I saw ads for Shari's Berries on TV and it looked like a good idea. My wife's birthday is the day before Valentine's day and I wanted to do something special and different for Valentine's day.

I ordered strawberries and roses and spent and extra $15 to have it delivered to her work before noon.

Valentine's day came and despite the fact they said that they would send an email when it was delivered, I didn't hear anything by 2:00. There was not way to track my order from there site, so I spent a half hour on the phone trying to get someone to respond. When I finally got someone, they informed me it wouldn't be delivered until the 15th. I asked why I wasn't informed and they had no answer. I cancelled the order and scrounged through the remaining flowers at the local stores to get something passable for my wife.

I would give them -5 stars if I could. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It is bad enough that they couldn't make their commitment, but even worse that they couldn't inform me earlier that they would be making the delivery on time.

THIS PLACE BLOWS

This place sucks $#*!. Imagine this... Valentines Day... you got a smokin girlfriend... all you wanna do is give her a dozen roses and some chocolate covered strawberries. HAHAHAHA! You can go $#*! yourself bud! YOU AREN'T GETTING EITHER! This place gives you a "discount", but believe me it is not worth it. Go elsewhere and actually get the $#*!ing stuff. Typical California Company. $#*!ing over the middle class man.

My husband ordered me a suprise and I got home from work he was suprised that nothing has been delivered after spending over an hour trying to get through they tell me that the delivery it set for tomorrow what a joke this company is never order from them again they are a thieves

Like everyone else, ordered on 2/3 for delivery on 2/14 and checked Tuesday and Wednesday still said "processing order." Today they change the UPS tracking number which says will be delivered tomorrow 2/15. Called customer service and twice the line dropped, twice is was busy and once the line went silent. Emailed at noon, no reply. Emailed at 5 pm, no reply. I will never use this service again. I've order multiple times before but they don't have the service to full fill orders this year on time

ONE BIG SCAM!

I really feel this is one big scam by FTD, they operate under several names, Shari's Berries, ProFlowers, CherryMoonFarms, and several more but they're ALL the same.

No real customer service, Shari's customer service hung up on me after telling them I wasn't ordering but wanted a refund. Then, when I call them back all I get is a busy signal.

THOUSANDS of complaints for Valentines Day isn't a coincidence, IT'S A SCAM to get your money when they fully knew they couldn't fulfill the orders. Like me, most people ordered a week or more in advance! SCAM!

$67.49 empty box

I placed my order for Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Valentine's Strawberries and Happy Valentine's Day Ribbon on February 8th. The box arrived on the 14th as listed. I got home to take the box to my wife and she opened it to an empty box it had a chill pack and nothing else in the box.

I received an email stating my order wound not come today after I paid additional money to ensure delivery. They apologized and stated they would refund me the additional delivery charge with no consideration about my wife not receiving her valentines gift and never even offered anything for being inconvenienced. I then sat on hold for over an hour trying to get a refund (and the hour started after I began speaking with costumer service)

If I could give a zero...

On the road for work and ordered chocolate dipped strawberries and love bug cake pops to be delivered for my husband and young sons for Valentine's Day. I PAID EXTRA to guarantee 2/13 delivery... just figuring that if they were late, they'd still make it in time for Valentine's Day. Well, it's 5pm on Valentine's Day and my order tracking says they have never left the warehouse at Shari's... still listed as processing. My husband confirms that nothing has been received. Live chat is unavailable. The "24 hour" customer service line began "experiencing technical difficulties, please call back at a later time" after holding for 34 minutes. No delivery. No customer service. Never again!

I placed three orders with Shari's Berries to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They delivered one of the three on Valentine's Day and felt a refund of $10 when shipping cost was $25 and the gifts $20-$30. So on top of poor service they feel all they owe is $10. Don't order from Shari"s Berries you will be disappointed and your loved ones will believe you didn't care about them.

RUINED. VALENTINE'S DAY.

My gf and I live 7 hours away from each other and couldn't see each other. She bought 2 weeks ahead and paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day shipping on top of their already outrageous prices. I'm not getting my present and she only got back the $10 for shipping. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I am done with this company... 2nd year not there when PROMISED and i paid extra for that promise. I just got an email from them saying sorry it would not be delivered today but will give me a $10.00 credit and will be sent on the 15th...
Well i promise it will be disputed on my credit card and will not be accepted when delivered. I will also forward there email to my credit card company.
Hope you go out of business soon because Shari's your way.
Keep your Damn Berries "Shari"
$100 damn dollars that ruined my gift to my wife.
Not the $$$ its the principle...

I spent over $250.00 for a special valentines for my wife and daughter. I only received my wifes ad my daughters never showed. Never again will I order from here again. A returning customer that will never return! One disappointed little girl and I am pissed!

Valentine gift

Received shipment after lunch. With 3 extra shipping charges (almost $30 more) I was hoping for mid morning arrival before wife left at noon.
Beautifully decorated large strawberries but rather tasteless. Dissatisfied with quality. Wish I could return them

I ordered 2 weeks ago for the delivery to be on the 13th ended up getting it on the 14th and when I open the Box the strawberries look nothing like in the picture They are all disassembled and in disarray inside the Box. The flowers look like they've been sitting for over a week Do not waste your time or money on this company Be a sure that the picture then I put up is not how I receive them I organized it

I bought my girlfriend a dozen roses and some berries "GUARENTEED" on valentine's day. I purchased these an entire month before today to be sure that I could get them delivered on time. The company did not bill me until the day before valentine's day, so there was an entire fiasco trying to find how to pay for my delivery, I spoke to a person telling me that there were still to be delivered on the 14th even though the automated call told me the 15th and I come to find out today that they still aren't delivered or even on there way and the website now says that itll be delivered on the 15th. I've been calling them for the last hour with absolutely no one there to answer and I'm beyond furious, I sincerely hope you run out of business and never disappoint anyone ever again. I wish I could give them less stars

Total fraud! Why would you offer a guarantee and charge $10 in addition to the normal delivery fee if you can't actually get it there on time! Plus you ruined Valentine's Day!

Don't buy from this company! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, i will recomend edible arrangements 100 time! I place a order to be delivery on 2/14 before noon, which i paid extra and they never showed up. I called them over and over and i was unable to get a hold of someone. Rip-off! Worst place and service! Not worth it!

Ordered 2 weeks in advance for guarantee delivery on 2/14/19 in the morning. Paid half the money for delivery and then get an email at 530pm saying sorry we didn't deliver. Don't waste your money. I hope they go bankrupt!

Don't order from here

My husband ordered on February 10, regular shipping of $15.99 PLUS paid $14.99 extra for morning delivery AND another $9.99 for GUARANTEED VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY. Never came, as a matter of fact the tracking says it wasn't even shipped until after 1:30 this afternoon. After trying over an hour to get someone, finally got the rudest person who insisted the order was scheduled for tomorrow (yet they had no problem taking the extra money). She hung up on him, then he got an email saying he would be refunded a partial amount. (Less the $9.99 guaranteed Valentine's delivery, how funny is that?). Be persistent. Keep calling until you get someone and DEMAND a refund. Then don't ever order from this place again.

Not Delivered

I was so excited to have a great dessert for the wonderful dinner I have prepared for my boyfriend. Ordered strawberries and chocolates and they weren't here when I got home. I can't get through to customer service at all and looking at my order it does not even appear that they have been shipped yet. Spent $100 for an amazing ending and surprise for a wonderful man and I get nothing. How can you guys disappoint and hurt so many people and still sleep at night?
