Ordered some rims through Troy. Found out that they were out of stock on the initial rims that I had ordered, so he sent me some other choices. I actually found some rims that I liked better at a little bit lower cost. I was very pleased with all his assistance and I am expecting the rims to arrive shortly. Thank you again for all your help and dedication to your customers! Was just a bit disappointed that your company doesn't provide a discount to military, veteran's, or first responders. That would be an added "plus" to your sales.

I compared the prices. I ordered the tires. The tires got delivered within 2 business days in my case. I just dropped off the truck to have the new tires Mounted and Balanced, and the old tires disposed of. Easy peasy and I saved more than half of what another tire shop quoted me for tires sitting in a tire shop. If you can spend a couple of days waiting for tires to be delivered you can save a lot.

I ordered a set of wheels and tires during black Friday but needed help with the spacing and technical aspects. I was contacted by sales to fix any issues with my order and Ian was not only friendly and helpful but was also extremely knowledgeable. He answered a ton of questions for me, helped me change my order, and navigate a complicated tire decision. He was extremely patient with me and provided insightful knowledge based on feedback from other customers that ultimately made me feel really confident about my purchase. I found Bb wheels online looking for Black Friday deals on tires, so I was a bit skeptical it was a scam site. So I called the number and talked with Ian. He informed me they are legit and located in MN. I told him what I needed and he emailed me a quote. I ordered my new Kenda Klever RT's 35x12.5 r18 through the email he sent and I couldn't believe it when the fed ex truck arrived the next day with the tires. Would definitely recommend!

Bought 4 wheels, all four came from different places, that cause one came different color. I made the Claim and they told me, have to wait for manufacture approval to return the wheel. One week later was approve, they send fedex to pick up, but they don't give me the return shipping label until the fedex gone, so I have to drop by my self at FedEx location. 3 weeks later after I spoke with PayPal they approved a refund, but I have to pay for the return, because his policy said if the made a mistake, customer pay for the return, which you have to read before buy and is not fear. The shipping cost me the same as one wheel, so was better for me to buy a wheel from different place, but, for the dishonest, rudeness and bad customer service I return the wheels and I buy from another place. BEWARE FROM THIS PLACE
