More than 50% of the time you don't get your cashback. Then you open so called "support ticket" and then wait for 60-90 days hopping that you would receive your money. But then merchant denies despite of all the proofs given and befrugal will not help at all.

They give you the run around for months! And all the "reasons" provided for a denied cash back purchase aren't clear. I made a purchase in November 2018 and It's now April 2019 and I'm just finding out my for reasons unknown my $25 was denied. Just Ridiculous!
I made purchase through Befrugal.com to get my shopping rebate. After success finished the purchase 2 month later. I should get paid $397.77 from Befrugal for shopping rebates. When I try to claim my rebates. Your customer service told me they need to verify my identity. I submitted all the information they need. They finally closed my account and refuse to pay me! Just because I registered an other account on Befrugal.com. I told the customer service that I just need one account and you could close the account I won't use. But they closed both my accounts and prevent me to login. I just want my $397.77 shopping rebate. I made the orders through your link. I deserve to get the shopping rebate! If you don't do anything, I have to file a case on BBB.org and fight for my rights in my ways.
Great service to get cash back on what you're already buying! Once the money is payable, transfers are so easy. I'd highly recommend using them. It takes about 8-12 weeks for the rebate to be released. And you can only claim your cash once every 2 weeks with certain forms of payment, but once you know that, it's very worthwhile.

I've been a member since 12/2015, and I've never had any problems with my cash back. I like that you can opt for a e-gift card for payment and get a little extra cash back. Lately, BeFrugal is the cash back site I use most often.
This is amazing... One day I came across this website and downloaded the app. I didn't even realize I was even making money on. The BeFrugal icon is next to my status bar and every time I placed and order online it would pop up and I would just simply click on it (and sometimes the coupon codes that came along with it). Next thing you know I just looked at it one day (a month or two after downloading the app) and realized I had money waiting to be withdrawn. FIVE STARS
So easy to use. I go to a page, it pops up my savings, I buy and then I'm done. Easy to register and simple to use. Love it! Very easy to get paid once direct deposit is set.

Really fast payment with very competitive offers. I do most of my shopping from home because of disability. It is great to be rewarded for something I'm already doing. There is a short wait period for payments but it is no different than other sites and so worth it. I'm so glad I joined.
I done like I always do when shopping at home depot by activating my cash back on BeFrugal and it is funny that all has worked until I had a big ticket item. All my other orders at home depot for 50 cents or a dollar have worked fine. Lost 29.97 cash back on this one.
Only hassle is they hold on to cash for a whole 3 months.
But better that than nothing.

Thieving, lying scumbags - I fulfilled (and documented) all of my obligations for cash back on a hotel reservation, and they bent over backwards to deny it with some BS about how it was paid, even though I PURCHASED/PAID THROUGH THE LINK THEY PROVIDED. As soon as I cash out on my other stuff, I won't be back. Too many other honest alternatives to waste any more time with this slimy outfit. Hope the $9 they screwed me out of was worth it to them.
Usually higher than the other rebates websites. It would be better if the review session could be faster.
