Delivery was 2 days late and i'm not very happy about it and would of been a little appreciated if their was communication that my order was late.
I never received them! Called today 2/15/2019 and was told they were being sent today. I said never mind that give my man his money back! They said they would still send me the chocolate dipped strawberries. It's 6:17PM I leave work at 6:30 never seen them. Lol! I knew this was a joke and I'm a blogger I will make sure this gets out all over the blogs!
Boyfriend ordered a deluxe bouquet with guaranteed delivery for Valentine's day. I was home all day with our son. They lied and said it couldn't be delivered bc nobody was home. Then I come home on friday to a delivery of a crappy arrangement of 11 red roses that were half dead! He had to call and argue with "customer service" to receive a refund. First picture is what was ordered and second is what was recieved!
I recieved my berries today a day late after my husband paid extra for Feb 14 morning delivery. The strawberries were small and rotten. When I opened the box it had a nasty smell. Only one was large as displayed on the website. He also ordered me pretzels they were bent, stale and 2 were cracked. This was complete garbage! I wish I would have made my own from jewel and saved alot of money and saved myself from biting into a rotten chocolate covered berry.
They were a day late brought by UPS left at the door even though I was there and I picked them up I opened them immediately they were soft inside meaning most likely the berries was too old when they made them and it took too long to get to me so that only were they poor sized for the price they were mushy and disgusting On the inside plus they cost too much for all of that trouble
I ordered this for my grandchildren and their parents. They came, but the berries were TINY, poorly made and more than unattractive. What a bad impact on my reputation. Will never use them again. PS Ordered a few times over the years, and they used to be large and beautiful and tasty. NEVER AGAIN!
Company cannot deliver as promised. Deceptive company. They dupe people in to purchasing by promising to deliver on a specific date and within a predetermined time window. Ordered berries and flowers for my wife and they arrived the day after promised delivery. Ordered berries for my daughter, which are three days late and still sitting half way across the countrycancelled that order. Oh, and do not hope to speak to an American when you call the help line. Be prepared to repeat and have them repeat several times. When asked about shipping, customer service blames the carrier instead of accepting that their logistics management is incompetent it is either that or they just don't care once they have your money. Caution everyone not to count on Shari's Berries to deliver as promised. Never, ever, pay for items to be delivered early morning. I will never use this company again. The fact that my daughter did not get her gift on Valentines Day is unforgivable to me. Shari's Berries what a waste of time and money.
I ordered 1 dz. Strawberries and 9 cheesecake bites on the 4th for delivery on the 14th waited all day, finally at 7pm on the 14th I got an email stating they couldnt deliver until following day. So I waited the 15th and it finally came at 330 pm and when I opened it it wasnt even what I ordered I will never order from here again and I am telling everyone I know to stay away also.
Valentines berries totally rotten. Completely covered in chocolate so u can't see how bad the strawberries were. No answer on phone etc horrible deformed berries
My boyfriend purchased strawberries from here on Feb 4th and was waiting for them all day yesterday for Valentine's Day, didn't leave the house because I was waiting for them. I looked at the tracking and it said my order was delivered but I never got them. I called them and they said they put the wrong address and were brought to a different house. They said they would send me new ones the next day and I told them they better give me a refund too. They said they would. I checked today and they still didn't put the money back on my boyfriends card so I called again and then they said they would send me the strawberries tomorrow instead of today. The lady I talked to on the phone last night completely lied to me. So they never gave my boyfriend back his money and I am getting my strawberries two days late. Never order from here! Horrible horrible service. This place is such a scam!
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day and when the recipient received the box and opened it... THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE BOX! When I called to speak with someone needless to say I was transferred to 5 different people as well as a supervisor and nothing was handled...
