They offer to give me 10 percent back to keep this trash and claim that it is not worth.me sending it back as they will just deduct the very expensive shipping fees to China. Do not buy ANYTHING from them.
I've been using BeautifulHalo for years so I know what I'm talking about. There is an expanded stock of items to choose from here. Sometimes there are too many wonderful choices! There has not been any need for me to deal with returns here. Quality is absolutely amazing and worth every dollar. Customer service is always helpful too. Looking forward to my next order.
I stumbled across Beautifulhalo when I was shopping for a vacation coming up. I was impressed with the prices and ordered a few dresses I could take that were versitle and I could wear anywhere. Impressed with everything I received and can't wait to wear. Shipping took longer than I would have liked, but it's overseas and exactly what their policy stated.
It's a RIP OFF. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. THE STUFF IS CRAP. CRAP. If you do buy something from them, you'lll wait weeks for it to be delivered and then when you get it you'll find out it is not what you thought it was. Then when you try to return it they'll fiddle fart around until you have spent so much time with them online that you'll just say screw it and drop it without getting crap. DON'T DO IT, DON'T BUY ANYTHING. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.
I ordered a hoodie for my sister. The item arrived in good condition and is what I ordered, but I was very disappointed in the shipping. There was a delay in processing my order because I had mistyped one number of my phone number and they did not contact me until 4 days later to inform me that I needed to correct my number. I had paid extra for expedited shipping and when I brought up concerns about getting in time for my sister's birthday I got a very patronizing response tell me to "please wait patiently". I got the item three week after I placed the initial order, which is quite ridiculous in my opinion. The site has very nice clothing which I would like to try, but I'm not sure if I trust the shipping that they use. Would probably not shop there again, especially for a time sensitive order.
My experience on BeautifulHalo was excellent i ordered a violet dress for me it was amazing its fitting was perfect their services are in time and they delivered my order in just 1 week. I Would definitely order from here again!
Delivery is long. My products arrived without any paper. Light fixtures don't have the bulb supposed to be included. My fixtures are not compliant for the US so no electricians wants to install them (dangerous they say). The customer service is super bad. I had to beg for an answer. It doesn't want to refund. Asked me to ship at my own expense to China + wait and see. So bad! This website is a real scam.
I ordered a jacket for my son as a gift and when it came in- he didn't like it. I want to return it and so far they have offered me 10% of the item price as refund if I agree to keep the jacket. 10% of the item price is $2.80 in US Dollars- what a joke- I wish I had read the reviews first.
I ordered a nice looking jacket while it was on sale. It got here about 2 weeks after I ordered it, no problems other than the button holes needed to be cut. I guess it's just a luck of the draw considering all of these bad reviews.
I ordered lights January 8,2017 and still have not received them. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I Conroe to get emails asking me to stop my dispute as my shipment is being shipped. I used PayPal which I do not recommend as they will not back you up in a dispute and will leave you to fight with the company that failed to deliver the product. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFULHALO.COM AND DO NOT USE PAYPAL!
Ordered pendant lights and inquired about their shipping time line as I needed to have the lights within a certain period of time. They came extremely late as I was promised by 10 business days. 2nd, the product was soo cheap looking, it had purple splatters of paint all over it to make it look "rustic" not even close to what theyou advertise. (Wish I could include a photo for your personal enjoyment). 3rd, I try to return it since it clearly wasn't what I ordered, they would refund the order, but I would have to cover a bother shipping expense to return it. But I would be paying more in shipping than the product itself. I didn't recieve the order I thought I would be expecting, and im not satisfied. Why would I pay two shipping costs... I will never again!

I placed an order the 11th of December 2016. It shipped on the 20th December and the tracking page says it has not moved since the 23rd... it is now the 1st February and still no sign of it. I have been contacting the company back and forth since 30th December and all they have to say is that my order is on its way and to wait. I have now demanded a full refund since my order is clearly not going to arrive... I'm dubious as to whether they will actually refund me so I will most likely open a dispute with PayPal. Anyway be careful before ordering with this company as their customer service is shocking.
In the era of on-line ordering, I assumed that all companies had to be a least somewhat competitive when it comes to timeliness and service. The only thing this company has proven is making me an "$#*!" for "$#*!"uming! I ordered 2 lamps, received one after about 3 weeks, still waiting on the second after 7 weeks. When inquiring about status, they email back that it is on its way, be patient. The customer service number doesn't work. The company is out of China, so not sure how to resolve?! Beware
ordered january 13th and it said it would take 5-12 days and it is now january 27th! i tracked it and the only information it gave me was that it is still in china! so i resorted to the 24/7 live chat on the website... it connected me with someone and i told her about this and she never even replied! what is this all about?!

Bought an industrial table lamp with Edison bulb as a x-mas present for my husband. First of all I received e-mail saying they haven't received my payment although PayPal sent me a payment receipt straight away after order was made. I sent them the same receipt and was told they will come back to me shortly. I was waiting for a week and no message from them. When I e-mailed asking about my order and payment only then they took an action without apologies. After communication and poor English used in their e-mails I started to sense that something is wrong here. Googled reviews and it was clear for me what I was dealing with - cheats!
I received the product in a week's time packed in awful cheap looking cardboard. The lamp felt light looked cheap and not worth Aus $100 which I spent. The Edison bulb wasn't there - main part of the lamp! On their website it's said- industrial lamp with one Edison bulb. I e-mailed with complaint and copy of the picture on the website with their own words stating it comes with a bulb but they just replied - no it doesn't.
I just burst in anger and said what I have to say about their cheating business. Disgrace.
Well I learned good lesson for $100 at least! Dont ever buy from unknown websites without checking reviews and be aware of cheats from China.
Don't ever buy or trust this website and products - it's all fake and disappointing!

I ordered a jacket on december 12th. I paid extra shipping to get it sooner. 2 weeks go by and still no jacket. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they told me that I could track it at 17track.com. The site never updates. Needless to say I finally got it on the 19th of January. Its not a jacket, not even a sweat shirt. Its very thin and not the color I ordered. It does at least fit. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
My boyfriend ordered a jacket from these scam artist well BEFORE Christmas, they said it would be delivered within 5-days. It has now been 40 days since the order was placed and still NO package received. Oh, and the best part is, they keep telling him through e-mail that the package will arrive, but want him to track the package via a foreign tracking number himself, really? Totally RIDICULOUS! I told my boyfriend to contact his credit card company to advise that he still has not received the merchandise and to dispute the charge.

I placed an order on dec. 18th. Its now Jan. 18th a whole month later no item, just back and forth emails promising me im going to get the item and for me to be patient. Ive asked for my money to be put back on my card and i get the run around. If i can rate this poor excuse of a site a negative number i would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, customer service is no good. And i doubt ypu will get the right item or even recieving it.
I ordered lights from this place I'm still waiting no response they took my 200.00 dollars and I never herd from them this site should be shut down.

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
