I chatted online with "Nolan" who helped me out tremendously on purchasing wheels for my son's bday gift. I even went back the next day and conversed with another representative who then transferred ne back to Nolan where he helped me out again. I spoke with him over the phone where he gave me further details of the product I was purchasing. Great experience!

Buyers beware. They will sell you what you want, but it may not work for your vehicle. I bought four rimes, tires and sensors. No issues with the tires or rims other than they sent me chrome lug nuts when I ordered black to go with the black rims. When I reached out to them to explain they sent me the wrong lug nuts they told me they would send me the correct ones. I never received them. No biggie! The bigger issue I had was with the sensors.
After receiving my rims, tires, and sensors I had my local repair shop mount balance install the sensors. I picked up my truck at the shop and was told that the sensors would not work with my truck. The shop I used to mount the tires used a new Snap-On TPMS tool with updated software installed. The Snap-On tool would pick up the sensor but the truck's computer would not.
After learning that my shop could not get the sensors to work with my truck, I reached out to BB Wheel for support. I told my story, and their response was "let me send you a step-by-step process form to follow." WHAT? OK send it. Another trip to the shop and still no luck after following their instructions.
I reached out to BB Wheel again. This time I was told they would need to reach out to the manufacturer for further support. After waiting several weeks, I reached out to them to follow up. This time they told me I needed to use a specific TPMS program tool. WHAT? You are kidding me, right? NO, that is the only tool we will stand behind and I quote, "That is the tool they recommend, some of the after market tools will work we just can not validate them as we do not use any other than this one." Mind you. We used a Snap-On tool which is the best in the industry and used by many highly rated shops.
After spending hours of time on getting these sensors to work, never mind the money, I finally gave up. I will have to take my truck to a GMC dealer to make it right.
Buyer beware they will not stand behind what they sell.

I received my products quickly. I had a problem with the lug nets shipped. They were the wrong size for my 2021 Polaris Sportsman XP 1000. They shipped 12x1.5 but the machine uses 10x1.25. Sandra at customer service helped me exchange and get the correct ones. Thank you

I bought a set of " new " wheels and a set of lug nuts. Lug nuts got here but only got half of them. When i opened my wheels i started inspecting and ALL showed signs of use. All had water streaks, nicks, scratches, and one was already curbed. Caps were already installed in wheels when they should be new. Tried contacting them and offered me a 50$ refund, what an insult. They were blaming manufacturer when i bought directly from them not manufacture. Worst customer service
