It took 5 weeks for an item that was supposed to be in stock to get here. ( from China) no invoice, no paperwork, no help. Stuck with $135.00 totally wrong item. When it was late they could track it, but now that I want to return, they have no record. So frustrated!
Ordered 2 coats in late November as Christmas presents. Two weeks later I checked website to find out if they were shipped. They said they were waiting for me to contact them as one of the coats was out of stock and they wanted to know if I wanted my money back for that coat and if they wanted me to ship the other one. They had my email address so why didn't they contact me? I told them to refund the money and if they could get the other coat to me before Christmas, they should send it. They finally sent it on Dec 18 (from China). It did not leave China until the 23rd and we received it January 5th. We felt lucky that the coat was OK (not great) quality and that our granddaughter wanted to keep it. Customer service is lacking. Will not do business with this company again.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter on December 2,2016 and paid via PayPal. One month later, still did not receive item. Contacted Beautifulhalo. They said the item shipped on December 13,2016 (although my paypal account was debited on December 2,2016). The last tracking information was from December 14,2016 in China. Beautifuhalo's response: "Sorry, we don't know where it is. Maybe go to your local post office and see if it's there." Filed a claim with PayPal on January 5,2017 and got my money back. Stay away from this company! A scam and HORRIBLE customer service! Would give it zero stars if I could.

This company is a nightmare, they sent light fixtures in pieces that we had to assemble ourselves and then the wire box had an open flame and burnt out in the ceiling!
Two of the light fixtures we ordered were missing pieces and they said they had photographed everything before it was shipped (seriously? The shipment didnt even have labels) and if we wanted the missing pieces we would have to pay! Horrible horrible horrible! Our credit card company is aslo investigating.
My daughter ordered a jacket, measured to make sure she ordered the right size. When she received it the arms were too short compared to the rest of the body and the button holes were not cut out. It also smells like very strong chemicals. When I contacted customer service to ask for a return they first asked if she measured properly, then offered 20% refund and told us to cut the holes ourselves. They then offered 40% refund or that we ship it back to China at our cost and that the free S&H that was part of the order would be deducted from the refund. Won't tell me what that amount is and I have no confidence that they will even issue a refund after they receive the item. I'm sure they will claim I never sent it, plus the cost to ship to China will be more than the cost of the jacket. Very dishonest, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My credit card company is investigating them now.

I found this site on tumblr, the post seemed to be trustworthy and there was a really cute cape that I wanted. I ordered the cape ($40) and a hat as a Christmas present ($15) on December 8th, and I still haven't gotten either. I was notified of a refund of the hat a couple days ago that I didn't request and the the website says the cape is still in China. I definitely wish I had read reviews first because this is probably the worst service I've ever gotten. I wanted to cancel the order of the cape because I don't trust this site at all anymore, but apparently it's too late for that. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this site.

I placed my order 2 weeks before Christmas and my PayPal account was charged the same day. Their website said it wasn't shipped until 12/24 and I didn't receive it until 1/10, I even paid for upgraded shipping. Worse yet, they misrepresented the product on their website. What was advertised as a wool blend, 3/4 length winter coat was in reality a waist length nylon flease jacket that probably wouldn't keep anyone warm at 60 degrees let alone actual winter temps. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! This place is a joke. I placed an order on Dec 4,2016. I never received it, but they debited my bank account immediately. I tried to contact customer service, but it never goes through. I have been in contact with sales through email and it is like communicating with a toddler. All I am ever told is be patient, just wait, just understand. I was told by someone in sales that I could have a refund, now they are telling me to just wait 7 more days. The tracking numbers are fake. Today sales told me they don't have any idea where it is. Then they blame the post office. Please learn from ALL of the horrible reviews and always read reviews before buying an item off of any site. I feel like an idiot that I did not read the reviews before. *Beautiful halo, I don't need a response to this review like all your previous " we are sorry" responses. If you were sorry for any of these fails, you would quit the run around and refund our money.
We ordered 2 wall sconces, it took 4 weeks to be shipped and arrived damaged.
Then they insisted on sending repair parts? I just want a credit and to be done with it.
After many emails back and forth i had to have my charge company take care of it.
Way to much work stick with Amazon, have never had an issue with them.

I ordered a peacoat as a christmas gift for a friend only for it to arrived damaged. It was missing teeth so it could not zip up all the way. My only regret was not checking the reviews prior to ordering. It's my fault. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a couple of skirts for my girlfriend in October for Christmas, I figured I'd order well in advance since everything seemed to come from China. Man I wish I had googled the website first. Same story here as everyone else, package just never came, tracking says it's still in China, it wasn't too expensive so I just gave up on it. Lesson learned.

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 1,2016 for Christmas. I have yet to receive it. Many times I have requested a tracking number after they state it has shipped and I have yet to receive one that actually works. I have requested a refund and they refuse to give me my money back and only asks me to wait another 10 days. I have reported this to Paypal and I haven't heard anything back yet. I just want my money back and they wont refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! FRAUDS!

This site doesn't even deserve one star. I paid extra for the expedited shipping to get my order within 2-4 days. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. They do not offer refunds either. I contacted customer service about my concerns and instead of offering solutions, they kept telling me to be patient. I instead am having to go right through PayPal to file a claim and try to get my money back for the extra shipping. Would not recommend this site to anyone.
Edit: I contacted customer service to send everything back for a full refund. Sending the items back was more than double what I paid for them. The only solution they had for me was to refund my expedited shipping. Wouldn't give me a full refund even though I can't use the items. I don't know how they are still in business. They scam people out of money and offer no real solutions. They also contacted me several times to cancel my claim and to delete my reviews.
Don't ever order anything from this website they are horrible I've still not received my order and have waited over 2 months that's a joke won't even give me my money back plz don't order off this site!

Avoid this company at all costs. The will give you the run around about your return. They want ME to pay the return shipping on a damaged item that I received in order to get my refund. They are an unethical, unprofessional, poor quality business that will most likely be out of business within a year, given their reviews.
Ordered some light fixtures from this company and came in beat up taped together box. There were no instructions or anything in the box, just the product. The quality of the product was very poor and light bulb covers did not fit appropriately. Emailed them several times and they request multiple pictures so they can see what the product looks like to give you directions. Shouldn't they know what I ordered and be able to send directions with instead of inconveniencing me to send pictures for them to then guess what to tell me? Learned that you definitely get what you pay for. Also, item was shipped from China.

I'm actually quite pleased with myself for this: only having a total of 28 emails, a few aggressive Tweets and three Facebook messages, I actually managed to get a full refund! Stupidly I ordered a couple of jumpers from their website THEN read this message board about how they take you round in circles when requesting a refund. Of course, the packet never arrived after a month and a half. They kept telling me it's on the way, check the post office, wait a little more, even gave me a "tracking number" that didn't work. They offered to send a second packet (for free!) rather than offer a refund, then when I said $#*! that, I wanted my money back I had to wait for the original order and send it back (!?). Idiots. So after the constant messages, I eventually resorted to threats about taking it to social media, because, well, no one likes a troll, and boom. Refunded in full today. What a joke of a company! Absolute scam. Their customer service is full of idiots.
Do not make the mistake of paying this site for product. It never ships.
