Appalling service. I have had goods stuck in customs for 2 months as they require a certificate from Beauty Bay due to CBD being in one product. All they have is a generic email address which I have emailed several times and have had a couple of replies saying don't email us so much we're busy and we'll get you the paperwork. Two months have now passed no reply to my last email and the goods are going to be destroyed. Now I'm going to have to try and get a refund of the $120 I spent - good luck with that! There is no phone number to call and the customer service email people could not care less. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again. Will be reporting Beauty Bay to NZ Sales & Goods regulators also.
After reading the reviews on this page, I was afraid that my package would never arrive.

I live in Switzerland and chose the Untracked Shipping Option. My packet was dispatched on 14th of June and arrived 22nd of June. So shipping time was perfect and I'm pleased with my products!
Okay, the site is expensive and shipping takes a while, let's get that out of the way.
But if you're from Europe, this site is the only way to get certain items, as it's placed in the uk.
If you're from Europe, you can't buy anything over 22 euros outside of the EU without having to pay 30+ border customs, which gets annoying really quick.
If you're from the EU, this site is our solution to border customs, if you're from any other continent, there are better sites
Please don't believe on this $#*! they are deduct your money and didn't send anything to you. Even not responding to your emails. I am going to report this company if am not get my stuff.
Be very careful with this company, if you have a problem with an item (I. E it's not fit for use or for the purpose stated for) from my experience they will not help you at all. They will ask for proof that the product can't be used properly, you will send this evidence and they will come back with "its been opened and used so we can not accept it back" so basically using the evidence they asked you for against you! But as a consumer you have rights which this company from my experience doesnt want to acknowledge... Consumer Rights act 2015 and a short term right to reject an item that is not of satisfactory quality. They took no notice of this so I proceeded and talked to my bank who is going to refund me for the product that isn't of a satisfactory standard and is not fit for use! Now Beautybay are threatening that this may prevent me from making future purchases! So let's clarify, a customer (who has shopped with them a number of times no problem either side) buys a product, that product arrives, customer tries the product out and can see that they can not use that item as it's not fit for use, customer contacts Beautybay, they ask for evidence, evidence sent, Beautybay tries to use customers evidence against them, customer relays thier right as a customer, Beautybay doesnt seem to care about this, customer contacts bank, the bank sort it out and Beautybay threaten the customer with a possible prevention to order ever again... WOW what a company... Will not be spending my money here again, feel free to prevent me from ordering again. <3
BeautyBay was the most unprofessional shopping site I've experienced so far. I am waiting for my order to arrive still, even after 1 month has already passed and I have been given 6-10 days. They are not doing a thing about it, not even taking the time for reading my complaints. Unfortunately, I have chosen the No Tracking Shipment option, so they are not even able to provide a tracking number, a thing which I haven't seen on any other site. I find their customer service very poor, with no consideration for the client at all. Of course, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site if you don't want to take the chance of wasting lots of time and nerves on their lack of respect for their customers. This is the first time I am writing a negative review, as I really think people should know about it in order to avoid having the same bad experience.
Shopped around and chose this company precisely for click&collect delivery. Desperately needed the items within the week so I ordered with 8 days time and they say they'll deliver for collection within 2 days after dispatch. 5 days after I got the dispatch email still nothing, left scrambling having to find something else at the last minute. It's just a $#*!ing scam, they should be done for false advertising it's horrendous they do this to good people who give them their business
I ordered through this site and never received my package. I was in touch with their customer services through email (they have no hotline to call for customer services) and they told me there was an attempted delivery although I was never left anything in my mail box or email about this. They said they would follow up but only reply if I write to them first. 7 weeks later and I'm still out of pocket for the stuff I ordered and with no sign of a parcel. They continue to copy and paste me the same response and offer no help. Absolutely do not order with these people and save yourself the headache of chasing up for a refund.
Don't buy anything from this beauty bay company. If you want to waste your money and time then go for it. You never received your product.
My order was dispatched on 23rd of March, according to their website shipping time for tracked delivery should be 8-12 working days after dispatch. It's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order now, no news about it. I contacted customer service, they seem unwilling to help or tell me any information about my order (where is it? Will I get it at all? Is there some compensation for such a long delay?). Now I just want my money back, but beauty bay doesn't want to do that either. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and delivery service, wouldn't recommend :(
So after 4 months I sent an email and never received a reply. Sent an email again after 8 months just to find out that they can do nothing since the time frame for claims on missing packages are 3 months. Nevermind the fact that they never told me this. Only thing I read about was returns. Poor service and would never suggest them!
I had ordered someone from them and after a week of seeing nothing change on the shipment page and reading some reviews about people who never got their orders I emailed them to see where my package was. It wasn't until after that that I saw my package actually moving through the system. USPS has yet to get to but at least it looks like I'll actually get my package. I still don't recommend because I honestly think they wouldn't have done something if I didn't say anything to them.
Same story second time in a row - I expect my purchase to arrive, nothing for over a month, I start looking for it than BB sends a claim form which must be filled during 4 ( if I remember correctly, the timing was short) otherwise they can't accept my claim. Done it, got a refund and after nearly 2 month my package has arrived ( the box was tired and with a note it had a pleasure to visit a Thailand. Nice job, BB logistics company). Declare this situation for BB honestly, they make a discount for me, all good. I though it was one time issue.
So, place another order and here we are AGAIN - no parcel for over a month, guess it's in Thailand again though I live in EU... It makes me sick to think that I'll have to fill in claims ( and to think where to print out this claim since I'll be on vacation next week). Why why why I hadn't seen there reviews before...
After waiting for three months for a palette to arrive, I received an email saying my order was returned to Beauty Bay by the delivery courier. I payed extra for a tracking number on my order, which never worked, and communication between myself and Beauty Bay was awful. Emails were not replied to, and I received multiple notices asking how I liked my purchase when I still had yet to receive it.
Thankfully I am being refunded (albeit for a return I did not ask for), but I don't know if the refund includes the cost of the tracking shipping + overseas shipping fees. Maybe living in the United States has something to do with my awful experience, but the lack of communication I experienced over the past 3 months is something I've never had to deal with before.
I was very scared after reading these bad reviews because I had placed my order already. I received my product in about a week and a half! Everything worked out okay for me.
I ordered express delivery which is 2-4 days, it's my 4 day now and FINALLY i receive a notification that the order will be in 5 days and tomorrow I travel for a month. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Very bad.

Nonsense, I want the refund or else they send the request. I hope you take some action. I already sent several emails about that.
Don't bother. From all the reviews I have seen online you will probably never get your package. And guarantee you will not get it in the timeframe suggested on their websire. My package still hasnt arrive and it's been a month. I have only received automated responses from customer service. If you are in Australia go with Adore beauty instead my package arrived within a week with them.
I've made 2 orders, over a span of 2 month, over $100 worth of product. Both orders never made it to me. Both tracking numbers I got show error on my local postal tracking service.
I got canned messages from their support, very vague and offered no solution (not to mention a refund)
I did make successful orders in the past, but the last few months we're good money down the drain
It starts to feel like a scam
I ordered November 12th, more than a month in advance of Christmas. My order shipped out November 16th. Today, December 28th, I still have NOTHING. I paid $75 for absolutely nothing. I have emailed their customer service with incredibly vague, unhelpful responses. I am never, ever going to order from this website again, I advise you do the same.
Answer: Yes, they supplied cookie cuter replies, they don't read customer questions
Answer: Beauty Bay was cheaper due to Black Friday sale which is why I sent with them
Answer: I placed an order 6 weeks ago. They have been pretending they are investigating and refuse to refund or replace my order.
