My experience with your company started off really good. The sales process of buying the Rims was very easy and taking with my money just as easy. That's where things change. One of the rims they came a and immediately noticed something was different about that. It had different center cabs in the other three. Upon further inspection, I realized the paint was bubbling on most of the Rim spokes. I immediately called into your customer service department and spoke with Sandra andI explain to her the problem I was having with the delivery, and she said she would reach out to the manufacture. That process took forever to figure out how they would take care of the situation. The manufacturer came back and only offered a $50 credit after waiting almost 30 hrs, then another 30 hrs to get a shipping label. Sandra was slow responding to all questions and inquiries. Because of the slow response from Sandra, I called in a got Melissa…wow things took off, I had my shipping label and reorder my rims in 15 mins, she did more in 15 minutes than other lady did in the last 2 days, she is awesome… I'm really glad I got her on the phone. The rims is now being shipped out. I cannot believe this company did not offer me anything more than a replacement rim for my inconvenience. I had to cancel my installation appointment and somehow reschedule next week around work schedule.this was mention to Sanda( she said I should not schedule till I inspected the rims…lol. BB offered nothing… Sandra made it seem like it was my problem. Probably will never buy from this company again.

Buying new wheels was not a problem. Returning wheels, was in my opinion $$$ painful. Understand the return obligations on buyers end but 25% restocking fee, $30 per each shipping label and cost to ship a bit to much. I have returned other items for different reason to a vendor that I will not name, without any of the above additional charges. You live and learn but I will stay away from buying BB Wheels.

Great to deal with. Easy check out and quick shipping. Tires arrived with white lettering in perfect condition. Finally a tire vendor that knows how to ship tires the right way! No compressed and strapped tires that are a nightmare to mount! BB is now my go to.tire vendor!

Upon looking at the photos of my rim and reading the sizes I was sure that I was correct, however, it turns out that I wasn't and the sales person noticed the error on my part and contacted me to let me know and help me to ensure that I received the right rim size before it'd shipped out and cost me more time and money and for that I am grateful.

I called and spoke with them about a set of wheels that pulled up under black and looked black in pictures the person on phone said yes they were black but when I received them they were not! I called them back to order another set and was told it was going to cost me $350 dollars for restock and shipping! The person I spoke with the second time said that in the fine print it says pictures may not look like wheels! I've ordered 15-20 sets of wheels in my time and have never had a company do this. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on! I also own two businesses and there is no way I would do my customers as they have done!
