I started an order. At time of check out I applied a 30 % coupon, when I checked back all the items were increased in price! Wth!

It is amazing that the packing and items are in good conditions even though it was delivered abroad. Great shop!

I ordered $1300. 00 worth of outdoor lights from this company. I feel like a complete fool and should have listened to my inner voice. I just checked on shipping and went to track my order and it's in Chinese, so there is no way for me to know if/when it will get here. It could take months or it could never arrive. When I dug a little deeper, I realized that there is no phone number and I sent several e-mails to "Gabie", whom I originally "chatted" with, with no response. I just called my Chase Credit Card company and reported it as a fraudulent company. Thankfully, Chase is AMAZING and has given me back my money. UGH! Why are people so dishonest?!
. they want to refund me 20% of the purchase price... anyone that reviews at a rating of 5 star is an insider. This company doesn't even have a contact number, how inconvenience is that? The workers must get less than minimal.
All I asked was for a refund and they asked me why and to send photos of the products. The lace was of poor quality and didn't match picture. Normal GB shops would just refund as long as product still got labels etc. This has taken them 6 days now to even send me a return address which they still haven't. They just ask me to read return guidance. Online chat useless and doesn't understand English. I guess I'll be accepting I've lost my money. Please don't make same mistake! Go somewhere you can trust, that respects it's customers.
It took way longer than expected to get the shirt I ordered (almost 2 months longer). When I finally got it, it was made of a weird plastic-y material, and was way too small. The price to ship it back was almost more than it cost to buy it. The shirt is garbage, so you're better off not getting it at all.
This is the most horrible website to order from first it took two months for shipping and when my shirt can in it looked like they just cut 3 lines in the front and on the sleeve I will never ever in my $#*!ing life give these people my money such a $#*!ing ripoff please save ur money it's not $#*!ing worth it unless u wanna look homeless

I ordered a dress from this website and it did not look like the picture... It was way tooo small and you don't have a phone number to call. I advise you to stay away, this was the worst site I've been on. I would of gave them a zero but I couldn't... Stay away
Ordered lights from this company. When I received them they were not what I had anticipated from the pictures. I have been trying to return them for a few weeks now. I submitted a ticket which they say they respond in 24hrs to. They didn't respond after 4 days so I tried the live chat button. They told me to submit a ticket and they would respond in 24hrs. I told them I did that. She said maybe I should review the return policy and email customer service. The return policy is contact them with in 7 days. I did. I submitted another ticket and said this is my second ticket please respond. They did respond and we have been corresponding for 10 days. They say the shipping will be too expensive hopefully I will decide to keep the light. I say no, I want to return. They say how about a 5% discount. I say no, I want to return the light, they say shipping for me will be so expensive how about a 10% discount. I say no. I want the address to return the light. They have yet to give it to me. Just one line responses every 12 hours...
My three "linen" blouses arrived after weeks of waiting for them to come from china and they were 1) flimsy, 2) way too short and 3) way too small, not at all XL.
Never again.
I considered ordering some light fixtures from here but when I asked the online chat agent their return policy, she told me it could be returned but then when I dug deeper, turns out it can't be. They were just kind of sketchy and I dont recommend wasting your time here.
