I received a box not knowing what was inside so they sat out for two days and were mushy and sour. I called the number on the card and told them and they picked the earliest day with it being the holidays to give me all new ones do they sent me more two to three days later and they told me what time they would deliver and they tasted much better and were cold and not melted. Much like other businesses they ask to see it before doing a refund. Great strawberries and would recommend

I tried to order online as we have every year. But now its 800 flowers.com What a mess. COuldn't do it online so I tried finding just "Sharis Berries" It kept coming up with 800flowers, com. I finally was able to get ahold of someone from Sharis on the phone but she couldn't speak good English. It took forever. She would not pass me on to someone who could speak English even though I asked. I made two separate orders. I received one order number for both. One received theirs on time, the other one did not. I called after Christmas and they did not know where it was. But offered to give me a discount on one. Great. Hopefully not all mushy by now or frozen as no one was home today to get them. They were home on the 24th when they were supposed to receive them. I called in again.as an email said it was in transit and to call them. It was the 800flowers AGAIN! And they knew nothing.So I finally got transferred to someone from Sharis. I could NOT get ANYONE who spoke clear English. OH MY WORD! So frustrating. She couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. She kept asking for another order number. Horrible. Unfortunately I am done ordering from this company. They used to be very user friendly. Not anymore. I still don't know if my friends got them today or not.

Used to love sending these to all the special people in my life.
Once acquired by 800-Flowers, they 800-f*cking suck. Evidently, the delivery is no longer from a "central California location", it's left in the incompetent hands of your local florist.
I will be demanding refund.

Dont buy from them

I ordered choc. Strawberries from the for christmas gift and were delivered melted, The person called and thought i did it as a prank, What a way sherries berries you made me look horrible. Dont waste your time or money from them

Horrible service. Chocolates were never delivered. I had to follow up. No communication back to the customer if there is a problem.
I called their Customer Service line - It goes to an overseas help desk that barely speaks english and they are reading from a script.

I have two orders that have been messed up. Find the local provider and go direct.

Unacceptable!

Horrible service. Chocolates were never delivered. I had to follow up multiple times.
Chocolates were re-ordered. Second order was never delivered!
Don't waste your time with this company. Not sure how they run a business like this.
Very unreliable. Horrible service!
I should have bought the strawberries myself and delivered them. Avoid the stress.

My family loved the "old" Shari's Berries. I'm sure they've been sold, because they suck now. They advertised a couple of choices for 2 dozen berries, but when you try and order them, they are not available. So, I called, and they told me they can only deliver two separate dozen at two delivery fees. That's ridiculous. I will not be ordering again from this company that clearly cares nothing about customer service!

Horrible Service

Piece of crap service. They completely messed up three consecutive orders! Sending spoiled fruit!, and leaving items out that i requested and paid for. Then got charged 2 times for the same order. They barely speak english and have POOR POOR POOR comprehension. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY $#*! COMPANY AGAIN!

As a long time user of the company I have never been more upset and disgusted. How can you order from a company for a special occasion and not receive the order on the day of the occasion? How can this company sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people. Absolutely never again and it will be my sole mission in life to tell as many people as possible about this.

I was charged for my order 4 times. As soon as I realized their mistake, I emailed customer service and got no response. I emailed them again the next day, no response. I then filed a complaint through their website and shocking, NO RESPONSE. Shari's berries is total garbage and I will never use them again. There is no excuse for charging a customer 4 times, but to ignore repeated complaints? Screw them.

Will never order again

Ordered Shariberries pumpkin dipped for my daughter for Halloween to be delivered 10/30, and not delivered. Then 10/31, and not delivered, then 11/1, and guess what, still not delivered.
Spent many hours on the phone for 4 days on phone with Shariesberries and their 3rd party delivery. Originally, they said wrong address, but it was the correct address. Shows up in Maps, and GPS, or any way you research it, right by a University. This went in for 4 days.
Needless to say, my daughter did not receive her Halloween gift. She was disappointed.
I was upset, aggravated, and angry.
I demanded my money back, which was refunded.
But, they should have offered to deliver the order anyway besides returning my money.
And also, a few other times I ordered they were not good and in the verge of turning bad.
I would give this experience a rating of 0, but not an option, so I will do a 1.

Quality of product

The delivery of Halloween Berries look nothing like the pictures of the product on your website. Very disappointing. It was not worth the money I paid. The decorating of product, color of candy coating, and the size of eyes on berries not the same as what was shown on website.

We used to buy around 15 arrangements a year but since they were sold to 800 Flowers they are horrible. The local vendors they use are unable to make the same quality and not even close to the same appearance. Desperately looking for another option now. Shari's Berries is just not the same

Service is terrible and customer service is in the Philippians - later found out that Shari's were acquired by 1-800-Flowers and Proflowers no longer in business. If customers are expecting the same service sorry to tell you dont waste your time. I submitted an order on October 5th schedule for delivery on October 25th which was a day late. Just dealing with the customr service was a headache--they resolved later but it took 5 hours being on phone with the manager because they had no information to provide. Also, wrote letter to corporate headquaters and sales to tell them of the frustration and will never order from them again since they have acquired Sharis' Berries and Proflowers no longer in business - I will find another vendor.

Buyer beware

Even more frustrating than a very mediocre product is that right after I made a purchase, my email address was in the hands of spammers from all over the world. Within a few days following my order, I received over 500 emails, in many languages. I had not provided my email address to any other entity in the many days before or after the spamming occurred. I have been unsubscribing from hundreds of lists, and to this day, several months later, I am still receiving tens and tens of spam emails. A few days after the order, I contacted Shari's Berries to let them know of the problem and that they might have a rogue employee making money on the side. They seemed unsurprised and aware of the problem, but completely disinterested. Buying from these guys has been an ongoing train wreck. I highly recommend avoiding them and for sure, don't give them an email address.

Don't do it!

Diverted 3 days early! Let me pick three items on their website, call them because never received confirmation email I was told to the items was not available. Charged my card 3 times! Took 40 days to put money back on there..

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted my order never went though in than they charged me twice in than out holding my money both charges that never went though. Basically laughed at me in the phone worst Experience ever. Do not ever order from these guys horrible and I'm still waiting on my money to be put back on my card she laughed and said oh Monday was a holiday Columbus Day I don't understand why they would take my money if the order never even went through there holding it

DON'T DO IT!

Placed an order a week and a half before my mom's birthday. Put that they were going to a school. They arrived after she left for the day even after I called several time to remind them it was a school and the day would end at 3:00. She actually got them the next day and they were small and no better than what you can get at a grocery store. When I called to complain, they offered to send another dozen which never arrived. Never again. Very unhappy!

Sharies Berries use to be a great company with great U.S. based customer service. I ordered regularly for birthdays and holidays. No more. Bought out and now they are terrible! Don't ruin your gift by ordering here.

Berries were bad
September 19, 2019

I have used the company many times over. This last order was to my daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary. When having dinner with them a few weeks later, I asked about the berries. They felt bad saying they were not good. When I called the company, they said there was nothing that could be done because it was over 7 days. Bad way to treat a long time customer. Will not order from them again.
