Beautiful dress, amazing fabric, vibrant colors! I am in love with my prom dress, it looks absolutely magnificent on me, just the way I pictured it! Ordered early so, time was not a worry for me! Just happy I didn't have to return it because of size issue! I really loved the price that I got this dress for, was looking for a cheap dress that didn't look cheap, and guess what I got it. Definitely, will see me buying dresses from beckydress.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY! LESSON LEARNED! Its bad enough being stressed out with everything involving a wedding but to have the wedding gown be an issue is a whole other story! The worst customer service, ordered my wedding gown from this co and they sent me a totally different dress than ordered. Would not exchange it or send me the dress i ordered and basically tried to force me to keep dress. I sent it back to them and they refused to accept the package. I was told from shipping co that i had to pay $200 to have it shipped back to me (the dress cost $220). End result the dress is being destroyed by customs due to abandonment. This wedding gown that was the wrong dress cost me $280 for nothing in return! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

This site is NO GOOD DO NOT ORDER! We ordered the dress it came in looking like a throwback from a bad 80s dress. Nothing like the photos... and returning anything is a joke, they will not give you any information to return it. They keep telling you to take photos and measurements and send it to them, the dress should fit. I keep telling them its way to big and the wrong color no luck with returning. Guess I'm going to eat this 165.00. This is a lesson in ordering on the internet be careful and read reviews!

Do not order from this company. I ordered from kissdress last year dress arrived early with no issues. This company Becky dress promised an arrival of 10/29 and 1 week before said it couldnt be delivered until 11/11 after my event. They knew it was custom when I ordered but waited a week and a half yo move the date. Then gave me some 1 color dresses to choose from. If I wanted that incould have gone to a regular store! UNEXCEPTABLE!

We ordered my daughter's Homecoming dress from Beckydress on Oct 4th. The expected
Delivery date was Oct. 22nd. It arrived on Oct 21st and was absolute gorgeous! It fit like a glove and was stunning! Only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they lapsed in communication. I sent them a number of emails before they responded. This caused me to make alternate emergency plans for my daughter. I had read the reviews, this coupled with their lack of response put us in a state of panic. However, it did have a happy ending!

Absolutely horrible! Ordered this dress (and another locally) with EXACT measurements. The local dress fit PERFECT. This dress was HUGE! Needed over $100 in alterations (not including the extra I paid for SPECIFIC measurements). It looked very very cheap. It was cheaply made and the seamstress couldn't believe what we got. It looked ok from a distance, but I was trying to avoid paying $350 for a dress and I ended up spending that much when I was expecting half when it was all said and done!

I too ordered a dress and then read the reviews. I was in a panic! However I am very happy to report that in my case my panic was unfounded. Not only was the dress received in a timely manner, and in beautiful condition and exactly as pictured, it was a perfect fit. They were very professional and contacted me immediately when I turned in a measurement that seemed incorrect to them. Sure enough, I had miss typed a number. They saved the day for me as it would have been a disaster if they had used the measurement I had entered.

I ordered a homecoming dress for daughter. A wedding dress came in. They asked me to ship the wrong dress to correct customer and they would reimburse me for shipping. I received correct dress too late. I had to buy a different dress locally. After 16 emails back and forth they refunded my money for original dress but did not reimburse shipment for me to do their job and ship wedding dress to correct customer. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, NONCUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

I ordered a home coming dress for my daughter. When it arrived, it looked nice. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the arm holes are far too small to fit an arm through. Because of this the dress cannot be worn. I sent several emails, with photos, within the 7 day window that was required on the website. To date, no one has responded to my emails and we are stuck with a dress that cannot be worn. Very disappointed. I expected more from a company like this.

I absolutely love my dress from beckydress.com. I am so angry at all these people writing bad reviews about it because I almost did not open my package and was going to return it because everyone said terrible things. MY DRESS WAS BEAUTIFUL. There is no problems or destroying whatsoever! The gems are beautiful, not dull. And the quality was perfect. Don't believe everything you read on these reviews! I could not be more happy. 5-star for me.

Honestly I don't know why everyone is writing bad reviews. I ordered the dress without reading the reviews and after I read them I had already ordered and yes I was freaking out because all of these horrible ratings. The thing is I have had total complete communication with Becky dress the whole entire time from when I ordered and when I received it today and still is communicating with them. They are very nice and help you trough everythjng. I was very pleased with the type of communication I got from them. When I received the dress, yes it came in a bag, but it was basically a bag in a bag in a bag, so there was NO damage at all. When I opened i was surprised with a tiny gift of a beautiful necklace that had the Eiffel Tower and a crown on it, it was beautiful. And I was also surpised twitch the beautiful handmade homecoming dress! Most of you do not understand, that this site is CUSTOM made, so no the dress will not look exactly like the photo because they make them from scratch looking at the photo. My dress looked almost identical to the one in the picture and just amazing. I will state that the material is kind of cheap, it is a little cheaply made, but it is a beautiful cheap dress to wear and feel beautiful for one night. I recommend buying from Becky dress because they are great people and really do work their hardest to make us a beautiful dress! That's what they did to me and I love my dress. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
