Ordered product which did not arrive as promised

Ordered product which did not arrive as promised. Complain and request for cancellation of order were not followed. Product was shipped on cancelled order after weeks with no return label or possibility for refund. On calling the number on website the answerer used abusive language and threatened that they have our information.
