Do not order from Beautiful Halo! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a shirt for my best friend cause her birthday is coming up! I chose 3-6 day shipping so it can come faster so that I can make sure everything was the correct size and all... I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE $#*! THE SHIRT AND MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW WTF I ORDERED THIS SHIRT BASICALLY IN MARCH AND WE ARE NOW NEARLY IN THE MIDDLE OF APRIL WHAT THE HELL! PLEASE BEWARE OF BEAUTIFUL HALO, YOUR ORDER JUST MIGHT NOT COME! AND I PAID NEARLY 30$ FOR THIS $#*!

Products takes weeks if not months to arrive from china
Products are poor quality and broken when they arrive
Company will not take broken returns unless you pay shipping. Shipping to China is VERY EXPENSIVE - more expensive to ship to china than from china- more than the light is worth BTW

I purchased light fixtures from them - - they are absolute junk! The wire gauge is way too small to be safe and the metal is unbelievably flimsy with a cheap horrible finish. These products are not suitable for use. When contacted with a complaint they insist on exchanges only with proof of damage caused during shipment which they refer to as "a quality issue". When pressed on the matter they will warn you that if you choose to return the item that the return freight "is expensive". The return freight to them in China is astronomically high and believe me you will want to return your purchase as soon as you open the box. Heed my warning!

I ordered a jacket off beautiful halo in early December 2016. I knew it was coming from China so I decided to be patient with the shipping. However after a month and a half went by I submitted a "ticket" to see what the f*** was going on. They kept telling me to "wait 1 more week" and then finally told me that they resent my orderesume out. So I waited another 3 weeks. It is now almost April 2017 and I still have yet to receive anything, and everytime I asked for my refund, it was completely ignored and I was just asked to "wait another week". For the past 4 days I have no been able to even sign into my damn account so at this point I've given up. I don't expect I'll be getting that $60 back so BUYERS BEWARE. I will NEVER be buying anything from beautiful halo again.

I have never experienced a site like it! Definitely learnt a big lesson.
Item arrived and was:
1. Ordered my size but it barely fit, an 8 year old child would have fit into it.
2. Quality was terrible, cannot believe they think that it was acceptable to send and sell for £29.99! Stitching was appalling and glue was evident where it had been attempted to be stuck on!

I then asked for full refund and to return the item. Firstly I was told I'd been sent the right size so had to keep the jumper as not their fault. Then, I could keep the jumper but with 20% refund! What an outrage. I said no then got offered 40% refund. Again I said no I wanted a full refund. Then, I was told I could send it back recorded delivery to track the order to receive full refund. I visited the post office to find it would cost £40 to send it tracked! I couldn't believe it. But along with that I would have to pay their shipping of £5 as they couldn't afford to pay that! It just got worse.
Eventually I gave in and accepted 40% refund, expecting my 40%, I was then told that it is £9.84 as in GBP it's £24.99 again not stated on the website.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I am left with a s**t jumper that I will never wear and massively out of pocket!

If you would like to waste money and be disappointed, this is the place for you. They advertised the same light fixture that I saw from Pottery Barn, because I used to work for handbag designer I know that a lot of china products can be very good knock offs because that is where the original products and original patterns are made. I had high hopes for my chandelier. It arrived in a very narrow box with one side question. When I opened it, they were not even start from blocks to protect the integrity of the structure of the box, the chandelier was completely bent and when I reach out to Customer Service it was like they were not listening to me whatsoever. I sent a very detailed photos, they offered to send me replay replacement parts. These fools are trying to send me parts that need to be welded onto a fixture, how the heck am I supposed to do that and why would I spend more money to fix something that should've been sent properly to me in the first place? In trying to save money, I made a big mistake. Do not order from this website. The light fixture that arrived looks completely different from the one in their photo, horribly made, very lopsided, even the finish was a completely different color. It was supposed to have a rest finish and it is completely shiny black which does not match the other items in my home. They can take their 10% discount and shove it

I ordered 2 wall sconces. I received the first one and it was not useable since it came in parts and needed to be put together. Not an issue except they welded the screw on/off nuts to the frame of the light. Went back and forth for a week complying with every suggestion they made to alleviate the issue. I knew there was no possible way to break free the nuts since they were welded, but when you are dealing with the Chines you have no recourse. I received the second light a week later and it also was not useable due to the same flawed fabrication. I wasted $236.00. The lights were tossed in the trash. They did offer 5% off my order which is what they give every customer as stated on the internet web site? So basically they did nothing.

If you want cheap junk from China then you have found the right place. If you are lucky to get what you ordered you will be very happy. If you have any issue - Good luck attempting to resolve it.

My experience has been pretty painful. I ordered 4 pendant lights, and after writing every couple of weeks for a status update - I finally received a shipment of 3 three of them, with no update on when the 4th would be sent. It took nearly two months for my lights to arrive.

Once these finally arrived, they were all bent and unusable. The box I received them in was fine, and the packaging was good - so I am assuming they either mailed me damaged lights, or these were bent miraculously during shipping which seems unlikely.

Based on other reviews, its unlikely I will be able to get a refund and shipping is way too expensive on these back to China. I'm awaiting a dispute resolution at the moment, but I would not recommend this store. I feel suckered for buying cheap lights and had a feeling this would not go well when I ordered. I guess I learned my lesson and hope someone else doesn't make the same mistake.

Actually it has pretty good selection and the fit that they offer is a perfect fit. By the way it seems as if they have great wedding dresses for low prices. The shipping is very slow, But i got my ordered stuff, So, I really don't care
