Easy shopping lots of choices in all different price ranges
All the clocks are beautiful! My clock is absolutely gorgeous. It is a chalet style, 8 day clock with music box and dancers. It is obvious the attention to detail with the shutters on the chalet roof and the figures on the clock. I've had an issue with the third chain that controls the dancers, wheel and music box, but after receiving my email, Bavarian Clockworks contacted me immediately about resolving the issue and I am hoping to hear the music box and see the dancers soon. The cuckoo and the farmer out front work wonderfully and the clock keeps perfect time.

The cuckoo clock we purchased arrived quickly and was very well packed. The instruction sheet made the set up easy and fast. We are extremely pleased with the craftmanship of the hand carved case. It is truly a beautiful piece of art hanging on the wall. We hope to be able to pass the clock on so that future generations can enjoy it. Thank you so much.

Overall excellent. The initial clock was received with some factory damage. I immediately reached out to the company who put me in touch with Bob Ellis. He followed up closely with email and by phone and resolved the problem expeditiously. The new clock has been received and is beautiful.

Once I received my clock. The Cuckoo bird door did not open. I called the customer service and in a matter of minutes we had it working. He stay on the line and walked me through a few steps to insure the clock worked properly.

I had bought one almost 40 years ago when visiting Switzerland - it stopped working and having one to replace (and improve) the original is so wonderful!
