I ordered $80 of clothing from Bellelily. After a week of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I received an e-mail, stating that one of the items was out of stock. I requested they ship the in-stock items and refund the out of stock item. They did not. They just kept sending the same e-mail. So, I chose another item. After waiting a couple days, they again sent me a e-mail. It said that the alternate item was out of stock. Long story short, this went on for wks. Nothing shipped, nothing refunded. I finally bought replacements at Frederick's of Hollywood, so I could have them by Christmas. Belle never shipped even one item and refused to refund, my money. PayPal however did make it right. I would never order from this company and feel the need to warn others.

Worst online company ever! Had I read their reviews before buying from them, I would have NEVER purchased their products. The items I received were poor quality, cheaply made, different color than what was shown in the pictures! When trying to return them, they said they will charge for returning them back to China and on top of that will charge your insurance. At that point it's cheaper for you to keep their trash rather than return it. They basically force you to keep it with that damn return policy. They're stubborn and argue with you saying that their product is good product. Never again purchasing from this company -worst customer service and was clearly never.

Ordered 3 weeks ago still not here tried to cancel order before they shipped because I looked up location after ordering it and it's in China and we all know China makes clothes for midgets

I ordered 3 Christmas presents almost a month ago from this site it said 5-15 days its clearly past that I've had to complain to get it from china to where it is now and it still isnt at my home the sites a joke you shouldn't have to complain to get them to do something about your package Im not using this site again its over priced as hell for one and 2 they dont get you your package when they say I wouldn't reccomend using this site not even as a last resort spend your money else where for what your looking for because your just going to have problems with them.

I received my order for 5 shirts and the 3XL was actually maybe a large at best. I emailed only to get a response saying if I wanted to get a refund was to return the items to China. Why would you order something from the US and have to return to China? Doesn't make sense to me. I would not recommend the company. See before of the response I got from them. SMH

Do not waste your money. This is exactly like Wish and every other overseas online ordering shop. Clothes are cheaply made and shoes are plastic

I never received the product I ordered. When i complained, I was told to take it up with the post office.

The cute cotton-ribbed henley I saw on the website sadly didn't match the "henley" I received, and the shirt runs very large. I count this as a loss and will never shop with Belle Lily again. I will also tell my friends and family to not shop on their website.

I ordered two shirts and a pair of shoes. The shirts don't even look like the picture there not even the same color as the picture and the shoes are really uncomfortable! Needless to say I'm not ordering from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLELILY! I ordered a wreath & pillow cover for Christmas. The wreath is barely 11 inches not 24 inches that I was told. Also, I ordered a "Red Truck" pillow cover and received a "Snowman Baby it's Cold Outside@ one. When I emailed them they asked me to send a picture of what I got. They later replied that I got what I ordered and they were done. I have my receipt! I asked if they were blind and can't tell the difference between a truck and a snowman? They are ignoring me now & nothing has been resolved!

The ornament looks like someone had it on their tree for a couple of years. It was chipped and the hanging ribbon was frayed. I personally don't want other peoples garbage. The styrofoam it was packed in was nothing but foam pills because the form had fallen apart. This is the last time I will buy from Bellelily. You never get what you pay for. False Advertising

Horrible products. A Jean jacket and a button up tee shirt are not similar at all! Never ordered anything I couldn't return. Waited a month to receive anything

Beware! I ordered what seem to be like two really cute flannels that the models have on. I received them weeks later and they are ugly and look nothing like what the models have on. I will never wear them. They are so ugly. I can't believe they advertise like they do and then they send you a completely different looking shirt that look horrible that are way big and not flattering. The models look like they have a slim looking shirt, then you receive it and it's a big boxy thin shirt that's super ugly. I should've checked out the reviews before I purchase from this company. Never ever again will I order from them again.

I have tried contacting this company multiple times to get a return address and no response! Quality of clothing is awful! Got charged for cross cross open back tie doe heart mini dress, never received. The patriotic tie dye star tank was orange instead of red. All of the material smells like a weird oily plastic! Very thin weird material! A big scam! Where do you return the clothing?!?! Nobody answers/ returns your emails!

Bellelily, Horrible company. Sizes are off AND send poorly sewn defective clothing. Waistline is sewn completely off (see photo-right ide of waist line doesn't even match the left side). Won't fully refund or exchange-excuse used is high shipping costs. They keep stringing you along with messages back that never resolve the problem. This company is out of China. Staying USA from now on!

They don't even deserve one star. So the items shipped from California, which sounds good, but in order for me to get my money back I am to return them to China. The customer service is awful and the clothing looks NOTHING like the website pictures.
