My 17 year old daughter saw an online ad advertising a hoodie she liked. In the ad an adult was wearing it so she asked for it for her Christmas. Without hesitating we clicked the link, it said "one size" therefore we ordered it. I wish I had read the reviews on here before doing so.

Item arrived weeks later, it was so small it would only suit a kid of about 8 or 9 years old. I contacted their customer services who offered me a 20% refund. I said this was no good as it was no fit for purpose.

I wish I had just paid by credit card as they mucked me about so much I ended up having to escalate the problem with Paypal who insisted I would have to send it back fully traceable to Hong Kong (even though they have a UK address listed on their website) - which would cost me more than the item itself. Then Beatifulhalo offered a 40% refund. I cut my losses and accepted it. Guess what next moment when I chased the refund they offered 20%. After days of hounding them they eventually refunded me 30%.

This company obviously have no morals whatsoever, I recommend all buyers to avoid them at all costs.

The item I got was nothing like the picture!
After different emails pictures included to prove that the item was really bad they would just not refund me.
I then wrote to PayPal, which I use to pay, to let them know about it. They got back at me to let me know that Beautifulhalo would refund a part of the item but that I'd have to pay the shipping which is ridiculous since they are based in China!
Do not buy from them!

I received a chandelier that does not work with US light bulbs. American Express handled the dispute but this company is now threatening to post my personal information on public websites. So bizarre! I asked for a return label to ship it back and they refuse. It would cost over $100 to ship this back and the cost of the item was less than $300.

Buyer Beware!

We ordered this cool looking pendant light fixture from them, waited nearly a month to get it after paying over $30 for shipping. Finally got it and the box was completely crushed in. Tried to send them pictures and copies of forms from post office as stated on their website... didn't get anywhere. Was told it would be to expensive to return and they would send me a replacement. Never got replacement and never got a refund. Grrrr.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFULHALO.COM! The items are shipped from China and can take weeks. Also they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The picture on the website said burgundy, when in fact it was more red. The sizes are wrong - ordered one size and they sent a dress two sizes smaller. The company is claiming it is my fault! Again, BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO EAT THE COST OF YOUR ORDER.

I ordered 2 lanterns and paid 155.00 for them. No tracking information for weeks, I checked in and they sent me a tracking number from CHINA. One box arrived totally crushed and of course the glass of the lantern was shattered. There was also a missing part that would prevent one from attaching the lantern to a post, which is why I bought this particular lantern. The second box finally arrived in tact, but it also had a missing piece. The materials are poor quality. The seller will not refund my money. I am so... just mad about it, really. Please, please do not throw your money down the tubes by trying to do business with this person.

What a big mistake!

My husband and I ordered two nautical pendant lamps for our kitchen. After well over a month we received one. We complained and 5 weeks later we received another much smaller box. Once we opened both we realized we had two similar lamps but not identical. Identical were required as they were to be over the island. We had to jump through hoops and we still have not had our money refunded. We ended up spending over $500 dollars and have nothing to show for it. Do not use this company. Very crooked. But of course it comes from China.

Never got my order.

Please don't buy anything from beautiful halo, unless you just wanna throw your money away. I bought a jacket 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived and I don't think it ever will. Sent them multiple emails and never got any response. Just wasted $40.

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this place. I won't make this mistake again. Please do yourselves a favour and find something else. I bought 3 light fittings, when they arrived they are of very poor quality. They appear to be made by somone on a ship with spare parts. I tried to return them and they are not answering my questions and are saying that shipping is expensive therefore I shouldn't return them. Any online shopping service should offer returns, I don't understand how they are allowed to get away with this? Is there no consumer protection? If you are looking for cheap products to buy, you should go to a local market or maybe try making one yourself because it won't look worse.

Isn't safe

I am from Brazil and I ordered some clothes in DECEMBER 2015 (today is 10/18/2016), it never came, It says that is waitin for a possible ship for my country. I spend 100 dollars, 1 dollar is equivalent to like 3,50 of the money here. DO NOT buy anything from them.

I purchased seven light fixtures from Beautiful Halo in the first week of October. This company is still holding the merchandise apparently because the tracking numbers are not legit. Customer service says "try your post office in a few days" even though I was sent UPS Tracking. I believe they are scammers.

