I so wish I had read reviews on this site before ordering. I ordered on 7th April for next day delivery so expected it on Tuesday as was a weekend. Nothing arrived. When you call and choose customer services option on the phone, there is a recorded message saying go online. I have emailed but no response.
Took almost a month to receive item. When I received it to the US, realized the item had a UK plug. Emailed the company asking if I could return the item or if they had affordable voltage transformers since I couldn't find any online, they sent me a standard reply that did not address my question and instead stated my order would arrive soon. I don't understand why they are selling UK appliances to US customers when this is borderline impossible situation to fix without shelling out upwards of 50.00 and with the potential for the device to break.
Ive been waiting almost a a month for a delivery that was promised in 6-8 days. They give me the standard answer of they are investigating with the courier what courier? They never actually tell you this information. They will not resend the product, they will not give me a refund. I have reported it to my credit card company. Its a complete scam. It has happened to many people. Just stay away! Dont make the mistake I did!
I have just read reviews. I thought my missing parcel was unusual, but apparently not. L have just e-mailed again and am hoping for a positive reply. Will inform you if any result.
Its almost been a month since I placed my order on Beauty Bay. I have yet to receive my parcel or a refund. The delivery shouldve been made after 5-7 business days. Ive contacted customer service several times they only reply with automated messages repeatedly. Its the worst customer service Ive come across
I wish I had read all the negative reviews online before ordering anything. Whoever owns the company has no clue how to run a business successfully. You would think with all their advertising and beauty ambassadors promoting the brand that they would care about their paying customers. I suggest you shop elsewhere and avoid all the trouble myself and lots of other customers have been through! If youve already placed an and Beauty Bay hasnt given you a refund you can contact your bank and ask if you can get a cashback. If youve used a credit or a debit card to pay for your order. That way you can get your money reversed back into your bank account.
Ordered from BB. Ive been waiting for over a month to receive my order. Still nothing. Filed a lost claim. They indicated that I should fill out a lost claims form and submit it back to them. The caveat? The PDF form doesn't even open so I can't even print it off! To submit. Its a total scam.
UPDATE... BB did provide a refund for the lost goods. In saying that, for the hassle involved I would still AVOID!
You just deceive people. I did not receive neither my order, nor my money, no answers to my emails. Never ever again.
Did not receive neither of my 2 orders nor a refund. I had to send a lot of emails, contact them on facebook and fill out forms, sign papers. No. Never again.
Long story short every order I have from them is either wrong or damaged. I email them, DM them on twitter and get ignored. I sent the orders back with trackable shipping (which paypal told me to do) they still ignored me so paypal refunded me. I have had an email today from Hannah from Beauty Bay's "Customer Service" team who has said sent me a vile, threatening email claiming that they never received goods back. Good job I sent the goods back via recorded delivery. Will never use again!
I had made an order before new years and have not received anything. I had sent an email with no response. Awful and dread fall company your expensive and a bunch of thieves. I would never ever recommend this nasty crappy store to anyone.
Long story short. Beauty bay f*ckd me over! I ordered two items off their website, once it said that they emailed the items to me I had to wait 10 business days to receive my package. I waited the 10 business days with nothing so after waiting another 5 business days I emailed beautybay asking where my package was. They had me email them back and forth until they finally sent me a claim form. Once I got the claim form I had to go to FedEx to print it out just so I could email it back to them. After another few days they finally wrote to me saying I was going to get a refund on my original form of order. So I don't get my product I ordered for Black Friday which was on sale and I have to wait to get my money back, if I even get it back. I am so upset and frustrated, this was my first purchase from beautybay and I will never buy from their website again. I would also like to tell everyone not to buy from beautybay. Because now I am out product and I am waiting to receive my money back and I don't get anything for Black Friday, so thanks beautybay for being such a $#*!y company. You have lost a beauty lover and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know beautybay is a scam.