After ordering strawberries on 2/7 for 2/13 or 14 delivery I have spoken to 4 different reps with 4 different stories that order is at UPS. One told me out for delivery for 13 arrival and when that didn't arrive called on 14th and told out for delivery and arrival on 14th. Called on 15th and told order is at UPS but no delivery information available. UPS tracking number they provided as not acknowledged from UPS as a valid tracking number. My credit card was never charged or even a pending so they screwed up somewhere and instead of being honest on a mistake made excuse after excuse. Will never use them again.
I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day for my out of state daughter. Yesterday, I got an email around 4:00 PM stating that my order would not be delivered as promised. At that point there wasn't anything I could do to get a gift to my daughter. I was beyond frustrated since I ordered this on Feb. 9th and was told that they would be able to make the delivery on Valentines. This is horrible service! I will NEVER be ordering from them again...
As like everyone else I spent an extra 100 to have it delivered on valentine day and what happens the same as everyone else called to try to get it resolved and was hung up on 8 different times spent hours on hold and then was insulted with a 10 dollar refund stay away this is a joke
I purchased a rather large order for my fiance a week in advance of valentine's day. Paid extra for morning delivery, and for guaranteed valentine's delivery. I attempted to contact their customer service via email, and didn't hear back for over 24 hours, attempts to call were met with a busy tone. Their email reply did not meet any of my concerns or the demand for a refund for shipping that didn't arrive when guaranteed. I trusted this company, they let their customers down and simply send an automated reply that "sorry we can't do it, we will the next day" A disgusting company and only worth counting on if you want to look like a fool and have them ruin your holiday.
Never got it on Valentine day and it was just dropped of at the office today at 200 and I let them know no one would be there after 100 it is still there
First my boyfriend told me to look out for a package on Valentines day. He said it would be delivered before noon. I almost decided to forgo my group lunch with my office until one of my coworkers said he would keep an eye out and had to stay behind for a delivery for something else anyways. After returning back to the office after 1, he said there was no delivery. When I got home after anxiously listening out for a package I gave up.
My boyfriend had lots of meetings scheduled that day and this valentines failure was not what he needed. Long story short, the delivery finally showed up. A day later. He paid extra to have it delivered the day of Valentines day and before noon. The total for 6 strawberries with chocolate was $88 dollars. We will not be using this service again.
Ordered and paid extra for delivery by noon. Due diligence was used and found the delivery date had been changed. When were they going to notify me? Item arrived day late of course. Instead of 2 dozen red roses, received 1.5 dozen. Strawberries trashed and not appealing at all. Called them, rep trued her best but she had some difficulties understanding my concern. Refund was processed but this is 2 straight years of miscues or ineptitude. Not odering from them again. Lessons learned.
Well, looking at some previous reviews here, I see that I am not alone. On 2/5/19, I ordered $85.00 worth of berries for Valentine's Day and paid extra for delivery on the 14th. On V-day, after waiting until 7:00 PM, I thought to track the shipment and saw that it was scheduled for delivery on 2/18 - the following Monday! Further research shows that these dimwits sent it via UPS Ground rather than Express as they advertise.
The next day, I called their customer service number, and after holding for no less than 20 minutes, the phone was answered by someone who was DEFINITELY not born in the USA. Several times, I had ask her to repeat herself and speak more slowly, and she asked me to repeat my name and other personal information at least three times throughout the call. Due to the language barrier, information exchange was torturous. She promptly refunded my payment without argument, but offered not even the slightest gesture of atonement - nor even an apology for the company's abject failure.
Shari's Berries fails on multiple levels, and while I have used them in the past, it appears their quality of service has really taken a nose-dive. I will be steering clear in the future, and I recommend that anyone reading this does the same.
Apparently, Shari's Berries and I don't agree on which day Valentine's Day falls on. I say the 14th. They apparently, think it's the 15th. When I complained about their taking $27.98 in delivery charges and not delivering as guaranteed, they asked if I wanted the delivery money back. Duh, yes! What did they think my answer would be? I would never use them again. They had four days to keep their guarantee and they didn't. They sent me an email giving me 30% off my next purchase of $29 or more. Don't think that's going to happen...
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
