Never again
February 15, 2019

I ordered for my wife to be delivered on the 13 or14. She got one thing but not the other. How does that work only part of the order was sent? I also paid more for the delivery date for it not all to show up. Never again.

Had tried the e-mail they provided for service *******@sm.berries.com tried to phone several times. Busy signal ( because they outsource this customer service overseas). Had problems 2 weeks ago when placing the order had to call back 4 times to get someone that understands english and in the end it was an epic fail. Do not use this company

Ordered Feb 8 for Valentine's delivery and paid extra for Valentine's day delivery. Received notice from UPS on Feb 13 that item would be delivered on Feb15. Called customer service and CS rep tried to tell me not to believe the UPS site that it was wrong quite a bit as she use to work for UPS. Don't order for any holidays as they can't handle the volume. Will not be back to their site!

Ordered two weeks ago for v day. Paid extra for before noon and guaranteed v day delivery. At 5pm on v day I received an email saying that they were sorry but couldn't deliver and offered $10 credit. The v day shipping costs were $25. Had they communicated earlier I could have gone elsewhere. Horrible service and timing!

I ordered three weeks prior to valentine's day, I PAID 95 DOLLARS. My order didn't show up on the expected delivery date, nor did it show up today for the new delivery date. AND THEY THINK THEY ARE GOING TO REFUND ME ONLY TEN DOLLARS FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. And give me 30 percent off my next order thinking i'll ever order from them again? DO NOT ORDER

Never Use Them Again

I ordered dipped strawberries on February 2nd and paid extra for early morning delivery on Valentine's Day to my wife. She never received the strawberries on Valentine's Day and instead received them on the 15th with strawberries being awful. I called customer service on the 14th which was a terrible experience they said it would be delivered and next time I called they said it will not and couldn't understand what they were saying due to heavy accents. I will never use sharis berries again!

WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Ruined my fiance's Valentine's Day. Ordered days in advance. Promised it would be delivered on Valentine's Day before 6:00p.m. I received an email@ 5:42 p.m. on Feb 14th stating that it would be delivered on Friday Feb 15th (which has yet to be delivered). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK OF EMPATHY! BAD BUSINESS! I will never order from Shari's Berries again (in fact I was a 1st time customer) & by the looks of their reviews A LOT of other people won't as well...

Horrid customer service

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Delivery of strawberries for Valentines day moved to the 15th, with mo notice to me at all. Calling customer service on Valentines day was a waste of time. I just got a busy signal when supposedly being transferred to a real person. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS, THEY SUCK! I did get a refund, but it was less than what they charged my card. There are simply not enough negative words, without resorting to foul language, to describe how bad this company is.

I spent $103 on my Order. It was a surprise for my husband for Valentine's Day. I placed my Order on Feb 7th. I had no idea there would be a problem. It wasn't until 5:45 pm on Valentine's Day I was notified my Order, my Valentine's Day gift to my husband, would never be delivered. Their solution was to give me a $10 refund and ship them on Feb 15th! I spent $17.99 on regular shipping, $14.99 for morning shipping on VALENTINE'S day and $9.99 for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. I couldn't get through by phone to customer service and they never responded to my emails to their customer service. Please... don't let give them your business and hard-earned money. They don't deserve it!

***editing to add that I'm not even sure at this time that my order arrived to the correct destinations. I'm not feeling too confident about it. I don't trust a company that doesn't email a "Thank you for ordering from Sheri's Berries followed by order number... confirmation... total..." I'll find out this weekend if my friends received their sympathy gifts.
Last year made order for the anniversary of the death of my sister-in-law's father. Order never arrived. When I called company they said it was delivered in another state and I basically got an "Oh Well". Shari's Berries did nothing to make this customer happy. Tuesday I made an order for 2 friends who lost their mother. It took 40 minutes on the phone to place this order! It took me 4 (very aggravating) calls for the next 3 days to try to get an email confirmation from the company! When they FINALLY sent it it's only a UPS Status Notification. It is not a copy of my order/total from Shari's Berries! Too expensive to not be protected with a receipt of purchase! I can't stand Shari's Berries way of doing business. Shari's Berries leaves you frustrated... they have bad customer service. It's a shame because I'd rather send chocolate covered strawberries than flowers but believe me, I'll be finding/using another company! I have not yet submitted this review. I'm hoping I don't have to give a star in order to submit my review. If this review has one star it's not by me it's by being forced because I give Sheri's Berries a ZERO rating!

