order anything from them again! Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with!
PLEASE BE ADVISED... try Edible Arrangements or anything before you go here. I've been married for 10 years and never has my Valentines Day been full of so much anxiety. To start things off I put my order in 7 days before February 14th. I got my confirmation code this same night I put my order in. I paid for shipping and I also paid to guarantee that my order will be delivered to my wife job on February 14th. Well this year my order was pushed back by Shari's berry. Customer service claims it was the shipper. It was not the shipper because the shipper has been notified of a package but they have yet to receive the package there for the package is still held up at Shari's berry. My wife went to work today knowing her husband is going to do something special for her and this company has let me down. My wife had to face embarrassment because they decided to push my order back. Why? So when I come home this has caused me an extreme amount of anxiety. The first thing customer service tried to do after calling several times and being on hold for total 42 minutes was apologize and offer me my money back for the guarantee that it would be delivered. That does not fix the troubled they have caused me. I asked to speak to a supervisor but no one was available. Long story short I had to get them to give my full refund back to me while I'm still trying to recover for the trouble they have caused. And that refund does not help the situation. Don't advertise that you can guarantee delivery on a certain day when you cannot.
Why didn't I see these reviews before spending $80.00 on berries! Half of that was delivery fees!

Paid extra money to guarantee delivery to her work so I could make sure she got them before she left. Delivery scheduled, i repeat, SCHEDULED for the 15th by 10:30am. She'll be gone by then! Why did they accept the extra charge and then schedule for the next day? Ruined the surprise. I tried to call and the phone goes right to the disconnected signal. Gee, I wonder why... I will never do business with this company again!
My wife loves Sherri's and I've ordered on Valentine every year for the last several years with no issues, outside of the outrageous shipping costs. This year I placed the order on 2/12/19 and was charged $14.99 for shipping, and additional $9.99 for GUARANTEED Valentine's Day delivery and an additional $14.99 for morning delivery. Morning delivery was a necessity as that is the only time I would be able to ensure they were received on Valentine's day. As of 2pm the berries hadn't arrived. I checked my tracking email and called automated support and it indicated my order had not even been shipped. I called customer support at least 10 times and every time you chose the option to get a live person the line was disconnected. I then emailed support and didn't get a response. Finally got through at 5pm today after having to spend the second half of my afternoon making up for the fact that this delivery obviously wasn't coming.
Long time customer lost here, it's one thing to mess up an order after many pleasant experiences, it's another thing to:
1) mess up an order on valentine's day after charging me $24 in guaranteed shipping fees so that my morning Valentine's Day delivery would be GUARANTEED, this after charging an additional 14.99 to ship the order in the first place.
2) have a totally unresponsive customer service department via email and phone
3) no give me any warning in advance that this order had not even been shipped after receiving payment to guarantee my order.
Update 2/15/19: Finally got through and got a refund. They sent the berries anyway and they arrived a day late. The quality of the berries was the worst that it's ever been, the berries weren't fully covered, it was clear they had been tossed around in the packaging and their was moisture throughout the inside of the box. Picture is attached.
I placed my order on February 10 to be delivered on Valentines Day. I paid an extra charge for morning delivery and an extra charge for guaranteed delivery on 2/14. By 3 pm I called and was told it could be delivered tomorrow. TOMORROW?! Are you kidding me?! Valentines Day is today. What the hell do I do with it tomorrow? I had to tell them that I no longer wanted it and to just refund my money. It still took Grace over 15 minutes to complete the transaction and I stayed on the line until my refund confirmation email was received. What a terrible way to run a business. First and last time.
Much like most of the reviews up here, I had order my fiance 2 dozen chocolate strawberries a good week in advance of valentines day. I paid for the guaranteed morning delivery because they have an awful window for regular deliveries and I also paid for guaranteed valentines day delivery. Needless to say long story short I ended up getting a full refund and cancelling my order. I could not understand any of the customer service when I was finally able to get through and they could not give me any indication of when the package would actually finally be delivered. By 5 oclock I called it quits because that is when my fiance got out of work. Totally ruined the surprise and valentines day. I'll never use them again and wont recommend to anyone. Go with edible arragments.
