Second year in row I paid extra for early morning delivery and as of now 8 pm they still haven't delivered. $#*!ty customer service and $#*!tier delivery service - what a f'n disgrace of a company
I placed my order on line paid $30.00 in guaranteed shipping date and time as of today Valentine's Day 8:40 pm, there is still no delivery! Called the help line 15 times before I got a person to be told to call back! I called back 8 more times FINALLY PROMISED A REFUND! I am still waiting! Disappointed is an understatement!
I got my strawberries but they were the size of a grape. I am totally disappointed and embarassed that i sent them as a valentines day gift after paying $19.99 for 6 strawberries, $14.99 for shipping and an extra $9.99 just because its valentines day I expected a quaility product. What I received was a joke. I have iordered strawberries from other places in the past and the berries were large and juicy. These were terrable.
I was told by 8pm tonight. 8:30 I called them and was told to wait til 10pm and then she said it never shipped and I they will send out to tomorrow. I will be calling the BBB as well as the Attorney General about this.
I placed an order for Valentine's Day on 1/28 to be sent to my girlfriends work. She ended up getting the day off so I had to change the address. Had zero issues doing that. Didn't even pay for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery, and the flowers and berries were delivered today at 2:45 with a promise time of 3:00. Everything was in great condition.
Overall, good experience. I am shocked considering the amount of hate I see for the company on the internet.
Sad to hear about so many men and women getting disappointed today. If they cannot fufill the delivery dates they shouldnt take the business. We as customers depend on businesses to deliver on their promises for our loved ones. We expect compisation if our needs are not met. A sorry email doesnt make up for poor service. I ordered over a week ago for valentines, 7pm in texas, still no strawberries. Good thing I had a backup plan, many did not. Never again Sharri!
Ordered flowers and berries on 2/8 and paid for guaranteed delivery for 2/13.On 2/13 no package and i tracked the package on to find that it was delivered to an address in Louisiana. I am in Tennessee. Called the agent and she attempted to tell me it it be shipped again on the same tracking number. That does not happen. I was assured i would receive my order on 2/14. Did not happen. No email or other contact to let me know i would not receive my order. I had to go to the chat session to get a refund confirmed and then request an email confirmation. Don't do business with this company! Others can't be worse.
This company should be SHUT DOWN! I placed my order 5 days in advance. NEVER received the order! I called the 877 number, the non English speaking rep kept asking for erelevan information from me. It got to the point, i thought it was a scam and was trying to steal my identity.

Placed my order on the 11th... they said for the extra 10 dollars shipping it would arrive at my wifes work on the 14th. I was thinking that's great. Well the 14th has came and she received nothing. Checked the tracking and it was in another state still. And showed it will arrive on the 15th. Wow I'm sure my wifes co workers will think im a tool. And not to mention how she will feel getting her gift on the 15th. You people are nothing but scam artists. Thanks for such a wonderful Valentine's day gift. I'm glad I can share my experience with all my friends co workers and customers.

No you have done enough by ruining Valentine's day! Did not show up and did not even call! I had to call and get put on hold for 15 minutes to find out you were not coming today! The girl said they would delivery 2/15/19 (a day late) but wait she will not be there until 2/21/19!

Ordered plenty of days in advance for Valentines and paid for a Valentines day delivery. Got a notice from them on the Valentines day evening that delivery would be the next day. Does me no good with my honey. Only a $10 refund. Buyer beware. Will never be ordering from them again.
Same as all the reviews, my wife came home with no roses or berries. Pissed me the Fq. Off. Kiss my $#*! and your 10.00 refund. This is why we need to support our local businesses.
If there was a way to give only a 1/2 Star rating that is what they would be getting from me. I paid over $42.00 in delivery fees to get the order delivered before noon today (valentines day). I placed the order on Feb. 6th as a Valentines day gift for my wife, How very embarrassed I am now because they failed to deliver. I will never do business with them again.
I ordered four days in advance. Why continue to take orders if you are out sold out, Is this how hard up they are for sales? Getting them the day after valentines will not make my wife happy. Never again!
Ordered some berries on 11 Feb I have heard about Shari's while listening to Pandora and they were offering free roses with the delivery so I was like this will be the icing on the cake along the other gifts I got for my partner (we are on a long distance relationship so I wanted it to be extra special) I sent it to his place of work and was all excited about it. I get an email the day of delivery around. 4:45pm saying that they were sorry but they were going to be unable to deliver on Valentine's Day but they would deliver the next day and they will be giving me a $10 refund. Thanks Shari's. For ruining my first Valentine's Day.
Seriously... Like the other, lord knows how many... People that have been shafted by this company for Valentines day... Mine didn't show up either... The phone rings busy. They don't respond to emails... After paying for GAURANTEED DELIVERY. They send an email stating they will refund the 10.00... And basically... Sorry for your luck... This was a package for my wife, and a separate order for my daughter... I look like a fool for dealing with this company. Maybe the THOUSANDS they spent on TV ads, should've been spent on SHIPPING! They will be back next year, I'm sure... But I'm betting they will be under a different name..
Instead of berries I got an email. Spend $110 for nothing. First and last time. Should have gone to publix at least my wife would have something for Valentine's day.
Ordered a gift box last week and requested delivery date of February 14 (Valentine's Day). Foolishly thought that the gift would arrive on time. Received an email from UPS at 5:30 p.m. on day of delivery saying delivery date has been rescheduled to tomorrow. Have tried for 20 minutes to get through to customer service for an explanation and have received a busy signal every time. Hopefully, I will actually get what I ordered. This was the first (and last) time I will ever order from this company. For the amount charged for their products, one should be able to expect delivery on the promised delivery day. Thankfully, I have a very understanding spouse. It pains me that I have to give them one star when they deserve none.
I paid an additional $9.99 for GUARANTEED delivery on Valentine's Day and another $14.99 for delivery before noon. It is 6:45 PM and no sign of my wife's gift. I checked the tracking number and it shows it just shipped today at 2:30 PM. When I try to call and cancel I just get a busy signal. What a scam this place is.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