Missed Deliveries

Paid to have them delivered by a certain date, they WERE NOT delivered on that date. Their tracking was not aligned with the actual UPS tracking system. I had three orders - one delivered as requested. The second delivered the DAY AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. The third one hasn't even shown up yet - and it's TWO DAYS AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. I have had zero communication as to where the third order is, and why it wasn't on time. What a waste of time and money. I won't be using this service again. I can get the same s**t at my local grocery store and pay a kid $10 to deliver it for me. Way to spoil what was supposed to be a happy day.

Its the day after Valentine's day and the Strawberries and Roses still haven't arrived. I ordered several weeks in advance and paid extra for "Guaranteed" delivery before noon on Valentines day. Product did not ship until Valentines day! I would recommend never ordering from Shari's Berries on a major holiday. From the reviews pouring in today they accepted more orders than they could fill. Remember nothing says "I Love You" like a belated gift.

Pure scam

This company is some piece of SH***T they never keep their promises. They sent me an email saying my order is been delivered while the recipient never got it not even a phone call. Fellas don't let them throw dust in you eyes. To me they are pure scam simply put.

Disappointed
February 15, 2019

Received my order on time 2/13 Wednesday. Tried 2 of the berries only to find they were spoiled i. E. Mushy and turning brown. The next day tried 2 more (Valentines day) berries which were brown and smiled. Needless to say my wife and I were greatly disappointed. I ended up throwing the remainder out. Horrible Experience

Placed an order for over $400 a week before Valentine's Day for my employees. The did not deliver on Valentine's Day. I called four times, waited on hold for over an hour. Customer service rep from India kept repeating same script over and over regardless of my question. Asked for a supervisor and after holding 12 minutes they hung up on me. I sent two emails to "*******@sharriesberries" and still no response. The sent a generic email at 11:00pm apologizing for not delivering and refunded me $10. I paid extra for each delivery to receive before noon, but thanks for the $10 refund and horrible customer service. Will never order from them again!

Worst company ever!

Great rip off! My order arrived a day late! Rose's were awful, pedals were falling off. Berries were melted. I will never use again! Be aware before you buy.

Do not order from them

I placed an order 2/11 for delivery 2/14. Plenty of time. They did not even print the UPS ticket until 12:30 on 12/14 for delivery the next day. This was for someone out of town, so i couldn't just run out and buy a replacement gift. When I called they tried to blame UPS for changing shipping. No... you didn't bother to address my order until the day I wanted it. I will never use this place again.

I placed an order for a dozen roses and six chocolate covered strawberries on Sunday February 10. I paid him additional $14.99 for morning delivery. At 12:45 PM the package was still not delivered. I called their 1-800 number. After waiting nearly 30 minutes on hold someone finally picked up. I could barely understand him due to his accent and the very poor phone connection.
He offered to cancel my order several times. I told him I don't want the order canceled I want it delivered. I asked if it could still be delivered on Valentine's Day. He assured me that it would be. He told me he would credit me back all of the shipping charges standard shipping plus the morning delivery fee and he would send me an email showing the credit was issued. No email ever arrived. Well after waiting until 11 PM and delivery, I spoke to a representative through their chat option. I explained situation At which time my "connection was Interrupted and The chat session ended. I open another chat session and spoke to someone named Jessica. After telling her the story all over again her response was sorry, we had bad weather today end it interrupted our phone service for a short time. I said well what does that have to do with my delivery? I asked her if it showed a credit being processed for the delivery fee Plus the shipping fees. She said nothing has shown as being processed and she would try to apply that. I asked her if she could have a manager contact me in the morning. After a couple of minutes, that chat session ended due to a connection interruption. I opened a third chat session. I once again explained my story. Patricia apologize for my frustration. She said she would issue the credit refund for the shipping charges. The package is now scheduled to be delivered on Friday morning the day after Valentine's Day. I asked if she could have a manager called me on Friday morning. Her response was "why do you want to talk to a manager"? I said because I want to. I asked her if I have the right to speak to a manager and she said yes. I said so what's the problem? She said well we're kind of busy here now so it would be better off if you called because they're too busy to call you. That's good to know. I have made I would say more than 10 purchases from this company. This will be my last. There are many companies that do what they do. Their lack of professionalism and their inability to provide The product they sell, on time without even a reason as to why it's late is ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

First of all, ridiculously over priced. However, I wouldn't be that upset if it was so expensive and the food was delicious. ON THE CONTRARY, 4 out of 6 of the chocolate covered strawberries we ordered were completely rotted out. And all it took was for me to take one bite into one and spit it right back out. Why am I paying for over night shipping & keeping my items cold & extra fees for a specific day & ANOTHER charge for "living in a rural area" when they were rotted to the core? DISGUSTING. UNSATISFYING. Order from edible arrangements, or from a local company that isn't going to $#*! you around like Shari's Berries. Pictures added, save your money.
