I will say I do most of my shopping online, its cool to get the rebates, however, there are times where I don't get my credit and the transaction was completed so I am not sure if there is a system glitch or what but every so often I do feel cheated. Other than that, if your going to shop online anyway, might as well get rewarded for it.
Best cash back site ever. I can count on them & not have to watchdog & track every order to make sure they are being honest. I know what to expect. A great way to save money! I have been with BeFrugal since 2014 and have not had any problems. They have a large variety of vendors which you can shop and save money on.
I would like to complaint against Befrugal as they are conducting fraud and cheating people. I purchased an item from Amazon by clicking via BeFrugal that was eligible for 10% cashback as mentioned on the BeFrugal website. The BeFrugal site have captured the Shopping Trip. Though they are denying to provide any cashback (0%).
I tried complaining against this with their customer care but they simply are denying the claim putting it on Amazon that Amazon did not provide them the cashback. This is clearly a FRAUD Case. They fool the customers with their false advertisements. They advertised to provide 10% cashback on Amazon Apparels but did not provide any cashback (0% cashback).
Appreciate if you can take required action against BEFRUGAL and help me get promised cashback as advertised.
It is not about the amount of money but it is about HONESTY and INTEGRITY. BeFrugal website is fooling many other customers as I see it in the Complaints and Reviews on your website.
Request you to please help me this malpractice that will not only help me but also other customers facing the fraud from BeFrugal company.

Really good, except it's a long time to wait for cash back and really complicated to receive cash back (I don't have paypal and needed to send to another email, and that process was unnecessarily difficult-but the amount of cashback sites is great.)
After reserving a hotel via BeFrugal.com and receiving a confirmation number, we got to the hotel and were told there was no reservation. We had to pay out of pocket and go through the hassle of contacting HotelStorm (hotel branch of BeFrugal). The first two emails I sent to them were unanswered. They finally resolved the issue and refunded the money we paid out of pocket, but the reviews of HotelStorm are not good. I would never do this again.

We need to put extra work / hours to get our money back. Most of the time, they dont provide the cash back. We need to raise a ticket and wait forever to get the money back. Ebates provides the quick confirmation and add the cash back within a day (most of the time). Also, if you raise a ticket, they go ahead and add the amount before the investigation itself. But, Befrugal takes forever to get the money back. Also, they have many terms and conditions too...
I have been using Befrugal and their support is awesome. Not like any cashback sites, which advertise higher cashback bonus and don't back it up. Never had any issues with Befrugal. I highly recommend Befrugal.

Pays out very well most of the time. Like all cashback you must monitor your transactions, especially the large payouts. I missed out once on a very large on because by the time I was able to login and check it, the time expired for researching it with the vendor. Customer Service is friendly and mostly helpful.
Be Frugal was awesome to work with. I am amaze how the site is easy to navigate. I highly recommend it. Who would not take the time for this.
