They were easy to talk to and very honest and upfront knew what they were talking about. Make sure I got the right wheels for the right vehicle.
Ian was extremely helpful, and most courteous in the process. A set of lugs was thrown in with the purchase of wheels, but I couldn't find a way online to request black lugs. When I called, Ian told me how to do it online (in the notes section) but said that he'd be glad to do it while we were on the phone together. He verified fitment of the tires/wheels and said the order would probably be processed a little quicker since he would be putting it through. Appreciate you, Ian!

I bought a rim from them. I checked it I bought it a couple of months ago. Well my car has been in storage. Just pulled it out to start getting it ready for the summer and I noticed the rim color was off and the size was wrong and I do admit it was my fault but until I was ready to install on my car i didn't know. I reached out to see if they would return it or maybe even exchange it for a tire I could use. Now I'm stuck with a rim I'll never use. They said no to any of those. I understand there policy but when buying something and you don't install it on your car a few months that's most likely when you'll find out it is wrong. I know I learned a lesson I will never by from a company when they have a 24 hr return policy because that isn't enough time to figure out any problems you may have with the product you bought. Thank you for reading my review and I hope this makes you realize to go somewhere else because there return policy which isn't much meaning if you buy it from them pretty much your stick with it.
