I bought a set of " new " wheels and a set of lug nuts. Lug nuts got here but only got half of them. When i opened my wheels i started inspecting and ALL showed signs of use. All had water streaks, nicks, scratches, and one was already curbed. Caps were already installed in wheels when they should be new. Tried contacting them and offered me a 50$ refund, what an insult. They were blaming manufacturer when i bought directly from them not manufacture. Worst customer service

Everything went smooth only delivery was delayed. One of the tires was scuffed.They could have been shrink wrapped for what i paid in all for them to protect them.

Ordered and financed. When received did not like quality. BB demands you pay 25% restocking fee and to pay to ship back. On a $945 order it cost me $600 to return just feel it's a huge scam

We do apologize if you feel like you have been misled in any way. I had a chance to look over your order, and it seems like there were no issues, besides that you wanted to simply return the products. At the time of checkout, it was disclosed to you that a 25% restocking fee would be applied for all returns, as well on the invoice sent to your email directly. You even offered to pay for restocking fees in your email communication with our Customer Service team. Once your items are returned, we will be refunding your order minus the restocking fee which you purchased on 12/6.

Awesome customer service! I knew that my wheels had the wrong offset because I spoke with Nick sales manager. Couple of days later I ordered the wheels before they were shipped they sent me a message saying in the office that was incorrect to please call. So I called and explain to the sales representative that I already had spoken with someone that my issue was taken care of. That's great customer service. I know somethings wrong and let the customer know before they order something that is wrong. Thanks, Eddie.
