After searching everywhere for my dream dress, I thought that I had found it. Boy was I wrong! After endless searches and dead ends I found my fairytale dress on Beckydress.com. The website looked legitimate and there was all this garb about high quality custom made designer dresses. I was measured so I would have the perfect fitting dream dress. The dress came in a timely manner. I was so eager to get it and excited when I got the email it had shipped. Then I realized it was coming from Singapore. I began to worry but kept an open mind. I came home Thursday and found a parcel bag on my front porch, thinking that can not be my dress!?!?! I opened the parcel bag and inside another bag was my dress wadded up! I turned it right side out and it looks nothing like what I had ordered. I had been scammed. The fabric is so cheap, strings hanging off, holes in the lace, and then I tried it on the neck was lopsided. I emailed the company requesting a full refund and they requested I send them pictures of the issues. I sent them Friday and yet to have heard anything back. I have read many reviews after my experience and it is awful wish I would have done my research before. I don't even feel that I can donate this dress to Goodwill in good faith. It is trash! I would like to give this company -10 stars for quality and customer service!

We order a tailored dress for prom following on the instructions on the website for measuring. The dress came in several inches (4inches) larger than requested. We have been back and forth with customer service. They refuse to take the dress back since they are in Asia, asking to send pictures, stating it looks beautiful, that we needed to have special measurements for a backless dress (which they did not provide) etc. One excuse after another. They ultimately offer 20% off the price of the dress so we can get it alter. The alterations are going to cost as much as the dress due to the lining, bating and stones. I would look elsewhere for dresses this is not a safe choice.

Update. My dress finally got here, but it wasn't my dress. It was purple, like the one I ordered, but the similarities end there. They warned me of a slight color variation, which is expected from ordering online, but the one I order was light purple, almost so light it was white. This one was just plain purple. It looked like a crayon. The neckline was different, the material cheap and poorly sewn, and overall it looked nothing like the dress I wanted. I had planned on using it for next prom, because it came too late for this year and I had to borrow an od dress from a friend, despite paying extra to assure it would arrive on time. The dress from my friend, it turns out, more closely resembled the dress I ordered than this one was. When it arrived, it was simply ugly. Instead of being light flowy and long, it was very short on me and looked like a ball gown with thick, poofy padding, which would have been fin if I'd wanted a poofy dress. The thing here is, you don't actually know what you ordered until it arrives. Don't fall in love with the picture of your dress, and don't order from a company overseas where it can't possibly be shipped in time after they've taken too long to have it made. I learned my lesson the hard way.

The dress I ordered was horrible. Wrong neckline. Bone in bra stabs me in the chest. Bra smashed in because it came in a bag rolled up and will not conform back. Horrible material and the color is no where near what they advertise. Arms to tight. I wear a size 8-10 but I asked them to send me a 12 in case I needed it tailored for my sons wedding. As you can see its tight in some places and bigger in others. It would cost more than the dress to fix this mess and have relayed this information to them. I have attached the photo from their site and what they sent. I also sent this to them and they told me it fits like a glove. Really!

I finally filed several complaints with international fraud and called my bank, wrote a complaint on every site I could find and called the FBI. Told Beckydress what I did and had my money back, minus the $50 it cost to send it back. They are horrible people. There company has lost their license and are currently being investigated for fraud and stealing designs. It's a big risk ordering from them and I would advise against it. They are not legit.

I ordered my dress on March 19th and received it on March 31st, six days earlier than the preset date, which made me very happy! I spent weeks looking for the perfect dress in stores but none had exactly what I wanted, so I went online and found the exact dress I was looking for! I ordered a size 16 and it fit perfectly. My mom and I actually came across the horrifying reviews after we placed the order, which was scary, but clearly everything turned out great. :) I also kept in touch with customer service regularly and the ladies were very helpful and patient with me. If you're skeptical of buying from beckydress, I suggest ordering well before your event date just to ensure that you receive your order on time (though it wasn't an issue for me). My only tiny issue is that there are a few fuzz balls on the dress due to the heavy sequin stitching, but they can be easily pulled off. I hope my review helped you!

I ordered from beckydress about three weeks ago, and I paid for express time so it'd be here last Friday. It got here a week late, but the dress is great, and they customer service was good. My dress was going to be late and they didn't tell me until the day after it was supposed to arrive after I emailed them. They responded within 24 hours as said on the website, and they were nice about it. I even got a discount because I was very unhappy with them at the time. I'll most likely order from them again, just not pay extra for it to be here quicker.

I want to know where my daughters prom dress is! I ordered it on March 19th paid extra for fast shipping for it to arrive on April 1st! My order number is *******118. My daughter prom Is Friday April 10th and I need her dress here now! If you could not confirm that you couldn't get her dress here then I should have been notified before now! This is riculous! If I don't have someone contacting me or my dress by Monday I will leave so much bad feedback no one will ever order from you! I have a daughter who is going to miss her prom! She earned the money to pay for her dress and now we have none! Now what am I going to do!

Like some of the other's on this thread, I was so nervous after reading the reviews but to my relief, it turned out gorgeous! The beading was so intricate and the quality was good. There was one issue though. The dress was not supposed to have a "small train" in the back so I had to take it to a tailor to hem it up... but overall I am pleased with the outcome. I was prepared to spend $400 for the same style dress at a formal shop so Becky dress saved me a bunch...

Once again the dress we ordered was beautiful, the customer service representative was very helpful and patient. This is the second dress we ordered and plan to do again in the future.

People please don't just believe it Becky's Dress has come through for me. Thank you the People Of China. I didn't think that the dress would come out as good as I saw it on the website, But Guess what Ladies it was. And not only Did they do there thing for me but would yall believe I am a Full Figure Women and yes at first I was on edge about the dress, and then had to inter pay an extra $25.00 for material, Like I said I am a Big Girl. And my wedding is not until April 25th of this year. I am so FREAKIN HAPPY YALL" THEY WERE MY SILVER LINNING IN MY DARK CLOUD. THANK GOD FOR THIS COMPANY. The dress is beautiful in every way. I kind of cried, then my Girls took pictures and now then won't let me see the dress, they took the away and I have too wait until the Big Day.

I adore my dress so much! After reading the reviews and horrible comments I got extremely scared and even started to cry watching my sister prom dress shop, but it came in ABSOLUTELY adorable! It did take about a month and a few days to arrive though & was a week late from the date i paid for it to arrive but it was worth it! Don't let the bad comments get to you. I checked this site everyday and read a new bad review each time I checked but my dress definitely differs from the comments made! Thanks beckydress! I would definitely recommend!
