Purchased Bridgestone RF tire drove on it for a month and the inside developed a split and bubbles. Of course B&B refused to stand behind the defect. This is just another example of a below standard company not standing behind the items they sell. I definitely will not ever purchase any thing from B&B again. My future reviews will let possible customers know that this is not a company you can trust when it comes to a warranty.

If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, you are only eligible for a replacement of the same product or similar product of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. Shipping costs and price differences from the time of original purchase to the time of warranty replacement may apply, and must be paid before fulfillment can occur. BB Wheels does not assume any responsibility related to their claims process. BB Wheels does not cover shipping fees and various other expenses related to installation, mounting, balancing, and labor-related costs of your shop. This is all agreed upon at the time of purchase. If you would still like to send your tire in for warranty inspection, but that decision is not BB Wheels is this will be covered, it is up to Bridgestone.
