THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE. YOU GET ONE LARGE AND THE REST ARE TINY. WORST PART WAS THE ONE LARGE WAS BROWN ON TOP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE BEYOND UNHELPFUL AFTER 40 MINS ON THE PHONE AND THE SUPERVISOR REFUSING TO PUT HER BOSS ON THE PHONE. WE HAD TO CALL OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGE.
Berries came today as a gift from my husband and I was so unimpressed when I opened the box. One berry was as tiny as a cherry. They were all wet not from condensation but sweating from not being fresh and prepared days in advance. Im a pastry chef so I know. Upon dissecting a berry so much liquid came out of it I almost threw up. It was unbelievable and the berries were horrible but coated in some faux chocolate to disguise it. Presentation was horrible; Lines looked like a toddler piped them on. Husband bit the berries and they tasted like wine. Curious to know if they all were rotten I courageously bit into one just to have a burning sensation on my tongue & a foul taste of hell in my mouth. All I can say is it's indescribable but the fruit flies would consider it heaven. I told my husband to get a refund asap! He was very unhappy and it ruined our Valentines Day. False advertising on their website as the berries look nothing like the photos. They are certainly not made fresh, not made with quality ingredients & not consumable. PLEASE RUN AND DO NOT BUY! You've been warned. You will only receive wet, rotten, distorted, ugly and putrid wine tasting berries
Literally the most awful customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered my chocolate covered strawberries on February 7th, after ordering I saw they charged my card twice and also spelt my husbands name wrong. I called them and they said they had issued a refund and corrected the name this was all ( feb 7th) they told me to wait 5 minutes for conformation email. I waited 1 hour never received a email so I called them back and they stated to wait a hour so I did and still no email, I called them a third time to which they informed me that they never saw that I requested a refund on the over charge and a change in the name. I went through the process again and they said give them 24 hours for a conformation email. I finally received a email stating they corrected the issues that my order would arrive February 13th. On February 12th I noticed I had not got a tracking number yet so I called them again which they gave me a bogus tracking number which just said shipping label created. On February 13th after not receiving my strawberries I called them a total of 10 times, over and over I was lied to they said they would refund half my order and send me a $20 coupon, they also said they could send a new order for Valentine's Day then turned around and said I wouldn't get it until Saturday after I paid extra money for it to be sent earlier. I stated I did not want the strawberries just a refund which they said they could not give me a refund because it was in transit which was a lie because Fedex has no record of any package being sent to my address. I also never received a email conformation of the supposed $20 coupon or refund I was supposed to receive. They said refunds could take up to 3 plus weeks! I am very upset it's the day before Valentine's and I'm out the money and a gift I know my spelling and grammar is probably horrible but I super upset. Please PLEASE do not order from here!
Did not even come close to what is pictured online. Varying sizes very small to large. Not drizzled like picture and quality is poor. Some sweet, some not. Packaging was excellent and delivered on time. Adding picture. Won't use this vendor again! For $60 +, I made a huge error in buying. One of my worst purchases ever. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

I got online to make an order with Shari's Berries (unfortunately 1 800 flowers bought that company in 2019). At checkout it asked if I would like to add flowers to my order.
I went ahead and chose one of their flower options that popped and after payment the confirmation showed the berries to be delivered on Valentine's Day and flowers to be delivered Tuesday 18th (4 days after the berries and Valentines day).
I contacted them immediately by phone. Customer service gave me the run-around and ended up trying to give me a $20 discount in lieu of the flowers being delivered four days later. I told them I did not want the flowers since they were not going to come on Valentine's day but they said they cannot be canceled until Saturday the 15th (the day after V. D.)... Then after emails and more phone calls, they have me a generic excuse saying that the flowers have already shipped (this is on Thursday the 13th).
I asked how they have been shipped if they aren't coming for almost 6 more days and no response. The customer service is awful and they will never get my business again.
I plan on trying to let everyone I know about their horrible deceptive business practices...
Side note... I think their call center is in India because w of the 3 customer service reps had to repeat themselves several times for me to understand what they said. Very frustrating for a company that is located 1 hour from my home and I can't speak to someone local.
Received a promo code for $5.00 off and free shipping. The $5.00 was taken off but the shipping was $14.00 and was not removed. I canceled the order and will go elsewhere.
Website and confirmation email claims you can cancel orders before it ships. Claims the fruit is prepared in a local shop. When i tried to call to cancel, someone who didn't fluently speak English tells me the order cannot be cancelled because it's already been received. This is two days before it's scheduled to be delivered. No point in trying to get a clear explanation. They just play dumb and act like there is nothing they can do. From the other reviews I'm also expecting to be highly disappointed with the product itself. We will see, considering I'm stuck with the order now.
I will never order strawberries from Shari's Berries again! I ordered three different orders.The shipping is outrageous! Never again!
I ordered online and called within 5 minutes of making the order to fix delivery time, they couldn't do it. So I wanted to cancel the order altogether and they said a manager would call me within 15 minutes. They never called, so I called again after 25 minutes and they said the order couldn't be canceled. So it will probably go to the wrong address because of their system and delivered on the wrong date. Run from this company Sharies Berries and 1800flowers.com
When placing my order Tuesday, I inadvertently typed in the street address as 529 instead of 522. My mistake, obviously. I noticed it immediately, within 2 minutes of placing my order, which was to be delivered Friday, with it being shipped Thursday. I contacted customer service via email immediately, asking to just have the street number changed. I was told that it was "not possible to cancel my order"
I politely wrote back saying I did not wish to cancel my order, just have the address changed. I was replied to, very quickly, saying my order was out for delivery already and changes were not allowed. (This was less than an hour after my order was placed).
