I ordered two dresses and nothing was as picture. One was supposed to have a flow asymmetrical cut and it has straight cuts, also material used was VERY much see through and felt itchy. Second dress shouldn't even have been marketed as a dress because it's just a lace and again completely see through, in all the pictures it looked like lace on top but with a black dress base and the lace was cut and already frayed on most of the edges when it arrived.
Nothing is as advertised and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare. Product comes from China, probably some sweat shop. I'd give no starts if I could. Do NOT use them.

I found some lights online and didn't realize that this company wasn't based in the US. I ordered the lights when the company was offering free shipping and they charged me 50 dollars shipping anyway. I contacted them and got no response. It took almost 2 months for the lights to come in and after inspecting them, they were horribly made. The lights were stained glass and there were gaps between the glass and the metal on all 3 lights. On top of that, when the electrician came to install them, he actually refused to because the hardware was so flimsy, he didn't feel that they were safe. I contacted the company and they told me that they didn't receive similar complaints and the only thing they would replace were the globes AFTER I sent them pictures multiple times. They also continually requested pictures of the box. Obviously trying to blame their substandard product on the shipping company. I repeatedly requested a refund and offered to send the products back and what I was told was that their customer service policy was that I had to pay return shipping and they would refund 5 percent of the sale. FIVE PERCENT! They sent new globes which were better than the ones prior but the hardware is still junk.

Needless to say, I found better lights on Amazon for a better price and one of the was broken when it got here. I called the company and they overnighted a new one that day. No hassle, no emails back and forth, no pictures. Just excellent customer service!

Seriously, save yourself the headache and junky products and just check Amazon. I wish i had started there. I still have these lights sitting in a box because i will have to pay to send them to the dump. So it's going to actually cost me more money to get rid of them!

The site is very easy to use and almost everything available is much cheaper than high street or other more well-known clothes shopping sites. The customer service is very helpful and I was well informed about my order from shipping to when I received my item. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I ordered adult size jumpsuit and overalls... The jumpsuit came with a broken zipper (that they asked me to take somewhere to get fixed on my own) and the way it was made was not the average height. The back part from hips to shoulder was tight and I am average size. It did not look like the picture. The outfit came as if it was mimicked from the picture.

The overalls... they came in a child size and the buckled were not attached. I ordered an adult size large and it was clear the overalls was a child size or a small framed woman.

The website also did not mention that the items would be coming from China. I waited almost 2 weeks for the items... I had to file a claim and send pictures. I ordered at the beginning of February and I just got an email with the return address in China. They offered to give me 40% of purchase back or I can pay for shipping and when they receive the items they will deduct their shipping cost from the purchase price.

I will never order from this site again.

Everything I ordered looked just like the pictures and actually fit GREAT! The materials are solid, and I will definitely be buying from this site again. Item was quick to arrive. Support system is also quick to respond to any queries I had. Items are nice and reasonably priced. Would recommend anyone looking for clothes to this shop

My first item ordered on Beautifulhalo and I must say that I'm very impressed. The dress looks just like the picture and the material is very good quality. I would definitely be ordering more items.!

I have now purchased 3 items from Beautifulhalo and I have been totally satisfied with each of the products purchased. Customer service was excellent and the time it took to get replies when i asked a question was fast. Each of the items purchased were excellently made and very good quality. I will be definitely buying from them again

I just received my ordered dress from Beautifulhalo and I am really pleasantly surprised! The quality far exceeded what I thought I would get for the prices they requested. I highly recommend their dress and I will purchase from them again. I ordered online on April 24, 2017 and I got my order here in the US on May 6, so it took 12 days and was worthy.

I really wish i could put the transcripts of my conversations with these people here. After 3 weeks after ordering a simple t-shirt i logged a ticket asking simply how long does it normally take to ship to australia and if this wait time was normal. The response i got took days and was basically "please wait." Now a month after the order was placed I used their "chat online" feature where I asked the same question and was given a link to track my order which I had already explained I had been using which is how i knew it hadnt moved from its location in china in 10 DAYS! I told her I had seen that and rephrased my question. She told me to log a ticket. I told her i already had and she ignored me. For the next half an hour i got automated messages saying "I'll be with your shortly" and "thanks for waiting" until I gave up. I sent an email to the support address explaining in great detail everything that had happened and that all I wanted to know was if i should still be expecting this delivery or if it had gotten lost. This e-mail was thorough and included all the order information and all the previous conversations. The message I got back said "after tracking, your tracking number is ******" and a link to the tracking website.

I cannot even believe how ridiculous this is. 3 methods of contact and not one real person has spoken to me.
It would have been easier to make this t-shirt myself.
Now i'm out $30 and have no one to ask for it back from.

Complete SCAM!
DO NOT give them your money under ANY circumstance. It's just a donation to a bunch of jerks.
