Ordered online, on the weekend, and the tires were delivered in two days! Impressed! Haven't tried the Bridgestone brand tire before. Love 'em! Quiet and smooth ride! Replaced the very poor performing Nitto Recon Grappler tires. Hopefully the Bridgestone Dueler A/T tires continue to be a great tire. If so, I'll definitely buy again!

I very rarely leave a review and a 5-star review at that. The reason is that Customer Service is almost nonexistent in this country. Times have changed! I recently bought my second set of wheels from Nate. And will continue to buy from your company because Nate is employed there! He is 100% about the customer and you are lucky to have him on your team. A True Rock Star! It's the little things that make a big impression. So thank Nate, and I am glad there are still people who are not in the money business but in the people business out there.

My call was answered quickly, and the order was placed right away by a courteous gentleman. The website gave me a link to check on the progress, and I received an email the next day indicating that the item had been shipped. It was very pleasing to deal with a company that responded to my needs. I have one of those newer vehicles that does not come with a spare, and I decided that I needed to remedy that problem. The pump and material that seals small holes is not a great solution, expecially when the sealant causes the tire sensor to need replacement if not dealt with soon after the problem.
