Very pleased with BeFrugal - when you do what you are supposed to, everything works smoothly. The rare time there might be a problem, their customer service people get on it and straighten things out. I do a LOT of shopping online and this is the ONLY way to shop. In all honesty, I go between BeFrugal and Ebates, but I find that BeFrugal often gives the better cash back deal.

I've done probably around 20 transactions from a variety of retailers without any issue from BeFrugal. I would say they pay out quicker than some of the other cash back sites.

Bought something from Sears. Saw the verified purchase quickly. Had to wait about 90 days before payment became available, probably due to Sears taking that long to pay BeFrugal. I liked how there was a bonus on top of the cashback if you selected the ebay gift card option.

I love contributing to worthy causes while making online purchases. The app is easy to use and the website works great!

Hard to navigate. Payments take too long to payout. Otherwise payout is better than other cash back site.

I love to shop, so why not get rewarded when I do. Awesome site. Make sure that you are logged in prior to checking out. If it does not show in your account automatically, simple claim the missing cashback on the site. Customer Service is great as well!

Way too many restrictions to earn cash back. There are other sites that are more transparent and don't restrict cash back to the extent that this site does.

So easy to get rebates on Be Frugal. Some sites have many exclusions, but all in all, has been working for me!

Doesn't cost anything and all you need to do is sign in to BeFrugal and shop online at your favorite stores. Rewards add up and when you reach $25 you can request payment.

Seconded, they were great at first. Member here since 2015. Trouble get started when you get paid. All request informations submitted for verification and finally my account being closed to avoid their confusion. They hold my few hundreds cash back on my completed trip (purchased). Dishonest cachback portal. Don't waste your time. Moved my business to it's rival without any issues.

This is one of the worst app it takes very long to review your payment and when you create a ticket to know about status it says you had done your payment directly. So we can do cash back.

Good tracking of my shopping -I've yet to need to file a customer service request and I get paid when I want to get paid and with quick direct deposit.

Slow but effective refund, I would like more% refund for Chinese pages
Just 1% - 4% is not happy with so little at least 5 - 10% would be fabulous.