I order 119.80 of stuff a week and half ago I paid 14.99 & 17.99 & 3.99 for order delivery on Feb 14. Call them at 4 on 14 my order not going to here till Feb 19 Had trouble getting them to refund my money. Now stuck with no Valentine for my sweetheart. The thing is they could have call me or email me they new this yestday Don't order something if you need probably want get Rating should be 0
On February 11th I placed on order for my wife to be delivered today February 14th. I also paid the extra delivery charge as the call it guaranteed morning delivery. When the clock hit 11:30 am I called asking for my delivery the lady that helped me said that its been process. And than said not to worry that I only paid $16.00 and they would refund it back to me. I told her is not the money. The principle is the promise made by you guys. We hung up because there was still a half hour before 12.3 o'clock came around and order was not fulfilled. I called back and it took the 16 minutes and after to hang ups by them foe me to talk to someone. I told the gentleman that I want my refund and cancel my order. He suggested if they refund my delivery fee would that make me happy. I said no because you people cant keep your promises. I just refund and cancel my order. I told them they need to talk to their operations manager and not offer what they CAN'T follow through...
This was my second time ordering, and the first time was great. This time, no such luck.
I placed my order on February 12 to be delivered on February 14th. When I received my tracking information through UPS it says my package won't be delivered until February 19th. It is being delivered to New York and it's currently in KENTUCKY according to the tracking information. Further, I was dropped from multiple customer service calls throughout the day. When I did get through, the representative said 3 different things and confused me even more. How can you say a package is guaranteed by 6pm and then Change the guaranteed time to 9pm? How can it be guaranteed in New York when the package is still in Kentucky!? How can you then say it'll be guaranteed by the next day? And then tell me I can get refunded if it doesn't come? As of right now I never plan to use your service again.
Shari's Berries more like Shari's Scammys. Placed my order a long time ago, paid extra for Valentine's day delivery. When I didn't receive the shipping notice this morning I called. The tracking number they gave me was fake (invalid) so i called back and spoke to an agent who told me they are "updating their systems today". B. S.! What gift company would update their systems on Valentine's day? So they are lying to their customers. Item still hasn't shipped and now the customer service line is disconnected (no answer). They took the money and ran. Fraud reports coming!
First and last order from Shari's Berries. I placed my order OVER a month ago and asked for it to be delivered on 2/14. I got an email today stating "my order was on it's way" and also on Shari's website shows as "delivered". Ummmm just because you got it to UPS doesn't mean it's delivered. So when I track it, it shows that it will be delivered by end of day on 2/15. Well, who cares on 2/15? I know I am one of a billion complaints and I don't expect to hear from them but I am beyond furious. Even with a groupon this place is way over priced anyway. I don't mind for a special occasion once in a while but reading the other reviews it sounds like they are horrible berries IF they ever arrive anyway. I am posting my review on multiple pages. FUNNY that you can't write directly on their facebook wall. I think we all know the reason for that. I sent a message thru messenger and shocking: no reply. It's a good thing my boyfriend knows that I adore him and he didn't expect anything because apparently that's exactly what he's going to get. LAME! Thanks for nothing Shari's Berries. I would love a full refund but let's be real... they aren't going to do anything... NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered 2 dozen dipped strawberries for my girlfriend on Feb 6th 2019... I paid the extra shipping charge for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day and an additional extra shipping charge for morning delivery. These were important as I wanted to surprise my girlfriend at work. Around 11am I checked my order status and my order had now been moved to Feburary 15th and UPS no longer had my tracking number in their system. I called the contact number for Shari's berries and waited for 38 minutes before i could speak to someone. The only good experience so far was the customer service rep. Didn't try to BS me, she immediately recognized the problem and offered a full refund on my order in addition to fulfilling my order on a later date for free. This was nice but now I have no surprise for my girlfriend this Valentine's day. I would not recommend them for any special occasion as they are unreliable and don't waste your money on "guaranteed" delivery.
Paid extra for Valentine's delivery... $14.95- gift never made it, and no record it's even shipped, the company won't answer their phone. NEVER order from these people.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a great surprise for my wife! Her favorite treat Chocolate covered Strawberries and Cherries sounds good right? I had paid $113.00 for her to receive the order before noon on Valentines Day but I guess I miss understood as apparently your surprise is much better if it's a day late? News to me especially since my wife is flying out at 8pm this evening and will be in another state the day after Valentines Day!... but no worries as the man in Pakistan told me that I could expect a time machine to arrive tomorrow and I could try to surprise my wife all over again! Not likely just like everyone else I am done with Shari's Lies and terrible customer service. I will put the time machine to good use though
I have heard about this forever and decided to give it a try. I placed the order on the morning of February 12 and was guaranteed delivery for Valentine's day. Needless to say my wife never received any berries for Valentine's day. I tried all day to talk to someone I could actually understand but got nowhere. I will never order again and would never recommend this to anyone!
My husband was so excited about his gift this year, until I opened the box. Talk about catastrophe! Over half the strawberries chocolate was cracked and broken off, this picture is what they looked like as I opened the box. And the strawberries were mushy. I wouldnt have even given a star honestly.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