My wife and I have waited approximately 3-4 months on 2 lights. So here we are 300 dollars later and 2 shipments from only God knows where with missing parts. So we're rummaging through the house or going to the hardware store for stuff we need to install our lights. A horrible product and the service was even worse.

You get what you pay for

It has its pros and cons, so if you don't like shopping online/worry about return policies, you should definitely be careful with what you buy.

I bought a jacket from this site about a month ago and I just now got my order in today. While I understand that it's shipping from China, I've ordered things from all around the world and often have received those items before things I've ordered from my own country.
That said, I didn't need my purchase by a specific time, so the wait wasn't a huge deal to me.

My issue is that the sizing was off. DEFINITELY BE WARY OF THE SIZING.
The particular jacket I bought was supposed to fit a little large and long, almost to be worn loose like a cardigan. The starting size already said it was large (I think it was something like 40"-42" across the chest) and, since I'm a bit busty, I decided to go one size larger so I could for sure zip the jacket up if I wanted to.
What I expected from the jacket was a long, loose-fitting 1X-2X. What I got was a jacket that stopped at the top of the thighs and fit like a medium.

I was at least lucky that my sister was actually able to fit the jacket. So, while I am a bit disappointed with the sizing and in the fact that I won't be able to wear it, at least I don't have to worry about paying for return shipping.

The actual jacket wasn't as cheap as I expected it to be. It was about what you would expect for $15-$25; on par with something you might buy at a Forever21, maybe at Old Navy.
The material was light, but warm enough for a chilly day.

The site itself is okay, has a pretty large variety of items, and the prices are pretty solid. From the other reviews I've seen, all the other items you can buy, like jewelry, watches--anything aside from the clothes, it seems--seem to be pretty consistently satisfactory.

So, TL; DR: be careful of the sizing, just know you get what you pay for.

Nothing is in stock!

I tried to purchase light fixtures and every time I selected something from their site, I would get an email saying it is not in stock. I was purchasing for a client and a remodel with deadlines. The waste in time and hold up getting my money back was rediculous. This company should not be in business or at least reduce the stick they carry and make sure they have inventory. Feels like a scam to me to hold my funds.

I have been waiting months for my lights they keep telling me to be patient. My tracking number isn't even legit. Now they won't even get back to me anymore. Wish I would of read these reviews. Wayfair.com is the only way to go. I received my lights from them 3 days later exact day it was supposed to be there there was no minus button for rating

Nothing like the Picture

I will never purchase from this site again. The prices are cheap because the material is cheap. The jacket I ordered was a mid thigh length pea coat that flared out and what I got was a boxy hip length jacket with extremely short arms. I measured myself before I ordered so it was not my mistake. Their clothing is just cheaply made. I will never shop here again. It should be a crime to advertise such false merchandise.

I wish I could have rated them ZERO stars. Terrible quality dress and absolutely UNwearable. They refuse refund. Unfinished lace edges that looked like a young child cut them using play scissors. Sizing also not accurate. Save yourself time, $, and agony and DO NOT USE.

This company is absolutely horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! We ordered 2 black matte colored pendant lights. First of all it took us forever to get them. When we finally got them they they didn't even match. One was a matte black and the other was a shiny black. The plastic inside part where the light bulb screws into was 2 different colors, one was black the other was white. The sizes between the 2 were off, the parts were not even welded on straight and the chains were completely different. Basically they are not what we ordered nor can we use them. We spent $186 on the lights. We contacted them, explained the problem and sent them pictures. They apologized and offered to refund us $10 and we keep the lights. Ridiculous! $10 for a $186 pair of pendant lights we can't even use. We told them we want a full refund and they said we had to pay out of pocket to ship them back which would cost around $50 and we may not even get our full refund back! So apparently if they screw up and ship you the wrong product or a defective product, you will be responsible to pay more money to ship the product back even though it was an error on their part. Their customer service is terrible and they could care less about screwing you over. So now we are out money and have to purchase pendant lights somewhere else. Lesson learned... NEVER order from Beautiful Halo. This company is such a joke!