Ordered over £130 of goods with the promise of an amazing free gift and next day delivery. After 7 days nothing turned up. Beauty Bay say Hermes lost the order. Now if I reorder there is no free gift and products are out of stock
Awful company- I ordered a small delivery weeks ago, then emailed them when the tracking information said that it was delivered to a neighbor named Dave. I had been home all day so I found it odd that there was no attempt to contact me by the driver and yet he contacted a neighbor.
Over a week later, and after bothering countless neighbors whom I had never spoken to before in my building asking if they had signed for an order for me, I get a response telling me that the driver supposedly delivered the order to a random shop that wasn't even on my street. When I emailed back asking for a refund, because I am leaving the country soon, I got a response saying the order was delivered to a neighbor in my building and that they would interview the driver. If I have not gotten a refund before I leave the country I will be flagging it as a fraudulent charge with my bank. I am absolutely shocked at how horrendous their service is.
Ive ordered twice from them so far and ive always received my order with 2 weeks at most. Ive also had no trouble with customs and ive always gotten just what i ordered. Currently waiting for another order to arrive. Would definitely recommend to anyone from europe who wants makeup usually found just in the us. super happy they have juvia's place but i just wish they'd get the newer stuff quicker.
Awful company, the fact you cant actually ring and speak to anyone means if there is a problem (like i had) it doesn't get resolved and takes hours/days to get an online response which wasn't helpful at all. They show online there is a customer service line yet if you ring it its a recorded response saying to visit the website and fill in online form. The fact that Hermes delivers does not help as they are just as bad and obviously stole or mis-delivered my parcel ( so i never got it)! All beauty bay replied after telling me they would look into it and speak to driver was it was delivered through gates (which was on my delivery email anyway!) Dont waste your money on this company as you'll end up spending hours stressing and trying to communicate with them and them pushing you aside. Such a joke!
Where do i start. I ordered a cleansing oil and then realised i could use a discount code so i cancelled the first order and reordered the oil (with discount code). Considering I cancelled the order within 15 mins and they said its cancelled I received both products which I was charged for. Ive contacted them but no reply.
I gave them benefit of the doubt (stupidly!) and ordered some make up a few weeks later, one month later i haven't received anything and all ive been sent are 3 of the same generic emails saying international saver option means its not tracked so basically its not their problem but they can guarentee its been dispatched! Of course I'm going to choose free internationally delivery when I live in another country! Doesn't mean you hold zero responsibility of what happens to my packages
I placed an order of some items that had a little bit of a discount, which according to BeautyBay, should arrive within 5 to 7 working days. My order never arrived and after a month and three automated responses to my emails finally someone answered me to tell me to sign a paper stating I did not receive my order. After sending it back they proceeded to give me a refund denying me the possibility to send the items again. The items were not on sale anymore so after telling them, they agreed that if I placed the same order again I would get a refund for the price difference to honor the price I originally paid. After several days I had to write to them because I didnt get the refund, due to technical issues according to them. Well, it has been way over a month AGAIN and I am not getting my second order either. They told me over week ago that I would get a refund and I havent got it yet. This is extremely outrageous! And they have the guts to blame me for choosing the free delivery option instead for paying for a tracking number! Utterly ridiculous! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEAUTYBAY.
I ordered a morphe palette for my sisters birthday to be gift boxed and on receiving the parcel the product was not gift boxed. Beautybay does not have a customer services so I had to waste my time facebooking, tweeting and emailing them trying to get a response. When they responded they said they would refund the money for the gift box but that was not sufficient for me as my sisters birthday was in 2 days. It was ridiculous that they could not send me a gift box and made my sister really upset. I then had to change my plans to go and buy other materials to wrap my sisters present. Overall, poor service from beautybay and I will NEVER use their services again. Using Cultbeauty instead.
I ordered products but never received them. I did choose the free non tracked international shipping, but if your package doesn't arrive on time, they will just blame your local postal service and not assist you. It's been 5 months since I placed the order btw. Stay away- you'll most likely just waste your money.
