Easy to shop. Only suggestion is to have more videos of clocks operating. The middle weight goes down alot faster than the other two.

I have to say that Bavarian Clock Works is one of the best companies that I have done business with. Bob was very helpful and their response time to questions and Emails was wonderful. If anyone is looking for a cuckoo clock I would highly recommend them. PS THE CLOCK IS BEAUTIFUL
After setting up the clock, the music didn't play and the dancers didn't dance; it was very sad. I watched the trouble-shooting videos which were complex for a beginner and called for bending metal wires. Before I attempted to repair the clock, my wife pulled gently on the music weight and that started the music; it has been running well ever since. It was not a good first experience. However, the clock is beautiful and reminds my wife of her mother who was form Bad Tolz, Germany.:-)
The clock was given as a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. She absolutely loves it. Shipping was fast. Now I will getting one soon for my wife.