So, since email wasn't getting my message across, I attempted to call customer service. The gentleman was trying to be very helpful, but there was an obvious language barrier. No worries. After 10 minutes we were able to communicate the 16 digit order number. He made the change, and I hung up, thinking this was over...
I get a call back from another customer service representative less than 2 minutes later, reading from a script in barely understandable English, that the fulfillment center informed him that they no longer could fulfill my order because of the recent address change, and that he would like to offer me a comparable product at a discount to send. Keep in mind that the "address change" was literally across the street.
I attempted to politely decline the offer and requested that my order just be cancelled, so that I could go online and pick something else out on my own. He re-read the same script 3 times. Eventually, he realized I was not budging, and put me on hold for 5 minutes. He came back to the phone, re-read the script one more time, and then, after I still did not agree to the switch, "cancelled" my order.
At this point, I really assumed I had put this behind me. However, when I log into my account and view my order, it is still active, and pending delivery confirmation... with the wrong street number still listed.
This is unacceptable customer service, on so, so many levels. I have been patient and understanding that this is my fault in the beginning, since I did type in the street number wrong. However, the response from that point forward has left me no choice to never do business with this company again, which is a shame, because I would order my daughter these berries as a surprise multiple times a year, and she enjoys them.
A website that is questionable at best. Order 2 items get 5.1 hour on the phone with someone who barely speaks English. Half the order arrives 2 days early for Valentines Day and it can't be canceled because the flowers are already out for delivery. Unbelieveable! Fool me once! Never again.
I ordered online but it dropped after entering my information so I called customer service to see if the order had gone through. I was told it had not so I said I would try again online. The representative insisted she would take my order even though I told her no several times. I finally agreed and she tried to sell me something I did not order. I told her that I would go online to get the right order. This time, it ordered twice so I called again and was charged for two orders. After being on the phone for 25 minutes, I told the representative to cancel the orders and if they tried to put them through, I would do a charge back. I also told her to send a confirmation that the orders were cancelled. This was supposed to be a Valentine gift for my 91 year old great aunt. I actually had planned to place another order for friends. If I'm spending fifty dollars for 12 strawberries, this company should be able to provide better customer service. I will not use Shari's Berries again.
I placed an order on 1/22/2020. I was charged twice for the order 1 charge was higher than the other. I called to have the money refunded to me. I waited 10 days still no refund my wife called to find out why the money wasnt refunded they said it would be in our account within 1 to 2 bank days here we are 3 days later still no refund I have been on the phone for over a hour now being transferred around with no one knowing what is going on. This will be the last time I deal with these people.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I tried to order strawberries and upon checkout it asked if I would like to add flowers to which I selected to add them. It automatically chose a different date for delivery rather that the date I had selected. I immediately noticed on my confirmation and called customer service. They could not help me and gave me a different number to 1800 flowers who could not help me either and then gave me the exact same number I had previously called. I went around calling and speaking with 5 different people all who where of no help. They order never got changed. I would have even settled for someone to cancel it all together but no one was able to do that either. I am disgusted with how they handle customers. I would never order from them again personally nor would I recommend wasting your own money.
0n 01-30-2020 I placed an order for chocolate dipped strawberries and a flower arrangement to be delivered the next day. I never selected the Celebration Passport 9something to do with shipping) however it showed up on my bill for $19.99 along with another cost of $7.98 for Shipping. I immediately called their 800 number because I could not change/update the order. What a nightmare. The customer service rep was difficult to understand and they kept giving me the run-around. I stated over 10 times that I just wanted to cancel the order but they had their talking points that they would not stop repeating. Then they sent me to the Celebration Passport that more or less refused to take it off my bill. It looks like I will have to get the credit card company to deny this bill.
I needed to change the delivery address of an order as I received word that the individual would not be there on 1 29 2020. The Customer Service for Sherri's Berries is TERRIBLE! I explained what needing to be done and was placed on hold for 22 min for them to figure out how difficult this is! Going in the 23rd minute of holding, I was told they could not do BUT will TRY to call Fed Ex and have them change it. Twenty three minutes later, I was still holding! I finally hung up the phone! Times have definitely changed with your service. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and lack of English speaking reps. I had the person repeat what they said several times! For heavens sake, "Can I just change the address?" It still is not changed! Good grief

My mom ordered sharis berries to be delivered to me for my Birthday. They promised to deliver by a certain time at my work place. The day of delivery (my birthday) the berries didn't come. The next day, nothing. After an address change I had hope that they would be delivered. NOPE. My mom tried to be so sweet to me for my birthday but ended up stressed on the phone 4+ times with Shari's Berries trying to figure this out. I NEVER RECEIVED THE BERRIES. Never giving them my business again.
I placed two orders to be delivered on the same day. One order came a day early which was super frustrating because the person receiving the berries was not there. A delivery date is not a recommendation! I also never received a confirmation email, so I had to call the help center and was on the phone for 40 minutes while they tried to find my order.
I ordered some berries to be delivered for my wife on her birthday. Date of order was 11/25/2019 to be deliver 12/12/2019. I did not receive my order. I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. As of today 01/03/2020 I haven't received it. I've called at least 3 times and still no refund. I have ordered from them many times before but not anymore. They deserve zero stars for the way they handle this order. NEVER AGAIN!
My wife recently made an order for the holidays and they showed up in a chines take out bag on their side. They used to show up in a nice box with a big ice pack to make sure they stayed fresh. The quality of the berries were terrible and we will never be ordering from them again. They must've been sold which is a huge disappointment.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
