Don't fall prey to all these cute clothes! They look nothing like the pictures & the quality is awful. Their return policy sounds very customer friendly but they refuse to guarantee a pair of shorts that are full of holes rather than frayed as their pictures show! Instead they offered a discount on my next purchase which won't be happening!

This site is a scam! They will charge your card, double order your order. The items are CHEAPLY made. Then they will suggest you just keep your items and give them away for gifts. WHO wants this poor quality of stuff. To return items is a HUDGE headache and they will let you know it will be at YOUR cost although I did not order the same item twice. The instructions to return their stuff is back, they have you go through hoops and bounds and its spendy. All at your expense.

I absolutely LOVE your clothing! First time shopping on your site. I am 5'0 smaller framed and well proportioned, except for that stubborn upper thigh area, so I try to 'hide' that flaw with either a swing dress, long shirt or an overlay which helps disguise that area when wearing tight fitting stretch jeans etc. Enjoyed my experience shopping with you!

This place is a dang joke. Nothing I got looked like the pictures. The colors and material was not the same as the picture. Do not order from this company. Don't waist your money!

Received my "clothes" and they are the cheapest, low quality, trash, I have ever had the displeasure of wasting my money on.

This is the second time ordering from this site. I loved all three of my shirts from the last order. I placed an order on 3/13/22 and it's still in processing 3/20/22. So if you do order from them, plan on waiting forever to receive your items. That's the only downfall for me.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Dont let the cute clothes and cheap prices fool you. The clothes that you will receive look NOTHING like they do on their site. And I dont even know what the hell the fabric is. I wasted $164 on this $#*! that I will never wear and probably couldn't even give away. Spend a little more money and buy American items that are much much better quality. This $#*! is a joke. Not to even mention it took a month to even recieve the items. Will never purchase from this place again.

Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them.

I ordered a swimsuit from bellelily and I love it! It's one of my favorite suits! It was embellished with rhinestones and when I received it, a rhinestone was missing. I contacted bellelily and they immediately resent me a new suit! Very pleased with my swimsuit and their customer service!

Wow - I placed an order and recieved everything. Out of all the items, I didn't like the way 2 looked on me. On "Bellelily" website, for returns they say to email *******@bellelily.com - so I did, and explained the issue, but praised all the other items I recieved.

They came back and said you must have ordered the wrong size. Please take a photo of you wearing it and we will help you with a solution.

I wrote back - the items fit fine. I ordered the correct size and recieved the correct size, I just would like to return these 2 as they don't look very good on me.

When I hit send THE EMAIL BOUNCED BACK AND SAID THEY REJECTED IT.

I had some items sitting in my cart to place another order, but after this I will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. So dissapointed. Would NOT RECCOMEND.

You cannot return anything you buy from there, they are in China. They will try to placate you with a coupon and a partial refund. They tried to make it right, but I wanted a refund (accidentally ordered two of the same dress and contacted them moments after I ordered to try to fix the mistake.) You get what you pay form

I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few days. It was presented well in Bellelily. Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!

Everything on this site is polyester and texture is printed on! Don't be fooled models are not wearing what you receive, there is no possible way! Very disappointed and wouldn't be caught dead wearing this stuff other than on Halloween. Cheapest stuff ever & you pay for something that should be made different. Save your money

This company send items you didn't order instead of the items you did, and refuses to fix or refund.

I ordered a lovely Christmas present for my Mom in November and still have not received it. Very disappointed in how Bellelily is dealing with this. And no phone number to be able to communicate, messenger only. I will never buy from Bellelily again

Buyer BEWARE! They do not do returns. Was just offered a 30% refund on a pair of shoes purchased at Christmas as a gift. Didn't fit, back and forth and the best they can do is a 30% refund. I'd rather donate to A woman's shelter!
