Ordered next day delivery wanting my dress to come on the Friday for the Saturday night. Friday came NO DRESS. Saturday came NO DRESS. Called the office and they told me 'you will have to wait till Monday there's nothing I can do' after ringing on Monday and telling them my dress was still not here they said my dress was not next day delivery YET THEY CHARGED ME THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY PRICE! I asked for my delivery money back and 6 weeks later I have been refunded 3.52 when the next day delivery is around the £10 mark! Terrible company terrible service and awful customer service! Friends have had the same experience so would 100% not reccomend.

Its been two months now since i ordered from them. Iv emailed them about this as it says delivery would only take up to 7 working days. Got no reply. Messaged them on facebook, we have been messaging back and forth since February and still havent got a straight answer from them on why its taking so long and they wont tell me if its even been shipped or not. You have to message them a few times to get an answer off them and im expecting the quality to be very poor as its obvious they get there stock from cheap websites like aliexpress. I would recommend just going on aliexpress as itll take the same amout of time for much much cheaper!

I have ordered 4 dresses for my daughters thru this site. I have had no problems the dresses are nicely made look just like the pictures. I am very picky about my dresses and have no issue spending the money for the real thing but why when I can get it half price and not pay for the name on the dress and these look exactly like the name brand. I have had great luck with Becky Dress have referred many people to them. They have been heavy beaded gowns and dress for prom and homecoming.

I was Scared after reading all the Bad Reviews But I AM VERY VERY HAPPY MY DRESS CAME ON TIME VERY GOOD MATERIAL Quality was Great AND Serive was Excellent

I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from BeckyDresses, it seems alot of people have had the same shocking experience.
I ordered a dress on the 20th of December to arrive in time for Hogmany, first class postage was paid for. When it had not arrived by the 30th of December I emailed and shock no reply.
Someone eventually got back to me on the 13th of Jan, and said it should be there within the next week. It never arrived. Called and got spoken to extremely rudely by a representative of BeckyDresses who said one more week and it shall be here.
It is now over a month since I ordered this dress and it still has not arrived.
No reply on the FB page, email address (*******@celebrity-spot.com) and have been hung up multiple times on the phone...
Left wondering if the £60 dress will ever arrive, left out of pocket and no dress. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PAGE

I purchased a dress from here and when I recieved it all of the material was hanging off. I was then told to post it back recorded delivery to get another. Almost 7 weeks later and no replacement ( I was told 3 weeks maximum delivery time) - to which I had to go and purchase a dress from somewhere else.

Then they would only give my a credit note and deducted delivery of a replacement dress that looked nothing like the pictures and wasn't the original dress I ordered!

No apology and customer service is shocking. Complete SCAM! Girls don't waste your money or time!

Spending £60 + packaging. You would expect to have good service and your dress to be delivered on time - no. I've waiting 2 weeks for my dress to come. Then I have emails from them saying it's been dispatched and it's on it way. The same day I received a call from them saying I didn't confirm my order and I haven't payed for it? Yet it's apparently been dispatched and it's with the Royal Mail?!?!?! Trying to get another £60 out of my pocket, and I still haven't recieved my dress. Joke of a company. Worst customer services team I've ever dealt with. Moral of the story. - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my daughter. It arrived and the beading detail was completely different than pictured, the dress did not fit even though I used the measurement guide they gave to a tee and it was MUCH longer than pictured. All in all unacceptable. I have emailed, documented with photos and gone back and forth with them multiple times. Their fix? Get a tailor and steam it? Are you kidding me? STOP and do not use this company you will be sorry!

My daughter found a 2 piece dress at Becky dress similar to one she tried on at a local bridal shop. We ordered it, paid to have it shipped quickly. Not only did it come a day early, but the skirt was nicer than the one at the bridal shop! It is beautiful and looked gorgeous on her. I found it to be well made and it fit perfectly... we did not order custom sizing. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews... but our experience was great and the quality was just as nice as in the bridal shops. The only critical thing I would say is that a few of the beads on the top were loose... but I found that to be true in local dress shops as well. I easily secured them myself.
