Being overpriced is one thing, but paying extra for Valentine's day delivery and not receiving on Valentine's day is unprofessional and infuriating! My husband paid over 100$ for 6 chocolate covered strawberries and 12 cheesecake bites to be delivered as a surprise for me on Valentine's day. Well surprise ruined! I only hope they have the decency to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. As of this point we are VERY UNSATISFIED and will never order from this company again.

Crooked business

I ordered for my wife for Valentines day. I paid for guaranteed delivery on said day. An additional $25 to be exact. Now I can understand if ordered 1-3 days before, but I ordered 9 days prior. I get an email the day of delivery stating they were sorry and to compensate me they would refund $10. Really, I check tracking and they didn't even process my order until Valentines Day. I have attached screenshots as proof. Dont ever buy from this company. I will make sure I do my part and inform anyone interested to go somewhere else to some one more reliable.

Placed an order via phone - the customer service rep spoke broken English and could not get the order right. Call back 4 times, finally spoke to someone else. Never got the email confirmation or a order #. Told delivery would be for 2/14. Well, no delivery - called. They spent 20 minutes finding my order. The order said delivery was for 2/14, and then they tracked the order - it shipped today and will be delivered tomorrow. They were willing to refund the shipping fee, but I asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund issued. The refund was processed onto my card, so they say, but we were also told the email confirmation was sent (and where is it? Maybe the delivery will be tomorrow). Really don't trust they know what they are doing.

I placed an order on Feb 6,2019 for Valentine's Day and paid extra for garenteed delivery by 6 pm on Feb 14,2019. Well being the causcious shopper I am I called the company because I was to be sent an email once my order had shipped. I was advised the delivery, which I paid extra for to insure said day delivery, would not arrive until Feb 15,2019. I blew a gasket! These people are the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever incountered. Then to top it all off I was sent an email advising the company was so sorry for the delay in delivering my delequent order and was refunding 10.00 from my 80.00 purchase. Tell this to my poor wife who is the real victim in this whole ordeal. I had to spend another 100.00 locally to keep from haveing to sleep with the dog. I am not done with this company yet. This review is just the beginning. Shop local and please do not waist your time and money with these crooks.

My husband who is currently deployed called me tonight asking about the gift of strawberries and cheesecake bites he ordered for me. I told him I never received anything. He was so disappointed after spending an extra $30.00 for guaranteed delivery today for Valentines Day. I went on his email and tracked the order. It is currently 11:07 pm and the order hasn't been sent out yet. What kind of a scam does this company have going on charging extra for guaranteed delivery on a specific day. We are both very disappointed. My husband said 14 of the guys he's deployed with ordered from sherries berries for their wife's and kids to be delivered today and only 2 have received them. I am very disappointed with this company and will spread the word every where. Buyer beware!

Absolute worst company ever. I paid to have flowers and chocolate covered strawberries delivered TODAY, on Valentine's Day! The one day they shouldn't screw up! No confirmation my order went out. Called them at 5:00 PM to find out my delivery wasn't happening today. Asked for a full refund and the crooked company tried to tell me I still had to pay the tax. Will never do business with them again and will definitely report to BBB. Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day Sheri's Berries's, but I'm sure Sheri sold out a long time ago. So wish I had a thumb's down choice.

I placed an order to be delivered to grandchildren for Valentine's day and promised delivery by Valentine's day. I found out (after a call from some very disappointed gransbabies) that the order wasn't delivered for Valentine's day... but the company decided to push the delivery date back a day without notice or approval. Completely unacceptable! Company offered a small refund - should have provided a full refund because they didn't deliver as promised. I would have never ordered these if the Valentine's day delivery wasn't in question. Unbelievable!

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery on 2/13/19, purchase 2 dozen so my wife could share with her employees.

Spend over an hour on phone last night with English challenged call center rep and his supervisor. They still didn't understand why I was pissed. Can ship replacement, delivery on the 29th
$#*!ing Valentine's day is tomorrow. Oh, we can deliver Saturday, oh that's a 10 dollar charge, wait you already charged me for GUARANTEED delivery today, you failed, now to make it right you want another 10 bucks. CROOKS

I have heard the radio ads for Shari's Berries for years. This year I liked the idea of surprising my wife on Valentine's day. I placed an order 10 days in advance, paid extra for "guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's day, only to receive an email the evening of the 14th advising me my order was "just" going out with an estimated delivery on the 15th. So no surprise for the wife, not to mention the radio ads do not truly represent the cost of the berries. I can not recommend Shari's Berries to anyone.

Where is my order? You had 11 days to get my order correct. Where is it? I will not order from you again. When I called your *******437 number, she could not explain where my order is or why I had no feedback about it or why it will not be delivered when your email below said that it would. I will let Dean Hannity know that he should recommend you.

Just like the rest of the reviews. I ordered gourmet chocolate berries weeks ago to be delivered today and nothing. UPS doesn't even have any tracking information aside from "label created".
Will never order from them again.
Really disappointed.

NEVER AGAIN. Paid early to ensure delivery by Valentine's Day. I made payment on Friday 08 2019 early in the morning. Never delivered and when tried to contact phone kept disconnecting. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Please pass the word never order from this company again they are NOT RELIABLE.

This company's Customer care is useless. Ordered through PayPal, received Paypal transaction number, never received Flowers and Strawberries. Do yourself a favor, order from a local vendor. Their Customer Care in the Philippines kept me on hold for hours, disconnected me several times and was terrible. I will never buy from Proflower/ Shari berries again.

Ordered sugar free chocolate and a dz dipped strawberries... paid extra for delivery to ensure 2/14 arrival. Chocolate came but no strawberries... called customer service and they kept hanging up... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... THEY RUINED MY VALENTINE'S DAY

I'm embarrassed I sent Shari's Berries to my fiancée for Valentines Day. I ordered six gourmet chocolate covered strawberries and 9 cheesecake bites. He received the berries but no cheesecake. The items were received cold, but missing half the gift. The white chocolate covered strawberries were about half the size of the milk chocolate berries; what an awkward presentation! Customer Service offered me a replacement of which I declined being the holiday is over now. They say they'll issue me a refund so I expect I should get one in the next day or so. I wouldn't order from them again, but as long as I receive the refund, I'll call it a lesson learned.

Ordered. Paid. And guaranteed delivery on time. Never received it. It's fraud plain and simple. I say since there's a whole bunch if us with out email receipt. CLASS ACTION SUIT. There's an emotional factor with this. It's Valentines day.

My order was placed February 9th and I paid extra to get my order before noon today. Money was taken but no delivery was made. Not a good impression on a 1st time customer. I have no idea where my order even is, if I get them tomorrow that doesnt make up for not having a gift for my loved one because I put my trust in this company to not let me down on this holiday. Shari's Berries, you dropped the ball big time.
