If I could give this place zero stars I would! You have to fight for any cash back that you should get from this place. I ordered an Amazon Echo device for my mother. I clicked directly from Befrugal.com, placed the item in my cart and immediately checked out. Befrugal advertised 6% back on Amazon devices, but I never rec'd a penny. When I contact them, they claim I either bought an item that didn't qualify or I failed to click from their site over to Amazon. WRONG-these guys are a scam!

The couple times my purchases didnt post automatically they took care of it within 24 hours. They also issue payments very quickly. Its my favorite of the cashback companies.
