Do not order from this company! The clothes don't even tell you what they're made of and they are slick and oily, falling apart at the seems, do not fit properly... please don't make the same mistake we did!
I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and paid for the insurance. It was divided into 3 separate shipments. I received the first 2, each containing one item. The 3rd package had 11 items in it and was delivered to my doorstep while I was out of town and was not there when I returned the next day. I contacted their customer service about the insurance policy I paid for. The first response I got was to check to make sure my neighbors didn't have it. Then the response was to check with the local post office. I did everything they asked and provided documentation then all of a sudden, they stopped responding to my messages. The customer service, alone, is enough to make me NEVER purchase from them. I hope someone sees this before they lose out on money too.
The thumbnail said "Stained glass birds" once opened it claimed "Sun catcher" What I received was a little plastic cut out that did not transmit light at all... After tons of emails and fighting for a month. They finally agreed to a partial refund! The picture was even of a real stained glass sun catcher. Not to mention it did not even get shipped from them, it was sent direct from some company in China.
I would not order from this website again. I ordered a jacket that came in and looked NOTHING like the pictures - not sure where they even got the pictures from. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they only offered me a 30% refund (they settled on 50%) even though I did it in the time they said they allow returns. I then looked at the reviews on the jacket that I ordered and 1) there is no place for me to leave a review 2) multiple reviews said "looks exactly like the picture" which is not true. Seems fishy in hindsight.
I ordered two Christmas shirts to wear three weeks before Christmas. It is now Jan 20th and I still have not received them! Customer service has given me the run around and finally admitted they got lost in transit and will refund my cost minus the shipping cost. So I Have to pay shipping cost on items I did not receive plus lets see if they actually give me any money back. Horrible customer service! Will never buy from them again.
Website says they accept returns but actually they delay delay - want you to send them pics - then say it will cost too much for return shipping and I should just give the shoes to someone else. Reviews are fake I'm sure! It's a n overseas scam site wish I knew before ordering
I just received two pieces, knitted sweater, or so I think, and a tribal jacket. The sweater is poliéster and the mesh is just a design. The picture is totally dicieving! And the jacket is the worst material as well. The picture with the model does not correspond at all to the real product! Please don't get in this scam as I do!
Just order from shein or wish I still haven't received my items and they won't even send me my money back either. Do not waste your time nor your hard earned money. I wish somebody would've warned me about them
I ORDERED A SWEATSHIRT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RED IN COLOR AND RECIEVED A PINK ONE, THEY HAD ME TAKE A PICTURE FOR CONFIRMATION AND SAID MY LIGHTING DID NOT SUGGEST PINK AND BELIEVE ME IT IS PINK, THEN THEY THOUGHT I SHOULD PAY FOR SHIPPING WHICH IT WAS NOT MY FAULT IT WAS THEM! I HAVE HAD 5 EMAILS WITH THEM TRYING TO GIVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND ON A WRONG PRODUCT AND IT HAS GONE NOWHERE! THES GUYS ARE HORRIBLE BEWARE!
I would not order from this company again. I was not pleased with the 2 items I received. They don't want me to return them. For a refund. They want me keep them but I have no use for them hence why trying to return. They than told me they would give me parcial refund and too keep the items. I dudnt receive no refund or exchange. I have 2 items I have no use for. I won't even order from this site again. Worst customer service as well
Terrible tried to buy something for my wife and never recived a confromarion on order but they billed my card and cant find or get a number to call them dont buy anything from them

Received 2 pairs of the leggings for Christmas 2021. Leggings fit small and couldn't get them on all the way. Even when advised I could not get the pants on, Bellelily wanted "picture proof". I advised I couldn't do that as my picture would reveal too much. They insisted I provide the picture. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for an exchange. When I responded and told them I could not and would not provide "picture proof", they stopped communicating with me. (Email only) Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs I can't wear and out $90. Buyer beware!
Every item in my order (9 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast. Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied with Bellelily! I had a good experience :)
THIS SITE IS A SCAM! Save yourself the time and money. Shipping took over a month and the product was made of a felt material. Contacted for a full refund and return and they told me they don't recommend it and they'd give me a 10% refund if i gift it. The joke is i wouldn't gift this product to my worst enemy. Consider yourself warned!
Very disappointing, I ordered this colorblock leopard print. Wow, I am so disappointed. Looks nothing like this. Thin, dull colors. Cheap quality
I ordered a flannel shirt from Bellelily that was really nice looking what I received was totally different and ugly. After going back and forth with their so-called "customer service", they asked me to just keep the item since it would cost a lot to return it, then they offered me a "discount" to order another item from them (I don't think so) and then they offered a 30% refund - for something that I did not order. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering anything from this company. What a SCAM!

Do not buy from this company. I made a purchase of holiday clothing on 11/24 and it arrived on 12/22. The estimated shipping showing at the time of my purchase projected delivery between 5-9 days so I thought it was a US based business. It is not. The clothing comes from China and they have 0 ways to reach them for customer support. Email is the only way to reach them, and the messaging syntax is awful. The tracking is completely inaccurate. I actually thought I would never see the order arrive. The product material is super thin. You will notice there is no option to do a product review, and it's because the clothing pictures are not representative of the product. Lesson learned. I hope you find this review and it this saves you the same wasted $100. I think positive reviews that are showing here are faked. Personal information blacked out in images of order and delivery tracking.
This was the worst customer service I have experienced by far. The dress I ordered was cute and I was so excited to receive it. I went by their size chart, but it swallowed me when it got here. I wanted to exchange it for the proper size, but they kept offering me a 20% refund instead. Once I made a little fuss, they offered me 30%. I, for the life of me, could not understand why they couldn't send me the correct size if I offered to ship back the one that was too big. They started talking about fees they pay another company…. It was all very strange. After at least 20 emails back and forth they gave me 50% refund. I will NEVER order from them again!
Answer: It takes about a month, or it doesn't show up at all.
Answer: Don't order at all. Company is a SCAM! Be happy you didn't decide on size yet! Go elsewhere!
