Beautiful dress, daughter loved it. We went to a seam stress had measurements done... when we ordered we ordered an 2 inches bigger in the waste, a little longer in length and kept the bust at the right measurement (better to arrive a tad bigger and have taken in)... the dress arrived and fit to a T... only the length needs to be altered. I do recommend emailing 7 days before expected arrival date and confirm your going to get it... they will reply. I think this is a busy company... the reminder is a must. Our dress arrived from China in 3 days. It was perfect! But remember to send reminder... it's worth it.

I got nervous about ordering my daughter's prom dress online from Beckydress.com, especially after reading the negative online reviews. I panicked and attempted to cancel the order. Thankfully, the VISA representative I spoke with, coincidentally had ordered from Beckydress.com and shared with me her experience. They ordered FIVE bridesmaids dresses for her sister's wedding and according to her, all of them were beautiful and came in as promised. We are very pleased with our order, it was worth the wait.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and when we finally got it, It was totally different from what was shown online. I've been emailing them countless times and keep getting the run around. First it was a 10% discount then a 20% percent and now it's " give it to someone or sell it on ebay! Are you kidding me?! Do not order from them!

Will not order again from this company. False information on sending back dress. Dress was received past date of formal and will not let me return dress

I was a little scared with some of these reviews. I guess I lucked out. They sent the dress on Monday and I received it on Wednesday. It was beautiful and fit perfect. It was just as pictured. I would order from here again.

Beware! DO NOT purchase from this web site. Cheaply made product. My daughter's dress came in way too small. The dress was $149... customs declaration was for $18... you do the math.

My mother ordered a dress for my wedding from Beckydress.com the color shown online was not what was rec'd. It looked like a metallic brown the dress that came was purple. They were emailed right away regarding this 7-10 days later I received an email to send them a picture which I did they offered 10% discount. I requested a full refund for false advertisement then they responded admitting the picture on line was different but responded with "
"If you insist to return them, as our return policy, you need to pay 60% of the dress price as restocking fee and the shipping fee is not returnable. If you are ok with that, please confirm the return address with us."

Do not buy! Ordered my dress months ago and I still haven't received it. It really sucks and is very pathetic how people can scam others :(

The dress is very pretty but it was all wrinkly when I took it out of bag, and it's too small for me. I'm going to tailer to get it hopefully fixed. The return policy makes it so you lose money if you ship it back. They charge you money to ship it back and a 60% restock fee, so if you buy a dress from here make sure you really want the dress and are positive it will fit you. They are rude when you email them so be aware. At least I got a cheap little nechlace out of this mess.

I was super scared about ordering a dress for prom online and I got more scared when I saw all of the bad reviews. I ordered a really pretty orange dress that I found on Pinterest. I placed the order and it took about a day to get my confirmation email. I was relieved when I finally received it. I ordered my dress 4 months before prom just in case things didn't work out or I needed to alter it. It was three days before the dress was supposed to come and I hadn't gotten a "your package has been shipped" email. So I got on the website and sent them a "live chat message" and an email asking when my dress would ship and how I would know. They replied within 5 hours and told me they would send an email to confirm the shipment and that my dress would be done soon. The day my dress should've been delivered, I didn't receive it. So I contacted them again and told them nicely that I hadn't got my dress but I should've today. They replied the next morning saying that the making of my dress was just running behind and they shipped it out that morning. Two days later my dress arrived on my doorstep. It was beautiful and intricate. I didn't need to alter it. It even came with a cute little necklace. I am in love with my dress.
I am writing this review to tell you this site is not a scam and it's good quality for low price. Don't let the scam comments scare you too much! I would definitely buy from Becky Dress again and suggest it to other people!

Buyer beware is all I can say. This is definitely not like any American company.

I ordered a dress for it to come on the day before the occasion for my daughter(and pay 25 extra dollars for early shipping) and it comes on the day of the occasion after everything ended and also it did not look like the picture at all(bottom part of the dress was totally different and terrible quality)! Not only that quality was also very poor(cheap fabric and loose threads everywhere, very uncomfortable with something hard poking at the bust area and way too expensive), I had to last minute shop for a dress for my daughter! I recommend for everybody to stay away from this site as far as possible!
