They sent the wrong color dress, which my daughter was going to wear for my wedding. They sent white! Aside from the fact it was the wrong color, the dress was cheaply made and was even missing hooks so it can't even be fastened on the back unless I pay a seamstress to fix it. It also did not look like the picture on the website. Have been going back and forth with Customer Service via emails for DAYS since they are very slow to answer (perhaps because of the time difference since the company is in Homg Kong). I requested a refund and they initially offered me only a 15 percent discount, then 20 percent, and then a 30 percent discount. When I repeated I wanted a refund since the item was not as described, they said that I would need to pay the return shipping to China (which is expensive!) and they would credit me back 60 percent of the dress price. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Never buy from this company! Scam!

My daughter ordered this on 1st June with assurances it would be here within a time frame. The time went by and then she was told it was on it's way and it would be here 2 days before she needed it. It eventually turned up a week after that. The dress was appalling, cheap and nasty and nothing like the image shown. No response to messages and no way to return the dress. Say goodbye to your money. This is not a legitimate company, they are basically just thieves.

Excellent Customer Services. I was worried because of reading bad reviews and I had ordered my wedding dress. They assured me of their professionalism and send me pictures of their work. My dress was sent swiftly and out came a carefully folded, dream of a dress, sewn with great detail and skill to perfection, it fits 'like a glove' as if it was sewn right around me! This site is a great opportunity, the dressmakers know what they're doing and know about design. I sent pictures of my likes and dislikes and they advised me and amended/made the dress the way I wanted. THANK you for all this joy given before on and after my wedding day!:-)

First before I ordered I emailed customer service and told them of scars and deformed upper arms and was assured that they would make to measurements so I ordered a gown-jacket combo with specific measurements(paid extra). Dress was good but the jacket was NOT MADE TO ORDER. I sent email and tried chat for over a week before I finally got a response then I HAD TO SEND PIX TO PROVE size was wrong. So they did remake to measurements... in a totally diffrent lace and color, will not go with dress. I can't wear this together so again they require I send pixs. Now they want me to pay for a new jacket, but they still can't garentee the correct lace and I need to pay $20. Shipping! I'm giving up and getting a diffrent dress. I just threw away $190.00 DON'T DO IT

I was so scared to order online from any website but bridal stores are so expensive! So I went ahead and placed an order from BECKYdress company... and oh my! What a beautiful dress did I receive! It's exactly what I wanted, the fabric is excellent and it fits perfect a little minor fix on my shoulders but no biggie. Beckydress company has great customer service because I would email them and they would email me back. I received my dress one day before the actual delivery date so that was a plus! Thank you so much! Im in love with my dress and can't wait to wear it! Thank you very much

Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom, and what a disaster. The dress didn't fit at all and the measurements that were given were correct. The dress wasn't even the mermaid style that we ordered. Currently having someone recreate the dress for her prom next Friday. The person cut the whols bottom of the dress off. What a wasre of money. As I was unzippering the dress, the zipper fell off. Cheap Hot Mess for 200.00... Never again

Dress poorly stitched biggest concern is it splitting when wearing. On opening package my daughter noticed a pulled thread in it. This would of easily be detected before being posted out. My guess is this must of been a returned dress re posted out to me with the hope my daughter was a customer who didn't have a voice. Contacted the seller who was unco-operative and rude. My daughter has to foot the bill for return postage because of Becky Dress poor quality dress making. Weeks later still no refund. Learn from my daughters mistake stay clear from this seller as you don't need the disappointment or lost of hard earned money. Have to go through credit card company now to follow up refund.

I ordered my wedding dress from this website i order it well in advanced it took 6 MORE weeks then i had scheduled for it to arrive... After numerous messages and threats to cancel my order and get my money back from the credit card company they finally sent my dress and i have to say my 11 year old niece could have sown it together better then these people. I do not understand one why it took so long to get here and my dress look like it does and two how are these people still in business. It is not at all what the picture described, the beading was falling off. I have had to take it to a alteration place and spend more money to get it like it was supposed to be in the first place. IF YOU ARW READING THIS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST... BUNCH OF FRAUD $#*! DRESS MAKERS. YOUR DRESS WILL NOT COME AS PICTURED NOT EVEN CLOSE!

I am absaloutely disappointed In this so called company, I have been waiting over three weeks for this dress to come now after ordering I knew it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive however I had no recieved a dispatch email so I contacted the company and they had told me the dress had been lost in the post... well that's funny it had not even been dispatched... The arrogant lady on the phone told me it would be here 2nd class so basically another week... Well I would say they have some serious cheek should have been dispatched 1st class with the lack of communication I revieved... Plus the dresses are not cheap! Very very close to demanding a full refund and spending my money elsewhere... Somewhere that I'll get guaranteed quality service!

Trust me when I tell you I read the horrible reviews beckydress got and almost died! I kept emailing them back and forth to know the status of my dress! It came in today and I absolutely loved it although I still had to get it altered to my body type and its extremely long... the dress is beautiful! I wouldn't recomened beckydress if you're not willing to spend a little extra just incase you have to get it altered! It also came in a day early and I paid express shipping so yeah it's pretty risky but I think I got lucky!

Do yourself a big favor and do not buy from this company. Our senior is stressing and trying to find a replacement dress due to the shoddy workmanship of BeckyDress. Not only was her dress almost 2 weeks in arriving but when it finally arrived the dress was improperly cut and sewn and has a 4 inch plus snag in the material in the front thigh region of the skirt. BeckyDress told her to have it fixed by a seamstress! It is NOT repairable!
The company does not want to give her money back... I am so unhappy that BeckyDress is trying to ruin her senior prom!
