Took a month to get the dress after we paid quick delivery. Dress was different color and pattern when it arrived. Could not return it they offered me 10% back. Horrible service.

After finally coming to a resolution after a complaint I had with them it was agreed I would keep the pendant lights and get a small refund. I decide to paint them. Only to discover they sent two different style fittings! One is flat and modern the other rounded and Victorian. Seriously this is beyond a joke

They sell knock offs and send the wrong sizes. They don't have a number to call as they do not speak English. Will not make corrections or refunds. Do not use them shop American brands!

Stay away from beautiful halo. They will take your money and will not give refunds. They give countless excuses. You have been warmed.

The clothing is fine quality, it's better than other websites where most people shop and they love it. The shipping is extremely fast considering I live in Michigan and the clothes come from quite a distant place, I've never had a single issue and I seriously buy from here like once a week. I'm obsessed.

I do not believe 5reviews delivery slow material is cheap and the sizes are all wrong. They also have a bad returns policy. I am going yo let trading standards know. They should not be allowed to trade and I wouldn't give them any stars but there is no choice of none

Purchased 6 shirts, using the sizing chart I ordered shirts that should have been big. All 6 were to small to even try on. The return policy is you pay expensive return shipping or keep the items and they will only refund 40% of purchase price. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Bought 3 light fixtures that did not work properly. Have been trying to return them for over 2 months. They never give complete information and respond to every inquiry with the same information. I have a business associate who wants to call them as he speaks Mandarin and they will not give me a phone number that works. So I am now out a lot of money as I had to buy new light fixtures here.

We purchased a light fixture. Delivery time was acceptable bit the fixture itself was horrible. Nothing lined up when my husband tried to intall it. Had to purchase another fixture.

I ordered 2 light fixtures and they arrive damaged, poorly made, held together with electrical tape and they will not refund my $$. Awful customer service. Stay Away!

Ordered a sweatshirt and long sleeved pullover for my teenagers, sizes were not true at all, large adult was actually a medium womens and medium was a small womens. The only refunded $14 of $71 purchase, would not use them again!

I ordered 3 lights. Paid $115 for FED EX. Received 2 lights, Missing one light, Still do not have light, I am filing a formal complaint against this company. Think they are located in Hong Kong. I am dissatisfied, Company not trustworthy. Emails state to be patient. They are looking for problem. Well the problem is NO NO NO light.

Ordered a light from here which wasn't cheap at £79. Arrived in good time but was made out of cheap plastic, most of which was scratched or not painted black properly. The whole thing needed to be wired together by me, which was not stated on the website. Interestingly all the five star reviews on this site are all written with a similar style of English which makes me think that they have been written by the same person...
